中国专利第201010120892.0号公开的一种单张承印物的激光图案压印转移、冷烫两用设备,结构包括机架和分别安装在机架上的膜料放卷装置、膜料收卷装置和压印转移装置,上述膜料放卷装置和膜料收卷装置分别设在压印转移装置的上方;上述压印转移装置包括压印机构、紫外光固化机构和剥离机构,上述剥离机构设在压印机构的前方;激光图案压印转移、冷烫两用设备还包括一个间歇式膜料控制装置;上述压印机构与剥离机构之间设有一个弧形输送机构,上述紫外光固化机构设在弧形输送机构的上方;上述膜料放卷装置采用间歇式放卷驱动机构,上述膜料收卷装置采用间歇式收卷驱动机构,上述弧形输送机构采用间歇式输送驱动机构,上述间歇式放卷驱动机构、间歇式收卷驱动机构、间歇式输送驱动机构的信号输入端分别与上述间歇式膜料控制装置的三个信号输出端电连接。这一方案的缺点:一是采用弧形输送机构,输送纸张的阻力大,影响到纸张的表面处理成型质量;二是单张纸在表面处理过程没有定位,容易偏移,也影响到纸张的表面处理成型质量;三是产生效率低,造成生产成本较高。
中国专利第200710111893.7号公开的一种单张印刷机,结构是该单张印刷机具备:用于对来自供纸部的单张纸进行印刷的印刷部;和用于将转印用薄膜按压在经该印刷部进行了印刷的单张纸上而进行该单张纸的表面加工的表面加工部,该表面加工部具备:下游侧的筒体,该下游侧的筒体具备抓钳,所述抓钳抓住来自上游侧的筒体的单张纸,所述上游侧的筒体对所述印刷后送出的单张纸进行输送;该单张印刷机具备:薄膜转印机构,该薄膜转印机构向与该下游侧的筒体相同方向输送所述转印用薄膜,同时将所述转印用薄膜压到该筒体上的单张纸上;该单张印刷机具备:涂漆部,到所述表面加工部完成表面加工为止的期间,对印刷后的单张纸涂敷紫外线固化型树脂漆;以及紫外线照射部,其用于使由该涂漆部涂敷的紫外线固化型树脂漆固化。这一方案的缺点:一是转移表面处理部分的涂布紫外线固化胶的版辊20B和转移膜5(15)机构各配合不同的压印辊21B和11E,中间还设有送纸辊11D,经过的机构比较多,不利于单张纸高质量的精准转移表面处理;二是没有设置对紫外线照射部10造成压印辊11E发热的冷却措施,转移表面处理的生产效率受到限制,产量不高;三是在压印辊11E转动过程,压力辊17、18会进入叼牙槽11K,让转移膜5(15)接触到叼牙机构12,容易使转移膜5(15)受到损坏。
技术问题
为了克服现有技术存在单张纸的转移表面处理质量不高、产生效率无法提高、转移膜的压力辊会进入叼牙槽,容易使转移膜受到损坏等问题,本发明的目的是提供一种改进的单张纸转移表面处理设备,可以克服现有技术的缺陷。
技术解决方案
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种单张纸转移表面处理设备,包括机架以及安装在所述机架上的中心压印滚筒、送纸单元、涂布单元、转移成型单元和出纸单元,其特征是:所述送纸单元、涂布单元、转移成型单元和出纸单元分别布置在所述中心压印滚筒周围并按其前后顺序与所述中心压印滚筒进行工作配合,其中所述涂布单元采用柔性版涂布方式,其结构包括对应配合的紫外线固化涂料墨槽、网纹辊和版辊,所述涂布单元由所述版辊与所述中心压印滚筒作涂布配合,所述转移成型单元包括对应配合的转移膜、放卷机构、压力辊、剥离辊、收卷机构和紫外线照射装置,所述转移膜从所述放卷机构输出后经所述压力辊和剥离辊最后由所述收卷机构进行收卷,所述转移成型单元通过所述压力辊施压所述转移膜与所述中心压印滚筒作转移成型配合,所述紫外线照射装置处于所述压力辊和剥离辊之间的所述转移膜上方,其照射面朝向所述中心压印滚筒,所述中心压印滚筒上设有滚筒叼牙槽,所述滚筒叼牙槽内设有滚筒叼牙机构,所述滚筒叼牙槽上设有与所述中心压印滚筒的筒面齐平的压力辊支撑板,所述中心压印滚筒上还设置有筒面冷却结构。
