Abstract

Una formulacion de bebida que comprende una bebida que tiene cafeína, en la que la bebida contiene niveles de cafeína en el intervalo de aproximadamente 0,7 a aproximadamente 0,30 mg/ml, que es opticamente transparente, y que tiene un aroma adicionado, y en la que la bebida comprende un extracto que es derivado del por lo menos un miembro del grupo consistente en cáscaras de cereza de café y pulpa de cereza de café; en la que el extracto se halla en el intervalo de aproximadamente 5 a aproximadamente 30% basado en extracto estandardizado de la bebida; en la que por lo menos una porcion de la cafeína deriva del extracto; en laque la transparencia optica se mide mediante una nebulosidad por lo menos inferior a aproximadamente 10; y en la que por lo menos una porcion del aroma adicionado se deriva de aroma recuperado del extracto.
