Abstract

Derivado de aciloamino alquenilen-amida de formula (I), en donde: R es fenilo que está insustituido o que está sustituido por 1, 2 o 3 sustituyentesseleccionados a partir del grupo de halogeno, alquilo inferior, trifluorometilo,hidroxi y alcoxi inferior; R1 es hidrogeno o alquilo inferior;R2 es hidrogeno, alquilo inferior, o fenilo que está insustituido o que está sustituido por 1, 2 o 3 sustituyentes seleccionados a partir del grupo dehalogeno, alquilo inferior,trifluo rometilo, hidroxi, y alcoxi inferior; R3 es fenilo que está insustituido o que está sustituido por 1, 2 o 3sustituyentes seleccionados a partir del grupo de halogeno, alquilo inferior, trifluorometilo, hidroxi y alcoxi inferior; o esnaftilo, 1 H-indol-3-ilo, o1-alquilo inferior-indol-3-ilo; R4 y R4 son cada uno independientemente del otro, hidrogeno o alquilo inferior, siendo cuando menos uno de los radcialesR4 y R4 hidrogeno; R5 es cicloalquilo de 3 a 8 átomos de carbono, D-azac icloheptan-2-on-3-ilo, o L-azaciclohpetan-2-on-3-ilo; o una sal del mismo.El derivado de formula (I) tiene valiosas propiedades farmacéuticas y es efectivo, especialmente como antagonista de NK1 y NK2. Se refiere además a unacomposicionfarmac éutica que lo comprende y a un proceso para la preparacion de dicho derivado.