上述技术方案所述机架上的中心压印滚筒可以为一个。
上述技术方案所述中心压印滚筒上可以均布有二个以上的滚筒叼牙槽,所述滚筒叼牙槽内均设有滚筒叼牙机构,所述滚筒叼牙槽上均设有与所述中心压印滚筒的筒面齐平的压力辊支撑板。
上述技术方案所述压力辊支撑板可以是安装固定在所述滚筒叼牙槽上,且覆盖所述滚筒叼牙槽槽口上的不妨碍所述滚筒叼牙机构运动的任何空间,所述压力辊支撑板的顶面与所述中心压印滚筒的筒面齐平以构成所述筒面的一部分,所述压力辊支撑板可以取任何适用的造型。
上述技术方案所述中心压印滚筒的筒面冷却结构可以是在所述筒面上除所述滚筒叼牙槽以外部分的内侧设置容纳冷却水的夹层,所述夹层均设有进、出水口,所述进、出水口分别通过进、出水管连接所述中心压印滚筒的滚筒轴上的进、出水通道。
上述技术方案所述转移膜可以是光膜、镭射转印膜或冷烫印膜。
上述技术方案所述转移成型单元上的各个组件之间还可以设置有导向辊,所述导向辊可以设有适用的任意多个。
上述技术方案所述送纸单元可以由对应配合的单张纸输纸装置和传纸辊组成,所述传纸辊上设有传纸叼牙槽,所述传纸叼牙槽内均安装有传纸叼牙机构,所述送纸单元由所述传纸辊与所述中心压印滚筒作送纸配合。
上述技术方案所述出纸单元可以由对应配合的收纸辊和单张纸收纸装置组成,所述收纸辊上设有收纸叼牙槽,所述收纸叼牙槽内安装有收纸叼牙机构,所述出纸单元由所述收纸辊与所述中心压印滚筒作收纸配合。
上述技术方案所述传纸叼牙机构、滚筒叼牙机构和收纸叼牙机构的作用是将单张纸的纸头分别夹紧固定在所述传纸辊、中心压印滚筒或收纸辊上,保证单张纸在传纸辊、中心压印滚筒或收纸辊转动时其位置不产生移动,所述传纸叼牙槽、滚筒叼牙槽和收纸叼牙槽的槽口上一般应设置牙垫分别与传纸叼牙机构、滚筒叼牙机构和收纸叼牙机构作夹纸配合。
上述技术方案所述中心压印滚筒上设有二个滚筒叼牙机构的,所述传纸辊、版辊和收纸辊的直径可以取所述中心压印滚筒的直径一半,当所述中心压印滚筒每转一圈,所述传纸辊、版辊和收纸辊分别转两圈与之配合;所述中心压印滚筒上设有三个滚筒叼牙机构的,所述传纸辊、版辊和收纸辊的直径可以取所述中心压印滚筒的直径三分之一,当所述中心压印滚筒每转一圈,所述传纸辊和收纸辊分别转三圈之其配合;所述中心压印滚筒上设有四个滚筒叼牙机构的,所述传纸辊、版辊和收纸辊的直径可以取所述中心压印滚筒的直径四分之一,当所述中心压印滚筒每转一圈,所述传纸辊和收纸辊分别转四圈之其配合;以此类推。
上述技术方案所述机架上的所述中心压印滚筒可以设有两个,即第一中心压印滚筒和第二中心压印滚筒,其中所述第一中心压印滚筒周围可以布置有与其作顺序工作配合的送纸单元、第一涂布单元和第一转移成型单元,所述第二中心压印滚筒周围可以布置有与其作顺序工作配合的第二涂布单元、第二转移成型单元和出纸单元,所述第一中心压印滚筒和第二中心压印滚筒之间设置有与之配合的过渡传纸辊,构成在单张纸上能够一次进行二种不同类型的转移表面处理的多用设备。
上述技术方案所述过渡传纸辊可以设有过渡叼牙槽,所述过渡叼牙槽内均安装有过渡叼牙机构;所述过渡传纸辊的直径可以取与所述第一中心压印滚筒或第二中心压印滚筒的直径相同,所述过渡传纸辊设有均布的二个过渡叼牙槽,所述过渡叼牙槽内均安装有过渡叼牙机构。
有益效果
