Abstract

"DISPOSITIVO PARA REVESTIR UM BILETE DE METAL POR IMERSãO EM BANHO QUENTE". A presente invenção se refere a um dispositivo para revestir um bilete de metal (1), particularmente, uma tira de aço, por imersão em banho quente, sendo que o bilete de metal (1) é conduzido verticalmente através de um recipiente (3) contendo o metal para revestimento fundido (2), bem como através de um canal de guia (4) posicionado a montante, que apresenta pelo menos dois indutores (5) posicionados de ambos os lados do bilete de metal (1) , na região do canal de guia (4), para gerar um campo eletromagnético para reter o metal para revestimento (2) dentro do recipiente (3) . Para poder regular melhor o processo de revestimento, o dispositivo em conformidade com a presente invenção é caracterizado por um meio de fechamento (7, 7<39>) posicionado acima do canal de guia (4), na região do fundo (6) do recipiente (3), que serve para liberar ou interromper seletivamente o fluxo do metal fundido para revestimento (2) em direção ao bilete de metal (1) e / ou em direção ao canal de guia (4).
