Abstract

POSTUPAK ZA IZRADU GRUBO OBLIKOVANIH KOMADA SIROVINE I GRUBO OBLIKOVANI KOMADI SIROVINE DOBIJENI OVIM POSTUPKOM, pronalazak se odnosi na postupak za izradu sirovine za grubo oblikovane proizvode, naročito za proizvodnju silicijuma ili silicijumovih legura u električnoj redulcionoj peći, pri čemu se kvarcni pesak, ugljeni nosač koji ne aglomeriše, prvenstveno petrol koks, i vezivo koje sadrži smolu mešaju kao i ova polazna smeša briketira u prethodno grubo oblikovane proizvode, i pri čemu se iz prethodno grubo oblikovanih proizvoda stvaraju očvršćavajućom toplotnom obradom sirovine grubo oblikovanih proizvoda. Kao vezivo koje sadrži smolu stavlja se veziva smeša od smole i uglja koji aglomeriše, koja ima temperaturu od preko 100В°C do 200В°C. Kvarcni pesak i ugljeni nosač koji ne aglomeriše se mešaju pri temperaturi mešanja, koja leži u istom temperaturnom opsegu, sa vezivom smešom. Prethodno grubo oblikovani proizvodi se iz ove temperature smeše briketiraju. Prethodno grubo oblikovani proizvodi se podvrgavaju toplotnoj obradi, koja ima krajnju temperaturu od preko 450В°C. - Predmet pronalaska su takodje i izradjeni grubo oblikovani proizvodi kao sirovina.