本发明的有益效果是:一是将送纸单元、涂布单元、转移成型单元和出纸单元都布置在一个中心压印滚筒周围并按其前后顺序与所述中心压印滚筒进行工作配合,简化了已有单张纸转移表面处理设备的结构,而且单张纸在整个转移表面处理过程都是被叼牙机构固定在一个中心压印滚筒筒面上进行,不用再转接固定在其他机构上,大大提高了单张纸转移表面处理的质量和精准程度。二是中心压印滚筒上的叼牙槽上设有与所述中心压印滚筒的筒面齐平的压力辊支撑板,使得中心压印滚筒上的叼牙槽经过转移成型单元的压力辊时,有叼牙槽上压力辊支撑板托住压力辊,避免了压力辊进入叼牙槽接触到叼牙机构,造成压力辊上转移膜被损坏;三是中心压印滚筒上还设置有筒面冷却结构,使得中心压印滚筒在作业过程长时间受到紫外线照射装置的照射后,不会产生过热变形,有效保证了中心压印滚筒周围的送纸单元、涂布单元、转移成型单元和出纸单元的良好工作状态,从而保证了转移表面处理的高质量、质量稳定性,且有效提高了转移表面处理产量。

本发明的实施方式
参照图1~图2,本高质高产的单张纸转移表面处理设备,包括机架(未示出)以及安装在所述机架上的中心压印滚筒1、送纸单元2、涂布单元3、转移成型单元4和出纸单元5,其特征是:所述送纸单元2、涂布单元3、转移成型单元4和出纸单元5分别布置在所述中心压印滚筒1周围并按其前后顺序与所述中心压印滚筒1进行工作配合,其中所述涂布单元3采用柔性版涂布方式,其结构包括对应配合的紫外线固化涂料墨槽6、网纹辊7和版辊8,所述涂布单元3由所述版辊8与所述中心压印滚筒1作涂布配合,所述转移成型单元4包括对应配合的转移膜9、放卷机构10、压力辊11、剥离辊12、收卷机构13和紫外线照射装置14,所述转移膜9从所述放卷机构10输出后经所述压力辊11和剥离辊12最后由所述收卷机构12进行收卷,所述转移成型单元4通过所述压力辊11施压所述转移膜9与所述中心压印滚筒1作转移成型配合,所述紫外线照射装置13处于所述压力辊11和剥离辊12之间的所述转移膜9上方,其照射面朝向所述中心压印滚筒1,所述中心压印滚筒1上设有滚筒叼牙槽15、所述滚筒叼牙槽15内设有滚筒叼牙机构16、所述滚筒叼牙槽15上设有与所述中心压印滚筒1的筒面17齐平的压力辊支撑板18,所述中心压印滚筒1上还设置有筒面冷却结构19。
另外,所述机架上的所述中心压印滚筒1为一个。
所述中心压印滚筒1上均布有二个滚筒叼牙槽15,所述二个滚筒叼牙槽15内均设有滚筒叼牙机构16,所述滚筒叼牙槽15上均设有与所述中心压印滚筒1的筒面17齐平的压力辊支撑板18。
如图2所示,所述压力辊支撑板18是安装固定在所述滚筒叼牙槽15上,且覆盖所述滚筒叼牙槽15槽口上的不妨碍所述滚筒叼牙机构16运动的空间,所述压力辊支撑板18的顶面20与所述中心压印滚筒1的筒面17齐平、构成所述筒面17的一部分。
所述中心压印滚筒1的筒面冷却结构19是在所述筒面16上除所述叼牙槽15以外部分的内侧设置容纳冷却水的夹层19,所述夹层19均设有进水口和出水口,所述进水口和出水口分别通过进水管21和出水管22连接所述中心压印滚筒1的滚筒轴上的进水通道23和出水通道24。
转移膜9是光膜、镭射转印膜或冷烫印膜。
所述转移成型单元4中还包括有二个导向辊25。
所述送纸单元2由对应配合的单张纸输纸装置26和传纸辊27组成,所述传纸辊27设有传纸叼牙槽28,所述传纸叼牙槽28内安装有传纸叼牙机构29,所述送纸单元2由所述传纸辊27与所述中心压印滚筒1作送纸配合。
所述出纸单元5由对应配合的收纸辊30和单张纸收纸装置31组成,所述收纸辊30上设有收纸叼牙槽32,所述收纸叼牙槽32内安装有收纸叼牙机构33,所述出纸单元5由所述收纸辊30与所述中心压印滚筒1作收纸配合。
