车辆在进行拖拽或者固定时,需要用到拖车钩。然而,现有的车辆,仅在前端部的两侧分别设置一个拖车挂钩,在使用时,选择其中一个拖车挂钩进行拖拽或固定,向左转弯时,选择左侧的拖车钩,向右转弯时,选择右侧的拖车挂钩,以避免拖车绳与车体发生位置干涉。
这样的设置,显得尤为麻烦,在不断转向时需不停更换左右两侧的拖车挂钩,且单个拖车挂钩的强度也足,尤其是货车和客车等大型汽车,由于其重量较普通轿车更大,仅单个拖车挂钩无法承受整车的拖拽力。
而且,现有的拖车钩,一般直接与车架上的单根横梁或纵梁连接,由于单根横梁或纵梁所能承受的力较小,在对其进行拖拽时,与拖车钩相接的横梁或纵梁受力易产生形变,尤其是货车和客车等大型车辆上体现的更为严重。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种用于电动客车的拖车结构,其特征在于,包括:
    前拖车组件,包括:两个固定座,其固定连接于车架的前端;拖车架,其两端分别设置一连接部,每个所述连接部与一个所述固定座连接;所述拖车架上还设置用于与拖车钩连接的第一插销;
    后拖车组件,其固定连接于车架的末端,所述车架的末端设置有若干相互平行的横梁,所述后拖车组件包括:多个固定架,所述固定架同时与至少两个横梁连接;多个挂钩构件,其与所述固定架的外端固接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于电动客车的拖车结构,其特征在于,所述拖车架包括上表面、下表面和侧面,所述上表面与所述侧面的一侧连接,所述下表面与所述侧面的另一侧连接;
    所述上表面与所述下表面分别向远离所述侧面方向延伸出一延伸板,两个所述延伸板上均开设有通孔,所述第一插销同时穿设于两个所述通孔。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种用于电动客车的拖车结构,其特征在于,还设有多个加强板,所述加强板同时固接于所述上表面、下表面和侧面。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于电动客车的拖车结构,其特征在于,两个所述连接部关于所述第一插销对称。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于电动客车的拖车结构,其特征在于,还设有连接件,所述连接件包括承力板和连接柱,所述连接柱的一端垂直固接于所述承力板,所述连接柱的另一端与所述固定座连接,所述承力板与所述连接部连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种用于电动客车的拖车结构,其特征在于,两个所述连接部均开设有多个第一腰孔,所述承力板上开设有多个第一连接孔,所述第一腰孔与所述连接孔上同时穿设有用于固定的螺栓。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6中任一项所述的一种用于电动客车的拖车结构,其特征在于,所述固定架包括顶面、第一侧面和第二侧面,所述第一侧面与所述顶面的一侧垂直固接,所述第二侧面与所述顶面的另一侧垂直固接;
    所述顶面上沿其长度方向上开设有多个第二腰孔,所述第二腰孔沿所述顶面的宽度方向布置。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种用于电动客车的拖车结构,其特征在于,所述顶面沿其长度方向还开设有多个减重孔。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的一种用于电动客车的拖车结构,其特征在于,所述挂钩构件包括:侧板、底板和顶板,所述底板与所述侧板的下端垂直固接,所述顶板与所述侧板的上端垂直固接,所述侧板远离所述底板/顶板的一侧与所述固定架垂直固接,所述底板和所述顶板上均开设有安装孔;第二插销,所述第二插销同时穿设于所述底板和所述顶板上的安装孔。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种用于电动客车的拖车结构,其特征在于,还包括增强板,所述增强板具有相互垂直的第一表面和第二表面,所述第一表面与所述侧板固定,所述第二表面与所述顶面固定。
