Abstract
Reivindicacion 1: Un compuesto de formula (1) con su sal, hidrato o solvato aceptable para uso farmacéutico, o su forma estereoisomérica, en los cuales R es hidrogeno o alquilo C1-6; R1 es fenilo, fenilo sustituido con 1, 2 o 3 sustituyentes, cada uno de los cuales está seleccionado, en forma independiente, del grupo que consiste de hidrogeno, halo, ciano, alquilo C1-4, alquiloxi C1-4, perfluoro-alquilo C1-4, dialquil C1-4 amino; tienilo; tienilo sustituido con 1 o 2 sustituyentes seleccionados del grupo que consiste de halo y alquilo C1-4; cicloalquilo C3-8; o cicloalquenilo C5-7; R2 es hidrogeno o alquilo C1-6; R3 es halo, alquilo C1-4 o perfluoro- alquilo C1-4; y R4 y R5 son cada uno, en forma independiente, hidrogeno o halo. La presente invencion se refiere a compuestos que son antagonistas de los receptores 2 de dopamina de rápida disociacion, y a procesos para preparar dichos compuestos. Los compuestos son utiles como medicamentos para el tratamiento o la prevencion de trastornos del sistema nervioso central, por ejemplo esquizofrenia, eferciendo un efecto antipsicotico sin producir efectos colaterales motores.
