Claims (8)
- 기질시트 및 기질시트의 적어도 하나의 표면상에 염료수용층 및 비점착층을 이 순서대로 함유하고, 염료 수용층은 (A-1) 폴리에스테르의 주사슬에 2,2-비스(4-히드록시페닐)프로판으로 부터 유래한 단위를 함유하고 적어도 60℃의 유리 전이 온도를 갖는 포화 폴리에스테르 및 (A-2) 폴리이소시아네이트 화합물을 함유하는 조성물의 가교반응 생성물로 구성되고, 비점착층은 (B-1)수불용성 또는 수난용성 불소함유 표면 활성제를 함유하며 (B-2) 50 내지 200Å의 두께를 갖는 열전사 기록시트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 포화폴리에스테르 (A-1)가 2,2-비스(4-히드록시페닐)프로판으로부터 유래한 단위 2.5 내지 25중량%를 함유하는 기록시트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 불소함유 표면 활성제가 25℃에서 100g의 물에 단지 0.5g이하의 용해도를 나타내는 기록시트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 염료 수용층에서 가교반응 생성물을 형성하는 조성물이 포화 폴리에스테르 100중량부 및 폴리이소시아네이트 화합물 5 내지 25중량부를 함유하는 기록시트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 염료 수용층이 1 내지 6마이크로미터의 두께를 갖는 기록시트.
- 기질시트 및 적어도 하나의 그의 표면상에 (A-1) 2,2-비스(4-히드록시 페닐)프로판으로부터 유래한 단위를 함유하며 적어도 60℃의 유리전이 온도를 갖는 포화 폴리에스테르 (A-2) 폴리이소시아네이트 화합물 및 (B-1) 수불용성 또는 수난용성 불소함유 표면 활성제를 함유하는 조성물의 부분적 가교 반응 생성물로 구성된 층을 함유하는 기질시트의 제조를 위한 예비시트.
- 제6항에 있어서, 불소함유 표면 활성제의 양이 포화 폴리에스테르 100중량부당 2 내지 15중량부인 예비시트.
- 40 내지 80℃의 온도에서 제6항의 예비시트를 열처리하여 포화 폴리에스테르와 폴리이소시아네이트 사이의 가교반응의 이동 및 비점착층의 표면으로 불소함유 표면 활성제의 이동을 촉진시킴을 특징으로 하는 제1항의 기록시트의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
