Abstract
La presente se refiere a una forma de dosificacion de natamicina que comprende una tableta, la cual consiste en componentes fisiologicamente aceptables, conteniendo, dicha tableta, una cantidad de natamicina efectiva para preservacion de alimentos. La presente también se refiere a un proceso para producir dicha forma de dosificacion, así como también, a un método para preservacion de un producto alimenticio que comprende agregar natamicina contenida en una forma de dosificacion de natamicina directa o indirectamente, a un producto alimenticio para proveer una cantidad preservante de natamicina en dicho producto alimenticio.
