Abstract

Pronalazak se odnosi na DNA sastav protein kompleksa i postupak za dobijanje rekombinovanog protein kompleksa, gde DNA sastav protein kompleksa enkodira aktivnost protein kompleksa koji sadrži ljudski faktor VIII: C, s tim što taj protein kompleks obuhvata prvi polipeptid homologan ljudskom faktoru VIII: C domena A, koji je povezan sa drugim polipeptidom homolognim domenu C ljudskog faktora VIII: C preko polipeptidskog prostora a ne celom dužinom domena B ljudskog faktora pri čemu DNA sastav obuhvata kontrolne sekvence pogodne za usmeravanje ekspresije protein kompleksa kada je DNA sastav prisutan u domaćoj eukariotik ćeliji. Postupak za dobijanje rekombinovanog protein kompleksa koji obuhvata odgajivanje doraaćih ćelija pod uslovima u kpjima je izražen DNA sastav koji je enkodirao protein kompleks.
