Abstract
Se trata de un método para tratar sustratos de metales y proporcionar resistencia permanente a la corrosion. El método se caracteriza porque comprende lospasos de: a) proporcionar un sustrato de metal; y b) aplicar un revestimiento duradero sobre elsustrato de metal poniendo en contacto al sustrato de metal conuna solucion que contiene uno o más aminosilanos hidrolizados o parcialmente hidrolizados, uno o más silanos multi-sililfuncionales hidrolizados o parcialmentehidrolizados y un solvente ysustancialmente eliminar el solvente. El método es particularmente adecuado para uso en superficies de acero laminado en frío,zinc, hierro, aluminio y aleaciones de aluminio. También, se proponen y reivindican los objetos establecidos en el título.
