Abstract
Ovaj pronalazak se odnosi na uredjaj i na postupak za proizvodnju ozona izlaganjem kiseonika visokofrekventnoj naizmeničnoj struji visokog napona preko jednog dielektrika. Da bi se dobila jednostavna, kompaktna i ekonomična konstrukcija, koja je u stanju da poveća kapacitet i povisi efikasnost konverzije u uredjaju, kao i da zaštiti uredjaj od oštećenja i od sniženja efikasnosti u radu, uredjaj ima jedan podsklop za kompenzaciju pritiska, sastavljen od najmanje dveju ploča (2, 2') od dielektričnog materijala i izmedju njih jedne elektrode (4) na koju se dovodi visokofrekventna naizmenična struja visokog napona, i dva zaptivena prostora (1, 1') za generisanje ozona na suprotnim stranama pomenutog podsklopa (2, 2' 4), pri čemu je respektivni zaptiveni prostor (1, 1') na suprotnoj strani od pomenute ploče (2, 2') od dielektričnog materijala omedjen jednom uzemljenom i hladjenom elektrodom (3, 3'), kroz koju se gasoviti kiseonik ili gas bogat kiseonikom uvodi u prostor (1, 1') a ozon se odvodi iz njega. Pomoću ovog uredjaja gasoviti kiseonik ili gas bogat kiseonikom može se, prema postupku ovog pronalaska, uvoditi pod pritiskom u zaptivene komore (1, 1') na suprotnim stranama podsklopa (2, 2', 4) za kompenzaciju pritiska.
