如图1所示,一些情况中,无框车门的车门玻璃5’与风挡玻璃6’之间之间设有柱密封结构,该柱密封结构在车门玻璃上升到顶部时与柱密封结构抵接,起到密封作用。柱密封结构外侧设有柱外饰板8’,以对柱密封结构进行遮挡。

下文中将结合附图对本申请的实施例进行说明。需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互任意组合。
如图1所示,一些情况中,柱外密封结构的密封条1’卡在金属嵌件2’内,金属嵌件2’通过紧固件3’固定至侧围钣金4’,使得车门玻璃5’上升到顶部时,车门玻璃5’可顶住密封条1’起到密封作用。柱外饰板8’的一端搭接在风挡玻璃6’上,且柱外饰板8’与风挡玻璃6’之间夹设有密封件7’,柱外饰板8’的另一端搭接在金属嵌件2’上。
该柱外密封结构+柱外饰板8’的结构复杂,且柱外饰板8’的宽度较大,影响美观性,而车门玻璃5’与风挡玻璃6’之间的柱外饰板8’的宽度较大,影响驾驶员的视野(柱外饰板8’的遮挡,导致形成视觉盲点)。
如图2-图3所示,本申请实施例还提供了一种车用柱外饰板1,包括:第一安装槽11、第二安装槽12和固定部13。
第一安装槽11设置成安装与车门玻璃密封配合的第一密封件4。
第二安装槽12的槽口与第一安装槽11的槽口相背离,第二安装槽12设置成安装与天窗玻璃32和风挡玻璃至少之一密封配合的第二密封件5。其中,风挡玻璃可包括前风挡玻璃31和/或后风挡玻璃33,即第二密封件5可与前风挡玻璃31、天窗玻璃32和后风挡玻璃33中的至少一个密封配合。
固定部13设置成用于车用柱外饰板1的固定。

相比于一些情况中采用的柱外密封结构+柱外饰板8’的结构,本申请实施例中省去了安装密封条1’的金属嵌件2’等结构,直接利用车用柱外饰板1来安装第一密封件4和第二密封件5,使得结构简化,且车用柱外饰板1的宽度较小,美观性好,对视野的影响减小。
一些示例性实施例中,如图3所示,车用柱外饰板1还包括:公共壁115、设置在公共壁115一端的第一侧壁111和第二侧壁112、以及设置在公共壁115另一端的第三侧壁121和第四侧壁122,第一侧壁111、第二侧壁112和公共壁115配合形成第一安装槽11,第三侧壁121、第四侧壁122和公共壁115配合形成第二安装槽12。
车用柱外饰板1中,第一侧壁111、第二侧壁112相对设置,且第一侧壁111、第二侧壁112和公共壁115配合形成第一安装槽11;第三侧壁121、第四侧壁122相对设置,且第三侧壁121、第四侧壁122和公共壁115配合形成第二安装槽12;第一安装槽11和第二安装槽12共用公共壁115,该公共壁115可形成第一安装槽11和第二安装槽12的底壁(与槽口相对的壁)。共用公共壁115,有利于简化车用柱外饰板1的结构,便于车用柱外饰板1的加工成型。

一些示例性实施例中,如图3所示,第三侧壁121上设有第三卡勾123,第四侧壁122的末端设有第四卡勾124,第三卡勾123和第四卡勾124设置成与第二密封件5卡接配合。
第三侧壁121上的第三卡勾123可与第二密封件5卡接,第四侧壁122末端的第四卡勾124可与第二密封件5卡接,能够将第二密封件5牢固地固定至第二安装槽12,避免第二密封件5发生移位、脱落等情况,有利于确保对天窗玻璃32、风挡玻璃的密封效果。
一些示例性实施例中,如图3所示,沿着自第一安装槽11的槽口朝向公共壁115的方向,第一侧壁111的高度H1大于第二侧壁112的高度H2。
第一侧壁111的高度H1大于第二侧壁112的高度H2,第一侧壁111的高度较大,使得第一侧壁111可尽可能多地对第一密封件4进行遮挡,有利于增强美观性;第二侧壁112的高度较小,使得第一安装槽11的槽深减小,便于第一密封件4的安装;高度较大的第一侧壁111和高度较小的第二侧壁112配合,不影响对第一密封件4的固定效果,能够将第一密封件4牢固地卡接在第一安装槽11内。
应当理解,根据需要,第一侧壁111的高度H1可设置成与第二侧壁112的高度H2相等,或者,小于第二侧壁112的高度H2。
一些示例性实施例中,如图3所示,第三卡勾123偏离第三侧壁121的末端,第三侧壁121的靠近末端的部分形成配合部125,配合部125设置成与第二密封件5凸出于第二安装槽12的部分挤压配合。

