Abstract
Reivindicacion 1: Un método para producir una célula de planta transgénica, una planta o una de sus partes con resistencia aumentada a enfermedad vegetal, de preferencia hongos patogénicos y/o nematodos en comparacion con un correspondiente control no transformado de tipo silvestre, caracterizado porque el método comprende las etapas de: a) introducir en una célula vegetal un polinucleotido que codifica una ôproteína que confiere resistencia a la enfermedadö DRCP proveniente de levadura y/o Escherichia. b) generar a partir de la célula vegetal la planta transgénica que expresa el polinucleotido. Reivindicacion 3: Un método para producir una célula de planta transgénica, una planta o una de sus partes con resistencia aumentada a enfermedad vegetal, de preferencia hongos patogénicos y/o nematodos en comparacion con un correspondiente control no transformado de tipo silvestre al incrementar o generar una o más actividades seleccionada del grupo que consiste de: GTPasa, GTPasa pequena no esencial, region reguladora de la transcripcion gabP 3', dominio 35 de hélice alada represor de transcripcion con fijacion de ADN (familia GntR) y proteína reguladora dual de transcripcion de fijacion de ADN.
