优选地,所述安装座本体还包括与所述第一底板并排设置的第二底板,所述第二底板上设置有行程开关组件;其中,所述行程开关组件包括行程开关本体、至少一个可绕所述行程开关本体摆动的行程开关;其中,所述行程开关本体与所述第二底板固定连接,所述行程开关设置在所述第二底板的远离所述推动部的一侧,所述行程开关的底面与所述第二底板之间间隔第一预设距离,所述行程开关与所述第二侧板之间间隔第二预设距离;其中,所述第一预设距离小于所述推动部的高度,所述第二预设距离小于所述推动杆长度与所述固定套筒长度之间的差值。
优选地,所述还包括呈L状的连接底板,所述连接底板上开设有呈细长状的第三通孔,所述连接底板通过螺钉贯穿所述第三通孔与所述第二底板连接。
本发明还提供一种电单车停车桩,包括停车桩本体,还包括如上述的停车锁结构。
与现有技术相比,本发明所提供的具有如下的有益效果:
本发明提供一种电单车停车桩及其停车锁结构,包括安装座本体,活动杆,至少一根沿安装座本体的宽度方向向外延伸的锁杆;其中,安装座本体包括第一底板以及自第一底板的相对的两个侧边分别向上伸出的第一侧板,每个第一侧板的中部开设有沿高度方向延伸的滑槽;通过在第一导柱以及第二导柱的外表面套设有第一复位弹簧,能够提高锁杆的调节范围,增加停车锁的使用范围,实现锁杆自动地恢复到初始位置;通过在锁杆上开设有锁定槽,更好地与外部锁体之间进行配合锁车;通过将锁杆的轴线与第一底板之间具有预设倾斜角度,从而保证电单车在进给过程中,锁杆能够顺畅地插入位于电单车上的锁体结构,以使锁车、以及解锁用车过程的顺畅。此外,通过在所述推动杆的外表面套设有第二复位弹簧,能够进一步辅助第一复位弹 簧完成第一锁杆护罩、锁杆以及推动部的自动复位,进而提高整个停车桩的智能化、人性化控制,提高对电单车的开锁与关锁的效率。

需要说明,本发明实施例中所有方向性指示(诸如上、下、左、右、前、后……)仅用于解释在某一特定姿态(如附图所示)下各部件之间的相对位置关系、运动情况等,如果该特定姿态发生改变时,则该方向性指示也相应地随之改变。

请参阅附图1-7,本发明提供的一实施例中的一种用于电单车停车桩的停车锁结构,包括安装座本体100,活动杆200,至少一根沿所述安装座本体100的宽度方向向外延伸的锁杆300;其中,
所述安装座本体100包括第一底板110以及自所述第一底板110的相对的两个侧边分别向上伸出的第一侧板120,两块所述第一侧板120沿所述第一底板110的宽度方向设置;每个所述第一侧板120的中部开设有沿高度方向延伸的滑槽121;所述活动杆200横向地设置在所述第一底板110的上方,且所述活动杆200的两端分别穿过所述滑槽121,以限制所述活动杆200沿所述滑槽121的高度方向往复运动。
所述第一底板110的顶面向上凸伸有至少一根第一导柱130,所述活动杆200的外表面向下凸伸有与所述第一导柱130对应设置的第二导柱140,所述 第一导柱130的顶面与所述第二导柱140的底面之间预留有预设间隔距离;其中,所述第一导柱130以及对应的所述第二导柱140的外表面套设有第一复位弹簧150,所述第一复位弹簧150抵持于所述第一底板110以及所述活动杆200之间。通过在所述第一导柱130以及第二导柱140的外表面套设有第一复位弹簧150,通过所述第一复位弹簧150的复位作用,能够提高锁杆300的调节角度范围,增加停车锁10的使用范围,同时,还能实现锁杆300的自动复位,自动地恢复到初始位置。可以理解的是,所述预设间隔距离还可以根据实际需要设定,可以根据实际需要的锁杆300调节范围,压力值等进行适应性设置。
