a presente invenção refere-se a um tablete de caldo duro e a um processo para a produção de um tablete de caldo duro no qual se utiliza uma gordura de galinha tendo um teor total de gordura saturada de 48 a 72% em peso (com base no peso da gordura total) e no qual a gordura de galinha compreende os ácidos graxos c16:0 na faixa de 36 a 55% em peso (com base no peso da gordura total) e c18:0 na faixa de 11 a 19% em peso (com base no peso da gordura total).
