Abstract
"PROCEDIMENTO E DISPOSITIVO PARA REVESTIR UM BILETE DE METAL". A presente invenção se refere a um procedimento para revestir um bilete de metal (1) , particularmente, uma tira de aço, por imersão em banho quente, sendo que o bilete de metal (1) é conduzido verticalmente através de um recipiente (3) contendo o metal para revestimento (2) fundido, bem como através de um canal de guia (4) posicionado a montante, e que apresenta pelo menos dois indutores (5) posicionados de ambos os lados do bilete de metal (1), para gerar um campo eletromagnético na região do canal de guia (4) para reter o metal para revestimento (2) dentro do recipiente (3), sendo que pelo menos duas bobinas corretoras (6) posicionadas de ambos os lados do bilete de metal (1) produzem um campo eletromagnético que se superpõe ao campo eletromagnético gerado pelos indutores (5) , para estabilizar o bilete de metal (1) num posicionamento central dentro do canal de guia (4) . Para melhorar a eficiência da regulação do bilete de metal dentro do canal de guia, está previsto, em conformidade com a presente invenção, que a estabilização do posicionamento central do bilete de metal (1) dentro do canal de guia (4) seja realizada pela adoção das seguintes etapas dentro de um circuito fechado de regulação: a) Medição da posição (s, s', s'')do bilete de metal (1) dentro do canal de guia (4); b) Medição da corrente de indução (I~ Ind~) nos indutores (5); c) Medição da corrente de indução (I~ Korr~) nas bobinas corretoras (6); e d) Exercer influência sobre a corrente de indução (I~ knorr~) nas bobinas corretores (6), levando em consideração todos os parâmetros (S, I~ Ind~, I~ Korr~) medidos nas etapas de a) a c), de tal maneira a manter o bilete de metal (1) em seu posicionamento central dentro do canal de guia (4) . Ademais, a presente invenção se refere a um dispositivo para revestir um bilete de metal por imersão em banho quente.