所述锁杆300包括相对设置的固定杆310和锁定杆320,所述固定杆310与所述活动杆200固定连接,所述锁定杆320上开设有锁定槽330;所述锁定杆320的轴线与所述第一底板110之间具有预设倾斜角度。需要注意的是,为使锁杆300更好地与外部锁体之间进行配合锁车,本发明在所述锁定杆320上开设有锁定槽330,当然,所述锁定槽330的形状大小等可以根据实际需要进行设定,例如,在一优选的实施例中,所述锁定槽330为环形凹槽,可保证360度都能锁定,只要外部的锁体结构卡设在所述锁定槽330中即可完成锁车,同样,只要外部的锁体结构退出所述锁定槽330即可完成解锁。
此外,还应注意的是,停车桩20一般具有一定的高度,为使锁杆300更为顺畅地完成与外部电单车30的锁车过程,本发明的所述锁定杆320的轴线与所述第一底板110之间具有预设倾斜角度,该预设倾斜角度应当与停车桩20的斜度相匹配,从而保证电单车30在进给过程中,锁杆300能够顺畅地插入位于电单车30上的锁体结构,以使锁车、以及解锁用车过程的顺畅。进一步地,所述预设倾斜角度设置在10~30°之间。可以理解的是,在其它实施例中,所述预设倾斜角度还可以根据实际需要进行适应性设定,在此不作赘述。
作为本发明的一具体的实施方式,所述锁杆300、所述第一导柱130以及所述第二导柱140的根数均为两根,两根所述锁杆300、所述第一导柱130以及所述第二导柱140均沿所述活动杆200的长度方向平行间隔排布。
进一步地,每根所述锁杆300的所述锁定杆320向外凸伸有呈圆台状的导入端340,所述导入端340的顶径小于底径。通过设置呈圆台状的导入端340,能够更好地辅助所述锁杆300与外部锁体之间的配合。
作为本发明一优选的实施方式,所述停车锁10结构还包括锁杆护罩组件400;所述锁杆护罩组件400包括依次连接的第三锁杆护罩430、用于罩设所述安装座本体100的第二锁杆护罩420以及用于罩设所述锁杆300的第一锁杆护罩410;其中,所述第一锁杆护罩410沿所述第二锁杆护罩420的内壁可滑动地设置,所述第一锁杆护罩的顶部开设有两个供所述锁杆300贯穿的锁孔411,所述第一锁杆护罩410的内壁凸伸有多根朝向所述第二锁杆护罩420的推动杆412;所述第三锁杆护罩430的内腔安装有电控组件(图未示出)。
为进一步地保护、完善整个停车锁10结构,本实施例中的停车锁10结构还包括依次连接的第一锁杆护罩410、第二锁杆护罩420以及第三锁杆护罩430。通过将所述第一锁杆护罩410沿所述第二锁杆护罩420的内壁可滑动地设置,换而言之,当所述第一锁杆护罩410收到外部推力时,即可沿所述第二锁杆护罩420的内壁进行滑动,从而将锁杆300沿所述锁孔411位置伸出,实现对外部电单车30的锁定,当需要解锁用车时,在所述第一复位弹簧150的作用下,第一锁杆护罩410即可沿所述第二锁杆护罩420的内壁滑动退出,重新将锁杆300罩设住,结构巧妙,能够有效保护所述锁杆300。
此外,第三锁杆护罩430的内腔可以安装电控组件,所述电控组件包括但不限于是指示灯模块、太阳能模块、通信模块等,可以辅助行程开关组件500实现停车锁10的智能控制,从而提高停车桩20的人性化、智能化水平。
作为本发明一较佳的实施方式,所述安装座本体100还包括相对设置的第二侧板160以及第三侧板170,其中,靠近所述锁定杆320的为第二侧板160以及远离所述锁定杆320的为第三侧板170,所述第二侧板160以及所述第三侧板170均沿所述第一底板110的长度方向设置;所述第二侧板160上开设有多个沿所述第一底板110长度方向间隔排布的第一通孔161,所述第三侧板170上开设有多个与所述第一通孔161一一对应设置的第二通孔171;所述第一通孔161与所述第二通孔171之间安装有固定套筒180,所述推动杆412的自由端连接有推动部413。通过在所述第一通孔161以及所述第二通孔171之间安装固定套筒180,能够通过第一锁杆护罩410的推动,带动所述推动杆412沿所述固定套筒180滑动,进而带动推动部413触及所述行程开关520,从而实现停车锁10的智能控制。
