Abstract

"CANDIDA TROPICALIS CJ-FID (KCTC 10457BP) E PROCESSO DE FABRICAçãO DE XILITOL A PARTIR DA MESMA". A presente invenção refere-se a uma nova Candida tropicalis CJ-FID (KCTC 10457BP) durante do mel e um método para a produção de xilitol utilizando a mesma. O método inclui cultivar a própria Candida tropicalis CJ-FID ou uma Candida tropicalis CJ-FID imobilizada em alginato em um meio de fermentação contendo altas concentrações de xilose e sacarose para obter uma cultura contendo xilitol, seguida de uma purificação em coluna de carvão ativado e coluna de troca aniónica, para finalmente obter o xilitol em pó. Portanto, xilitol de alta pureza pode ser produzido com alto rendimento a produtividade.
