Abstract
Dispositivo para recubrir por inmersión en metal fundido una barra metálica (1), especialmente un fleje de metal, donde la barra de metal (1) se hace pasar verticalmente a través de un recipiente (3) que contiene el metal de recubrimiento fundido (2) y a través de un canal de guiado antepuesto (4), donde en la zona del canal de guiado (4) se encuentra dispuesto un imán, especialmente un inductor electromagnético (5) para generar un campo magnético para retener el metal de recubrimiento (2) en el recipiente de recubrimiento (3), donde el recipiente de recubrimiento (3) es aprovisionado de metal de recubrimiento fundido (2) por un recipiente de prefundición (6). La presente también se refiere a un procedimiento de recubrimiento por inmersión donde se usa un dispositivo de ese tipo. Para poder modernizar instalaciones existentes de manera sencilla y técnicamente óptima, la presente prevé que el recipiente de prefundición (6) esté dispuesto debajo del canal de guiado (4).