进一步地,所述推动杆412的外表面还套设有第二复位弹簧414,所述第 二复位弹簧414的两端分别与所述第二侧板160以及所述第一锁杆护罩410的内壁相抵持。通过在所述推动杆412的外表面套设有第二复位弹簧414,能够进一步辅助第一复位弹簧150完成第一锁杆护罩410、锁杆300以及推动部413的自动复位。
作为本发明的另一优选的实施方式,所述安装座本体100还包括与所述第一底板110并排设置的第二底板190,所述第二底板190上设置有行程开关组件500;其中,所述行程开关组件500包括行程开关本体510、至少一个可绕所述行程开关本体510摆动的行程开关520;其中,所述行程开关本体510与所述第二底板190固定连接,所述行程开关520设置在所述第二底板190的远离所述推动部413的一侧,所述行程开关520的底面与所述第二底板190之间间隔第一预设距离,所述行程开关520与所述第二侧板160之间间隔第二预设距离;其中,所述第一预设距离小于所述推动部413的高度,所述第二预设距离小于所述推动杆412长度与所述固定套筒180长度之间的差值。
具体的,行程开关组件500用于触发设置在所述第三锁杆护罩430内腔的电控组件。当所述锁杆护罩组件400受到推拉时,所述推动杆412在所述固定套筒180内往复滑动,以通过推动杆412在所述固定套筒180中的滑动实现所述行程开关520的开闭。例如,在电单车30推入停车桩20后,带动第一锁杆护罩410往后退,带动推动杆412沿所述固定套筒180滑动,从而带动推动部413向着所述推动部413运动,当推到合适距离时,比如在所述推动部413触及所述行程开关520后,行程开关本体510输出锁车成功提示,或者给予其他控制模块控制指令,如控制指示灯显示不同颜色,控制电控组件连通外部电源对所述电单车30进行充电,具体可以根据实际需要设定,进而提高整个停车桩20的智能化、人性化控制,提高对电单车30的开锁与关锁的效率。
本领域技术人员应当理解的是,将所述第一预设距离设置为小于所述推动部413的高度,以保证所述推动部413能够触及到所述行程开关520,进而实现智能控制。将所述第二预设距离设置为小于所述推动杆412长度与所述固定套筒180长度之间的差值,以保证所述推动杆412具有足够行程推动所述推动部413,从而触发所述行程开关520。
进一步地,所述还包括呈L状的连接底板530,所述连接底板530上开设 有呈细长状的第三通孔531,所述连接底板530通过螺钉贯穿所述第三通孔531与所述第二底板190连接。通过设置呈L状的连接底板530,并且在所述连接底板530上开设有呈细长状的第三通孔531,因此可以对所述行程开关本体510进行位置调节,进一步增加停车锁10的精度和使用范围,同时采用螺钉连接便于安装、拆卸。
本发明还提供一种电单车停车桩,包括停车桩本体,还包括如上述的停车锁10结构。所述电单车停车桩通过使用所述停车锁10结构,一方面可以提高停车桩20的使用范围,另一方面可以提高停车桩20的智能化、人性化水平。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种用于电单车停车桩的停车锁结构,其特征在于,包括安装座本体,活动杆,至少一根沿所述安装座本体的宽度方向向外延伸的锁杆;其中,
    所述安装座本体包括第一底板以及自所述第一底板的相对的两个侧边分别向上伸出的第一侧板,两块所述第一侧板沿所述第一底板的宽度方向设置;每个所述第一侧板的中部开设有沿高度方向延伸的滑槽;所述活动杆横向地设置在所述第一底板的上方,且所述活动杆的两端分别穿过所述滑槽,以限制所述活动杆沿所述滑槽的高度方向往复运动;
