Abstract
Un procedimiento para preparar un artículo concentrado, conformado, envasado, para preparar consomé, sopa, salsa, jugo de carne o salsa rubia, o ara usar como un sazonador, comprendiendo el artículo concentrado sal y/o almidon/harina, y uno o más de grasa, substancias que imparten sabor y/o aroma, comprendiendo el procedimiento los pasos de mezclar los ingredientes, conformar una parte de la mezcla por compactacion mediante rodillos, envasar el artículo concentrado solido así obtenido en un recipiente, en donde el recipiente, cuando se cierra, tiene un volumen que es por lo menos 10% más grande que el volumen del artículo concentrado solido, artículo que puede ser desmenuzado entre los dedos.
