Abstract
"DISPOSITIVO E PROCEDIMENTO PARA REVESTIR BILETES DE METAL POR IMERSãO EM BANHO QUENTE". A presente invenção se refere a um procedimento para revestir um bilete de metal (1), particularmente uma tira de aço, por imersão em banho quente, sendo que o bilete de metal (1) é conduzido, pelo menos por segmentos verticalmente através de um recipiente (3) contendo o metal para revestimento fundido (2), a uma velocidade de deslocamento (v) predeterminada. Para exercer uma influência sobre a qualidade do processo de revestimento, a presente invenção prevê que o tempo de permanência (t) do bilete de metal (1) dentro do metal fundido para revestimento (2) seja determinado por meio da regulagem ou do ajuste da altura (h) do nível do metal fundido para revestimento (2) dentro do recipiente (3). Além disto, a presente invenção se refere a um dispositivo para revestir um bilete de metal por imersão em banho quente.
