Abstract
La presente invencion se relaciona con un método para la produccion de preparaciones de sacaridos, es decir, jarabes, sacarificando una solucion de almidonlicuado, cuyo método comprende un paso de sacarificacion durante el cual se producen una o másetapas de sacarificacion enzimática, los pasos subsiguientes deuno o más pasos de separacion por membrana a alta temperatura, y re circulacion de la enzima de sacarificacion, método en el cual los pasos de separacion pormembrana a alta temperatura, yre-circulacion de la enzima de sacarificacion, método en el cual los pasos de separacion por membrana se llevan a cabo como unaparte integral del paso de sacarificacion. En otro aspecto específico, la invencion proporciona un método para producir una preparacion de sacáridos, métodoque comprende un paso de sacarificacion enzimática, y los pasos subsiguientes de uno o más pasos de separacion por membrana a alta temperatura y re-circulacionde la enzima de sacarificacion.
