Abstract
Un método para entregar un material volátil desde un dispositivo dispensador que usa una fuente de calor para promover la liberacion de materiales volátiles desde un substrato mediante la aplicacion de calor desde una superficie calecfactora, comprendiendo el método los siguientes pasos: a) proveer un substrato con el tamano y forma seleccionados de manera de calzar sobre la superficie calecfactora, teniendo el substrato i) partículas granulares adheridas entre sí de manera de formar un cuerpo que tiene una red de poros y pasadizos, cuyas superficies interiores son no reactivas y no absorbentes con respecto al material volátil a ser dispensado; y ii) el material volátil a ser dispensado dispuesto en los poros; b) instalar el substrato sobre la superficie calecfactora; y c) activar el dispositivo dispensador a efectos de hacer que la superficie calecfactora libere el material volátil desde los poros, cuyo material volátil es seguidamente dispensado.