一些示例性实施例中,如图2和图3所示,车用柱外饰板1为一体式结构,即第一侧壁111、第二侧壁112、第三侧壁121、第四侧壁122、公共壁115、第一卡勾113、第二卡勾114、第三卡勾123、第四卡勾124、固定部13为一体式结构。
一些示例性实施例中,车用柱外饰板1为金属件,如车用柱外饰板1可为铝合金材质,并可通过挤出成型;或者,车用柱外饰板1可为钣金件,并通过冲压成型,使得车用柱外饰板1的成型工艺简单。
应当理解,车用柱外饰板1不限于为铝合金材质或钣金件,还可以为其他金属材质,或者,车用柱外饰板1还可以为非金属材质。
如图2和图3所示,本申请实施例还提供了一种车身密封结构,包括:上述任一实施例提供的车用柱外饰板1、第一玻璃2、第二玻璃3、第一密封件4和第二密封件5,车用柱外饰板1的固定部13设置成固定至侧围总成8,第一密封件4安装至车用柱外饰板1的第一安装槽11,并与第一玻璃2密封配合,第二密封件5安装至车用柱外饰板1的第二安装槽12,并与第二玻璃3密封配合,第一玻璃2包括前车门玻璃21和后车门玻璃22至少之一,第二玻璃3包括天窗玻璃32和风挡玻璃至少之一。

相比于图1所示的柱外饰板8’与风挡玻璃6’有重叠,即柱外饰板8’在风挡玻璃6’的外壁面所在的平面上的投影至少部分落在风挡玻璃6’的外壁面的范围内,本申请实施例中,第二安装槽12的第三侧壁121与第二玻璃3错位设置,有利于减小第三侧壁121的高度,进而使得车用柱外饰板1的宽度减小,有利于增加车身的美观性,并降低车用柱外饰板1对视野的影响。此外,相比于柱外饰板8’与风挡玻璃6’有重叠,使得柱外饰板8’凸出于风挡玻璃6’的外壁面,柱外饰板8’的外壁面与风挡玻璃6’的外壁面之间存在高度差(面 差),本申请实施例中,第二安装槽12的第三侧壁121与第二玻璃3错位设置,有利于减小第三侧壁121的外壁面与第二玻璃3的外壁面之间的高度差(面差),并在最大程度上不产生面差,使得车身的美观性增强。
一些示例性实施例中,如图3所示,第三侧壁121的外壁面与第二玻璃3的外壁面平滑过渡(如图3中箭头a所示)。
第三侧壁121的外壁面与第二玻璃3的外壁面平滑过渡,使得车用柱外饰板1的装饰面14与第二玻璃3的外壁面平滑过渡,有利于增强美观性。
一些示例性实施例中,第二密封件5可采用EPDM(Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer,三元乙丙橡胶)挤出胶条。第二密封件5固定在车用柱外饰板1的第二安装槽12,用于密封车用柱外饰板1和第二玻璃3之间的缝隙,还可以避免第二玻璃3和车用柱外饰板1之间的刚性接触,防止因第二玻璃3和车用柱外饰板1之间的摩擦、震动等原因产生异响。
一些示例性实施例中,如图2和图4所示,车身密封结构还包括第三密封件6,第三密封件6安装至侧围总成8,并与第一玻璃2的内壁面密封配合。
第一玻璃2升起后,第三密封件6可与第一玻璃2的内壁面干涉接触,起到辅助密封的同时,还可以将第一玻璃2向车外支撑,防止第一玻璃2晃动,增强了第一玻璃2的固定效果。
一些示例性实施例中,如图4所示,第三密封件6包括密封筋61,密封筋61朝向第一玻璃2延伸,密封筋61能够在第一玻璃2升起后与第一玻璃2的内壁面抵接,以便起到辅助密封和支撑第一玻璃2的双重作用。
一些示例性实施例中,如图4所示,第一密封件4还包括与密封主体41的外表面连接的挡边44,挡边44的末端朝向第三密封件6延伸,挡边44与第三密封件6配合以遮挡侧围总成8。
密封主体41的外部设有挡边44,该挡边44的一端与密封主体41的外表面连接,末端朝向第三密封件6延伸,以便挡边44与第三密封件6配合遮挡侧围总成8,避免侧围总成8外露,起到遮丑、增强美观性的作用。
一些示例性实施例中,如图4所示,第三密封件6套设在侧围总成8的一端外,第三密封件6还包括位于沿车身宽度方向外侧的密封壁62,挡边44 的末端延伸至超过密封壁62的邻近密封主体41的一端,挡边44的末端与密封壁62的邻近密封主体41的一端之间具有距离差S,以便挡边44与密封壁62配合能够完全遮挡侧围总成8的一端。
一些示例性实施例中,如图3和图4所示,挡边44一体成型至密封主体41,使得第一密封件4为一体式结构。
一些示例性实施例中,第一密封件4可采用EPDM挤出胶条,为隔绝侧门玻璃与驾驶室之间的第一道密封结构,为主密封条;第三密封件6可采用EPDM挤出胶条,为隔绝侧门玻璃与驾驶室之间的第二道密封结构,为辅助密封条。
应当理解,可以仅设置第一密封件4,而不设置第三密封件6。