所述滚筒叼牙机构16、传纸叼牙机构29和收纸叼牙机构33的作用是将单张纸的纸头分别夹紧固定在所述中心压印滚筒1、传纸辊27或收纸辊30上,保证单张纸在中心压印滚筒1、传纸辊27或收纸辊30转动时其位置不产生移动,所述滚筒叼牙槽15、传纸叼牙槽28和收纸叼牙槽32的槽口上一般应设置牙垫分别与所述滚筒叼牙机构16、传纸叼牙机构29和收纸叼牙机构33作夹纸配合。
所述传纸辊27、版辊8和收纸辊30的直径均取所述中心压印滚筒1的直径一半,当所述中心压印滚筒1每转一圈,所述传纸辊27、版辊8和收纸辊30分别转两圈与之配合。
参照图3,本实施例与图1~图2的实施例比较的结构不同在于:所述机架上的所述中心压印滚筒为两个,即第一中心压印滚筒34和第二中心压印滚筒35、其中所述第一中心压印滚筒34周围布置有与其作顺序工作配合的送纸单元36、第一涂布单元37和第一转移成型单元38,所述第二中心压印滚筒35周围布置有与其作顺序工作配合的第二涂布单元39和第二转移成型单元40和出纸单元41,所述第一中心压印滚筒34和第二中心压印滚筒35之间设置有与之配合的过渡传纸辊42,构成能够在单张纸上一次进行二种不同类型的转移表面处理的多用设备。其他结构与图1~图2的实施例相同。
所述中心压印滚筒34和中心压印滚筒35的直径相同,所述过渡传纸辊42的直径取与所述中心压印滚筒34的直径相同,所述过渡传纸辊42上设有对应的二个过渡叼牙槽43,所述二个过渡叼牙槽43内均安装有过渡叼牙机构44。
工业实用性
工作时,参照图1~图2,未经转移表面处理的单张纸从单张纸输纸装置26输出;然后单张纸纸头由传纸辊27上的传纸叼牙机构29夹住,并随传纸辊27转动到达与中心压印滚筒1的送纸配合点,传纸叼牙机构29放开单张纸,由中心压印滚筒1上滚筒叼牙机构16夹住;然后单张纸随中心压印滚筒1转动到达与版辊8的涂布配合点,被局部或整面涂布上一层紫外线固化涂料;然后单张纸继续随中心压印滚筒1转动到达与压力辊11施压的转移膜9下侧的压印配合点,转移膜9被压贴在单张纸的紫外线固化涂料层上;然后单张纸连同转移膜9随中心压印滚筒1转动到达与紫外线照射装置14的固化配合点,紫外线照射装置14的紫外线透过转移膜9,对单张纸上的紫外线固化涂料层进行紫外线照射固化;然后单张纸连同转移膜9继续随中心压印滚筒1转动到达与剥离辊12的剥离配合点,转移膜9从紫外线固化涂料层上剥离,紫外线固化涂料层顶面便被成型了转移表面处理效果,即根据不同的转移膜,成型了上光面、激光全息纹理或金银色;然后单张纸继续随中心压印滚筒1转动到达与收纸辊30的收纸配合点,中心压印滚筒1的滚筒叼牙机构16放开单张纸,由收纸辊30的收纸叼牙机构33夹住单张纸,并由收纸辊30转动送给单张纸收纸装置31。
参照图3,第一转移成型单元38和第二转移成型单元40上的转移膜是采用不同转移表面处理类型的转移膜,第一涂布单元37和第二涂布单元39上的版辊采用涂布单张纸不同局部的局部涂布设计,单张纸在第一中心压印滚筒34上进行完成一种转移表面处理后,通过过渡传纸辊42传递给第二中心压印滚筒35,进行另一种转移表面处理,其他工作原理参照上述图1~图2的工作原理。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种单张纸转移表面处理设备,包括机架以及安装在所述机架上的中心压印滚筒、送纸单元、涂布单元、转移成型单元和出纸单元,其特征是:所述送纸单元、涂布单元、转移成型单元和出纸单元分别布置在所述中心压印滚筒周围并按其前后顺序与所述中心压印滚筒进行工作配合,其中所述涂布单元采用柔性版涂布方式,其结构包括对应配合的紫外线固化涂料墨槽、网纹辊和版辊,所述涂布单元由所述版