Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"PROCESSO E DISPOSITIVO DE REVESTIMENTO DE MODO CONTìNUO DE PELO MENOS UMA TIRA METáLICA COM UM FILME FLUIDO FEITO DE POLìMERO RETICULáVEL"<D>. A invenção tem como objeto um processo de revestimento de modo contínuo de pelo menos uma tira metálica com um filme fluido feito de polímero reticulável isento de solvente ou de diluente não-reativo e do qual a temperatura de amolecimento é superior a 50°C. O processo consiste em fazer a tira metálica (1) de deslocar de modo contínuo sobre pelo menos um cilindro de sustentação (3), em formar, em um cilindro (20) por escoamento forçado, uma manta (30) do dito polímero reticulável no estado fundido, em formar, a partir da dita manta (30), o dito filme (31) feito de polímero reticulável e em efetuar uma transferência total em espessura desse filme para a tira metálica (1), e, entre a zona de formação da manta (30) sobre o cilindro (20) e a zona de aplicação do filme (31) sobre a tira metálica, em condicionar termincamente o polímero reticulável para abaixar sua viscosidade. A invenção tembém tem como objeto um dispositivo de revestimento para a execução desse processo.
