Abstract

Sastav katalizatora i njegova upotreba za oksidaciju etana u etilen i/ili sirćetnu kiselinu i/ili oksidaciju etilena u sirćetnu kiselinu, koji je kombinacija kiseonika sa elementima molibdenom, vanadijumom, niobijumom i zlatom, u ostsustvu paladijuma, u skladu sa empirijskom formulom: MoaWbAucVdNbeYf (I), gde je Y jedan ili više elemenata koji se biraju iz grupe koju čine: Cr, Mn,Ta, Ti, B, Al, Ga, In, Pt, Zn, Cd, Bi, Ce, Co, Rh, Ir, Cu, Ag, Fe, Ru, Os, K, Rb, Ss, Mg, Ca, Sr, Ba, Zr, Hf, Ni, P, Pb, Sb, Si, Sn, Tl, U, Re, Te, La i Pd; dok a, b, c, d, e i f predstavljaju molske odnose elemenata, tako da su: 0 < a ≤ 1; 0 ≤ b < 1 i a + b = 1; 10-5 < c ≤ 0,02; 0 < d ≤ 2; 0 < e ≤ 1; 0 ≤ f ≤ 2.[The composition of the catalyst and its use for the oxidation of ethylene and/or vinegar acid and/or oxidation of ethylene into vinegar acid, that is the combination of oxygen with the lements molibdene, vanadium, niobium, and ore, in the absence of palladium, in compliance with the chemical formula: MoaWbAucVdNbeYf (I), where Y is one or more elements chosen from the group consisiting of Cr, Mn,Ta, Ti, B, Al, Ga, In, Pt, Zn, Cd, Bi, Ce, Co, Rh, Ir, Cu, Ag, Fe, Ru, Os, K, Rb, Ss, Mg, Ca, Sr, Ba, Zr, Hf, Ni, P, Pb, Sb, Si, Sn, Tl, U, Re, Te, La i Pd; whereas a, b, c, d, e and f represents mole relationship of elements, so that: 0 < a ≤ 1; 0 ≤ b < 1 i a + b = 1; 10-5 < c ≤ 0,02; 0 < d ≤ 2; 0 < e ≤ 1; 0 ≤ f ≤ 2.