辊与所述中心压印滚筒作涂布配合,所述转移成型单元包括对应配合的转移膜、放卷机构、压力辊、剥离辊、收卷机构和紫外线照射装置,所述转移膜从所述放卷机构输出后经所述压力辊和剥离辊最后由所述收卷机构进行收卷,所述转移成型单元通过所述压力辊施压所述转移膜与所述中心压印滚筒作转移成型配合,所述紫外线照射装置处于所述压力辊和剥离辊之间的所述转移膜上方,其照射面朝向所述中心压印滚筒,所述中心压印滚筒上设有滚筒叼牙槽,所述滚筒叼牙槽内设有滚筒叼牙机构,所述滚筒叼牙槽上设有与所述中心压印滚筒的筒面齐平的压力辊支撑板,所述中心压印滚筒上还设置有筒面冷却结构。
  2.  根据权利要求1所述的单张纸转移表面处理设备,其特征是:所述机架上的中心压印滚筒为一个。
  3.  根据权利要求1或2所述的单张纸转移表面处理设备,其特征是:所述中心压印滚筒上均布有二个以上的滚筒叼牙槽,所述滚筒叼牙槽内均设有滚筒叼牙机构,所述滚筒叼牙槽上均设有与所述中心压印滚筒的筒面齐平的压力辊支撑板。
  4.  根据权利要求1或2所述的单张纸转移表面处理设备,其特征是:所述压力辊支撑板是安装固定在所述滚筒叼牙槽上,且覆盖所述滚筒叼牙槽槽口上的不妨碍所述滚筒叼牙机构运动的任何空间,所述压力辊支撑板的顶面与所述中心压印滚筒的筒面齐平以构成所述筒面的一部分。
  5.  根据权利要求1或2所述的单张纸转移表面处理设备,其特征是:所述中心压印滚筒的筒面冷却结构是在所述筒面上除所述滚筒叼牙槽以外部分的内侧设置容纳冷却水的夹层,所述夹层均设有进、出水口,所述进、出水口分别通过进、出水管连接所述中心压印滚筒的滚筒轴上的进、出水通道。
  6.  根据权利要求1或2所述的单张纸转移表面处理设备,其特征是:所述送纸单元由对应配合的单张纸输纸装置和传纸辊组成,所述传纸辊上设有传纸叼牙槽,所述传纸叼牙槽内均安装有传纸叼牙机构,所述送纸单元由所述传纸辊与所述中心压印滚筒作送纸配合。
  7.  根据权利要求1或2所述的单张纸转移表面处理设备,其特征是:所述出纸单元由对应配合的收纸辊和单张纸收纸装置组成,所述收纸辊上设有收纸叼牙槽,所述收纸叼牙槽内安装有收纸叼牙机构,所述出纸单元由所述收纸辊与所述中心压印滚筒作收纸配合。
  8.  根据权利要求1或2所述的单张纸转移表面处理设备,其特征是:所述中心压印滚筒上设有二个滚筒叼牙机构的,所述传纸辊、版辊和收纸辊的直径取所述中心压印滚筒的直径一半,当所述中心压印滚筒每转一圈,所述传纸辊、版辊和收纸辊分别转两圈与之配合;所述中心压印滚筒上设有三个滚筒叼牙机构的,所述传纸辊、版辊和收纸辊的直径取所述中心压印滚筒的直径三分之一,当所述中心压印滚筒每转一圈,所述传纸辊和收纸辊分别转三圈之其配合;所述中心压印滚筒上设有四个滚筒叼牙机构的,所述传纸辊、版辊和收纸辊的直径取所述中心压印滚筒的直径四分之一,当所述中心压印滚筒每转一圈,所述传纸辊和收纸辊分别转四圈之其配合。
  9.  根据权利要求1所述的单张纸转移表面处理设备,其特征是:所述机架上的中心压印滚筒为两个,即第一中心压印滚筒和第二中心压印滚筒,其中所述第一中心压印滚筒周围布置有与其作顺序工作配合的送纸单元、第一涂布单元和第一转移成型单元,所述第二中心压印滚筒周围布置有与其作顺序工作配合的第二涂布单元、第二转移成型单元和出纸单元,所述第一中心压印滚筒和第二中心压印滚筒之间设置有与之配合的过渡传纸辊,构成在单张纸上能够一次进行二种不同类型的转移表面处理的多用设备。
  10.  根据权利要求9所述的单张纸转移表面处理设备,其特征是:所述过渡传纸辊可以设有过渡叼牙槽,所述过渡叼牙槽内均安装有过渡叼牙机构。