一些示例性实施例中,如图4所示,第三密封件6和第一密封件4之间形成排水通道45。
第三密封件6和第一密封件4之间留有空腔,该空腔形成排水通道45,该排水通道45可将天窗玻璃32处的漏水引导至车外,防止漏水流至车内。
一些示例性实施例中,如图2和图5所示,固定部13通过紧固件71(如铆钉、螺钉、螺栓、螺丝等)固定至侧围总成8,固定部13的末端通过玻璃胶73粘接至第二玻璃3。
车用柱外饰板1的固定部13与侧围总成8通过紧固件71固定,使得车用柱外饰板1与侧围总成8之间的固定牢固,且固定方式简单。车用柱外饰板1的固定部13的末端通过玻璃胶73粘接至第二玻璃3,一方面可增强车用柱外饰板1与侧围总成8之间的固定效果,另一方面可将固定部13的末端与第二玻璃3之间密封。
一些示例性实施例中,如图2和图5所示,固定部13与侧围总成8之间、以及第一安装槽11的第二侧壁112与侧围总成8之间设有隔离垫,该隔离垫可为泡棉72或者其他材质(如橡胶等)。
固定部13以及第一安装槽11的第二侧壁112位于远离车用柱外饰板1的装饰面14的一侧,即位于车用柱外饰板1的内侧,定部与侧围总成8之间、以及第一安装槽11的第二侧壁112与侧围总成8之间设有泡棉72,避免车 用柱外饰板1与侧围总成8接触,防止因车用柱外饰板1与侧围总成8之间的摩擦、震动等原因而产生异响。
一些示例性实施例中,如图2和图5所示,侧围总成8包括侧围外板81、侧围加强板82和侧围内板83,侧围外板81、侧围加强板82和侧围内板83三者固定连接,且侧围加强板82位于侧围外板81和侧围内板83之间,以确保侧围总成8的结构强度。车用柱外饰板1的固定部13通过紧固件71固定至侧围外板81。其中,侧围外板81、侧围加强板82和侧围内板83可均为钣金件。
如图6所示,本申请实施例还提供了一种车辆,包括上述任一实施例提供的车身密封结构。
一些示例性实施例中,车辆的前车门和后车为无框车门。
综上所述,本申请实施例的车身密封结构,适合无框车门的从A柱到C柱的密封,车用柱外饰板在宽度方向上可以做到更窄,达到轻量化的目的,使车门玻璃与风窗玻璃和天窗玻璃距离更近,有着棱角的钻石风格,外形更美观;风挡玻璃可以做到更大尺寸,视野好。
在本文的描述中,需要说明的是,术语“一侧”、“另一侧”、“一端”、“另一端”、“侧边”、“相对”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本文和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的结构具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本文的限制。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种车用柱外饰板,包括:
    第一安装槽,设置成安装与车门玻璃密封配合的第一密封件;
    第二安装槽,其槽口与所述第一安装槽的槽口相背离,所述第二安装槽设置成安装与天窗玻璃和风挡玻璃至少之一密封配合的第二密封件;和
    固定部,设置成用于所述车用柱外饰板的固定。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的车用柱外饰板,还包括:公共壁、设置在所述公共壁一端的第一侧壁和第二侧壁、以及设置在所述公共壁另一端的第三侧壁和第四侧壁,所述第一侧壁、所述第二侧壁和所述公共壁配合形成所述第一安装槽,所述第三侧壁、所述第四侧壁和所述公共壁配合形成所述第二安装槽。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的车用柱外饰板,其中,所述第一侧壁的末端设有第一卡勾,所述第二侧壁的末端设有第二卡勾,所述第一卡勾和所述第二卡勾设置成与所述第一密封件卡接配合;和/或
    所述第三侧壁上设有第三卡勾,所述第四侧壁的末端设有第四卡勾,所述第三卡勾和所述第四卡勾设置成与所述第二密封件卡接配合。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的车用柱外饰板,其中,沿着自所述第一安装槽的槽口朝向所述公共壁的方向,所述第一侧壁的高度大于所述第二侧壁的高度。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的车用柱外饰板,其中,所述第三卡勾偏离所述第三侧壁的末端,所述第三侧壁的靠近末端的部分形成配合部,所述配合部设置成与所述第二密封件凸出于所述第二安装槽的部分挤压配合。
