Abstract

Medio protecto anticorrosivo para el tratamiento de superficies de acero zincado o recubierto con aleaciones de zinc, así como aluminio. Contiene comocomponentes esenciales: a) 0,5 a 10 g/l de aniones hexafluoruro de titanio (IV) y/o zirconio (IV),b) 5 a 15 g/l de iones vanadio, c) 0,5 a 2 g/l de iones demetales de transicion, d) 30 a 150 g/l de ácido fosforico y/o fosfonico, así como. Preferentemente, el medio protector anticorrosivo contiene un formador depelícula orgánico, en particular, basado en poliacrilato. Además, el medio protector anticorrosivo contiene, preferentemente, un pigmento conductor deelectricidad. Se adecua, en particular, para el tratamiento protector anticorrosivo de cintas metálicas, con o sin unlaqueado subsiguiente y seaplica, preferentemente, de modo que sobre la superficie se genere una capa seca de 0,5 a 5 g/m2.
