Abstract

Producto de ayuda culinaria compuesto por una envoltura a base de una materia grasa solida a la temperatura ambiente y un aderezo aromático fluido opastoso. La envoltura del producto segun la presente se funde rápidamente en contacto con un alimento caliente o en la sartén y posee buena resistenciamecánica a las manipulaciones a la temperatura ambiente. La envoltura comprende materia grasa del orden de 40 a 100% y de 0 a 60% de aditivos de cargas deltipo polisacáridos, proteínas, fibras o una me zcla de éstos. El aderezo, acuoso o graso, del producto segun la misma presenta una viscosidad que se inscribe enuna gama comprendida entre una miel líquida y una pasta para untar.