  6. 根据权利要求2至5中任一项所述的车用柱外饰板,其中,所述第一侧壁和所述第三侧壁位于所述车用柱外饰板的同一侧,且第一侧壁和所述第三侧壁的外壁面形成所述车用柱外饰板的装饰面。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的车用柱外饰板,其中,所述固定部包括位于与所述装饰面相背离一侧的固定板,所述固定板与所述公共壁连接,且末端朝向远离所述第一安装槽的槽口的方向延伸,所述固定板上设有固定孔。
  8. 一种车身密封结构,包括:权利要求1至7中任一项所述的车用柱外饰板、第一玻璃、第二玻璃、第一密封件和第二密封件,所述车用柱外饰板的固定部设置成固定至侧围总成,所述第一密封件安装至所述车用柱外饰板的第一安装槽,并与所述第一玻璃密封配合,所述第二密封件安装至所述车用柱外饰板的第二安装槽,并与所述第二玻璃密封配合,所述第一玻璃包括前车门玻璃和后车门玻璃至少之一,所述第二玻璃包括天窗玻璃和风挡玻璃至少之一。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的车身密封结构,其中,所述第一密封件沿车身的长度方向延伸,并与所述前车门玻璃、所述后车门玻璃、以及设置于所述前车门玻璃和所述后车门玻璃之间的B柱密封配合;和/或
    所述第二密封件沿车身的长度方向延伸,并与所述风挡玻璃和所述天窗玻璃密封配合。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的车身密封结构,其中,所述风挡玻璃包括风挡玻璃体,所述第二密封件与所述风挡玻璃体密封配合,或者,所述风挡玻璃包括风挡玻璃体和设置于所述风挡玻璃体外周的第一装饰条,所述第二密封件与所述第一装饰条密封配合;和/或
    所述天窗玻璃包括天窗玻璃体,所述第二密封件与所述天窗玻璃体密封配合,或者,所述天窗玻璃包括天窗玻璃体和设置于所述天窗玻璃体外周的第二装饰条,所述第二密封件与所述第二装饰条密封配合。
  11. 根据权利要求8所述的车身密封结构,其中,所述第一密封件包括空心的密封主体,所述密封主体与所述第一玻璃密封配合;
    所述密封主体的相对的两侧壁上设有卡槽,两所述卡槽分别与所述车用柱外饰板的第一卡勾和第二卡勾卡接。
  12. 根据权利要求8所述的车身密封结构,其中,所述第二密封件包括 安装部和空心的密封部,所述安装部安装至所述第二安装槽,所述安装部的两端形成第三卡接部和第四卡接部,所述第三卡接部和所述第四卡接部分别与所述车用柱外饰板的第三卡勾和第四卡勾卡接;
    所述密封部连接至所述安装部,并凸出于所述第二安装槽,所述密封部与所述第二玻璃密封配合。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的车身密封结构,其中,所述第二安装槽的第三侧壁与所述第二玻璃错位设置,所述第三侧壁的末端与所述第二玻璃之间具有间隙,所述密封部密封所述间隙;
    所述第三侧壁的外壁面与所述第二玻璃的外壁面平滑过渡。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述的车身密封结构,还包括第三密封件,所述第三密封件安装至所述侧围总成,并与所述第一玻璃的内壁面密封配合;
    所述第一密封件还包括与所述密封主体的外表面连接的挡边,所述挡边的末端朝向所述第三密封件延伸,所述挡边与所述第三密封件配合以遮挡所述侧围总成。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的车身密封结构,其中,所述第三密封件和所述第一密封件之间形成排水通道。
  16. 根据权利要求8至15中任一项所述的车身密封结构,其中,所述固定部通过紧固件固定至所述侧围总成,所述固定部的末端通过玻璃胶粘接至所述第二玻璃。
  17. 根据权利要求8至15中任一项所述的车身密封结构,其中,所述固定部与所述侧围总成之间、以及所述第一安装槽的第二侧壁与所述侧围总成之间设有隔离垫。
  18. 一种车辆,包括根据权利要求8至17中任一项所述的车身密封结构。
