Abstract
Un aparato (10) y un método para evaporar un solvente de recubrimiento de un recubrimiento (12) sobre un substrato (14) y para minimizar la formación demoteado. El recubrimiento (12) es calentado con un primer gas de secado a on más de una primera velocidad de transferencia térmica. La primera velocidad detransferencia térmica es creada por un primer coeficiente de transferencia térmica y una primera diferencia de temperatura entre la primera temperatura derecubrimiento y la primera temperatura de gas de secado.