    所述第一底板的顶面向上凸伸有至少一根第一导柱,所述活动杆的外表面向下凸伸有与所述第一导柱对应设置的第二导柱,所述第一导柱的顶面与所述第二导柱的底面之间预留有预设间隔距离;其中,所述第一导柱以及对应的所述第二导柱的外表面套设有第一复位弹簧,所述第一复位弹簧抵持于所述第一底板以及所述活动杆之间;
    所述锁杆包括相对设置的固定杆和锁定杆,所述固定杆与所述活动杆固定连接,所述锁定杆上开设有锁定槽;所述锁定杆的轴线与所述第一底板之间具有预设倾斜角度。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的停车锁结构,其特征在于,所述锁杆、所述第一导柱以及所述第二导柱的根数均为两根,两根所述锁杆、所述第一导柱以及所述第二导柱均沿所述活动杆的长度方向平行间隔排布。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的停车锁结构,其特征在于,每根所述锁杆的所述锁定杆向外凸伸有呈圆台状的导入端,所述导入端的顶径小于底径。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的停车锁结构,其特征在于,所述预设倾斜角度设置在10~30°之间。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的停车锁结构,其特征在于,所述停车锁结构还包括锁杆护罩组件;所述锁杆护罩组件包括依次连接的第三锁杆护罩、用于罩设所述安装座本体的第二锁杆护罩以及用于罩设所述锁杆的第一锁杆护罩;其中,所述第一锁杆护罩沿所述第二锁杆护罩的内壁可滑动地设置,所述第一锁杆护罩的顶部开设有两个供所述锁杆贯穿的锁孔,所述第一锁杆护罩的内壁凸伸有多根朝向所述第二锁杆护罩的推动杆;所述第三锁杆护罩的内腔安装有电控组件。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的停车锁结构,其特征在于,所述安装座本体还包括相对设置的第二侧板以及第三侧板,其中,靠近所述锁定杆的为第二侧板以及远离所述锁定杆的为第三侧板,所述第二侧板以及所述第三侧板均沿所述第一底板的长度方向设置;所述第二侧板上开设有多个沿所述第一底板长度方向间隔排布的第一通孔,所述第三侧板上开设有多个与所述第一通孔一一对应设置的第二通孔;所述第一通孔与所述第二通孔之间安装有固定套筒,所述推动杆的自由端连接有推动部。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的停车锁结构,其特征在于,所述推动杆的外表面还套设有第二复位弹簧,所述第二复位弹簧的两端分别与所述第二侧板以及所述第一锁杆护罩的内壁相抵持。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的停车锁结构,其特征在于,所述安装座本体还包括与所述第一底板并排设置的第二底板,所述第二底板上设置有行程开关组件;其中,所述行程开关组件包括行程开关本体、至少一个可绕所述行程开关本体摆动的行程开关;其中,所述行程开关本体与所述第二底板固定连接,所述行程开关设置在所述第二底板的远离所述推动部的一侧,所述行程开关的底面与所述第二底板之间间隔第一预设距离,所述行程开关与所述第二侧板之间间隔第二预设距离;其中,所述第一预设距离小于所述推动部的高度,所述第二预设距离小于所述推动杆长度与所述固定套筒长度之间的差值。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的停车锁结构,其特征在于,所述还包括呈L状的连接底板,所述连接底板上开设有呈细长状的第三通孔,所述连接底板通过螺钉贯穿所述第三通孔与所述第二底板连接。
  10. 一种电单车停车桩,包括停车桩本体,其特征在于,还包括如权利要求1-9任意一项所述的停车锁结构。
