Abstract

Un método para producir obleas por extrusion que comprende las etapas de: a) Preparar una mezcla de ingredientes, b) alimentar la mezcla en un extrusor y cocinar la mezcla, c) extruir la mezcla cocinada de forma tal que una estructura extruida y expandida no planar sea formada, d) desplegar la estructura para obtener una hoja grande extruida, e) someter la hoja extruida a un alargamiento/estiramiento, f) ajustar la hoja de modo de obtener un espesor deseado, g) secar la hoja, h) separar la hoja en obleas de dimensiones deseadas. La presente también tiene relacion con las obleas de esta manera producidas y con la línea de produccion de las obleas.
