Abstract

"candida tropicalis cj-fid (kctc 10457bp) e processo de fabricação de xilitol a partir da mesma". a presente invenção refere-se a uma nova candida tropicalis cj-fid (kctc 10457bp) durante do mel e um método para a produção de xilitol utilizando a mesma. o método inclui cultivar a própria candida tropicalis cj-fid ou uma candida tropicalis cj-fid imobilizada em alginato em um meio de fermentação contendo altas concentrações de xilose e sacarose para obter uma cultura contendo xilitol, seguida de uma purificação em coluna de carvão ativado e coluna de troca aniônica, para finalmente obter o xilitol em pó. portanto, xilitol de alta pureza pode ser produzido com alto rendimento a produtividade.
