Abstract

Postupak za izradu grubo oblikovanih komada sirovine, naročito namenjenih za dobijanje silicijuma ili legura silicijuma u električnoj redukcionoj peći, pri čemu se mešaju kvarcni pesak, ugljenični nosač koji ne aglomeriše, prvenstveno petrol koks i vezivo koje sadrži smolu, što se ova polazna smeša briketira u prethodno grubo oblikovane komade, pri čemu se iz prethodno grubo oblikovanih komada očvršćavajućom toplotnom obradom dobijaju grubo oblikovani komadi sirovine, naznačen time, što se kao vezivo koje sadrži smolu dodaje vezivna smeša iz smole i uglja koji aglomeriše, koja ima temperaturu iznad 100В°C do 200В°C, što se kvarcni pesak i ugljenični nosač koji ne aglomeriše pri temperaturi smeše, koja leži u istom temperaturnom području mešaju sa vezivnom smešom, i što se odatle briketiraju prethodno grubo oblikovani komadi iz smeše ove temperature, i što se prethodno grubo oblikovani komadi podvrgavaju toplotnoj obradi na krajnjoj temperaturi od preko 450В°C.
