Abstract
Postupak za oslojavanje metalnog užeta (1), posebno čelične trake, potapanjem u rastopljen metal u kome se metalno uže (1) vodi vertikalno kroz posudu (3) koja sadrži rastopljen metal (2) za oslojavanje i kroz jedan prethodno priključen kanal za vodjenje(4), u kome se pomoću dva induktora (5) postavljena sa obe strane metalnog užeta (1) na području kanala za vodjenje (4) proizvodi elektromagnetno polje da bi se metal (2) za oslojavanje zadržao u posudi (3) i u kome se radi stabilizacije centričnog položaja metalnog užeta (1) u kanalu za vodjenje (4) pomoću najmanje dva pomoćna namotaja (6), rasporedjena sa obe strane metalnog užeta (1), proizvodi elektromagnetno polje superponirano elektromagnetnom polju induktora (5), naznačen time, da se stabilizacija centričnog položaja metalnog užeta (1) u kanalu za vodjenje (4) vrši sledećim sledom koraka u zatvorenom regulacionom kolu:a) Merenje položaja (s, s', s'') metalnog užeta (1) u kanalu za vodjenje (4);b) merenje indukovane struje (IInd) u induktorima (5) ;c) merenje indukovane struje (IKorr) u pomoćnim namotaj ima (6) ;d) Uticanje na indukovanu struju (IKorr) u pomoćnim namotajima (6) u zavisnosti od svih parametara izmerenih u koracima a) do c) (S, IInd, IKоrr) , da bi se metalno uže (1) u kanalu za vodjenje (4) držalo u centričnom položaju pri čemu su pomoćni namotaji (6), gledano u pravcu kretanja (R) metalnog užeta (1), rasporedjeni unutar područja dejstva induktora (5).Prijava sadrži još 1 nezavisan i 10 zavisnih patentnih zahteva.
