技术领域
本发明涉及连续过程中的涂覆产品至片材或层状材料的辊施加。本发明尤其涉及借助于使用胶或粘合剂作为涂覆产品的、用于涂覆家具的构件部分(诸如面板或外形)的连续片材的制备。
背景技术
当前,用于将涂层或涂覆产品层(例如,胶或粘合剂)施加至连续片材的辊施加系统是众所周知的。在这些辊施加系统中,当片材在涂覆产品的转移区域中由施加压力元件按压抵靠施加辊时,施加辊将涂层施加在片材上。
借助于这些辊施加系统,有可能实现涂层在片材上的均匀分布。这对于胶合施加而言是有用的,其中施加至片材的涂覆产品是胶或粘合剂,因为其使得缺陷能够被消除,当将片材紧固在基部部分上时,所述缺陷可由于施加的胶的质量中的差异而出现。
对于所谓的高光泽涂层,其中使用了高光泽片材,换句话说,高光泽片材由表面光泽类似于镜子的表面光泽的材料制成,或者在透明涂层中,其中使用了透明片材,任何微小的缺陷可被更容易地看到,出于该原因,胶的均匀施加是尤其相关的。专利文献ES 2394833描述用于将胶施加至连续片材以用于施加高光泽的辊施加系统。

施加辊和平滑辊的该连续布置使得有可能:一旦涂层由涂覆辊沉积在连续片材上,平滑辊就向施加的涂层提供所需的更大的均匀性。
根据本发明,施加压力元件和平滑压力元件能够独立地移动,以便按压片材,换句话说,它们可独立地靠近相应的施加辊或平滑辊。用于独立移动的该能力使得有可能提供经优化的均匀或平滑涂层,因为其使得施加的涂层能够独立于所述施加的涂层通过调节所述均匀性或平滑性来变得均匀或平滑。

另外,优选地,系统可包括移动控制器,以便控制施加压力元件和/或平滑压力元件的移动。在本发明的上下文中,移动的控制,特别是移动的调节的控制被理解为按照由控制器存储的程序或指令执行移动。以该方式,有可能简化或加速系统的操作,以便获得最佳的均匀涂层。
同样地,控制可自动地执行,例如,借助于通过控制器处理系统的操作参数,所述系统的操作参数诸如为涂覆产品的克重、片材或待覆盖有片材的构件部分的特征(例如,待胶合的片材或面板的孔隙率、待胶合的片材的厚度等)、片材的前进速度或张力、构件部分的前进速度等。该控制可在不使系统停止的情况下执行以便调节压力元件的移动,或者甚至可实时执行。例如,有利地,为了针对较高的施加涂层克重获得最佳的均匀涂层,相比于较低的涂层克重,有可能选择平滑压力元件的较低压力。

具体实施方式
本发明涉及用于为家具的构件部分(诸如面板或外形)施加涂层(诸如美观涂层)的系统,利用本发明的该系统来实现满足施加高光泽、透明或类似涂层的必要要求的特征。
下面描述的施加使用胶(2)作为涂覆产品,例如,可使用诸如PUR的热熔胶,特别是透明的胶。透明的胶有利地用于粘合透明片材,从而实现涂层的底部的适当视野。
系统包括具有施加辊(10)和配量辊(50)的施加头部(40)。配量辊(50)与施加辊(10)协作,以便借助于施加辊(10)和配量辊(50)的旋转和相对移动将一定量的胶(2)施配到施加辊(10)上。施加压力元件(11)按压片材(1)抵靠施加辊(10),使得胶(2)被施加在片材(1)上。
