在另一优选例中,还包括步骤(vi):客户端通过无线连接模块获取当前停车桩的使用状态,并反馈给网络服务器,同时申请开锁权限,网络服务器将开锁权限授权给客户端,客户端通过无线连接模块向控制中心模块发出开锁指令,通讯设备从控制中心模块接收开锁成功的反馈,并将开锁信息发送给网络服务器。
与现有技术相比较,本发明所提供的技术方案具有以下优点:
1.本发明的公共车辆停放系统,由网络服务器统一进行用户验证和数据存储,采用车辆停放计时方案,可精确获取车辆的停放时长,提供相关的统计数据,如果出现超时停放车辆,便可做僵尸车辆处理,及时清空被占用的公共空间,更有利于城市公共停车空间资源的管理;同时可以分析车辆潮汐时间地点,合理给出分流方案,具体实施方式是,根据平台获取的数据,可以将某些时刻,公用或共享单车过于集中的分流调度到其他车辆过于稀少的区域,降低车辆过于集中给公共停车区域带来的空间压力;
2.停车桩上设置车锁,几乎适用所有的可骑行车辆,用户无需额外增加防盗锁具费用;
3.客户端向网络服务器发出停车请求后,可获得网络服务器对该停车桩无线连接所需信息的授权,用户可将该授权信息分享给另一用户,使用该车辆,实现资源的最大使用率;
4.停车桩内置电源,无需外接电源设备,维修维护简单,维护成本低;
5.本发明的停车桩可以卡住公共车辆的车轮,也可固定车辆的其他位置,该结构可以消除车辆倒伏的安全隐患,避免车辆倒伏给车主损坏造成一定的经济损失。

在以下具体实施例的说明中,为了清楚展示本发明的结构及工作方式,将借助诸多方向性词语进行描述,但是应当将“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“外”、“内”、“向外”、“向内”、“轴向”、“径向”等词语理解为方便用语,而不应当理解为限定性词语。
在以下具体实施例的说明中,需要理解的是,术语“长度”、“宽度”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”、“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不理解为对本发明的限制。

术语解释
控制中心模块:是整个公共车辆停放系统的中心,负责整个公共车辆停放系统的工作流程的数据状态分析,并根据分析出的数据发出相对应的指令。本发明不对控制中心模块的种类做具体限定,可采用本领域技术人员所通用的芯片、微 控制器等。
通讯设备:分别与控制中心模块和网络服务器相连,可接受或发送各停车桩的位置信息及使用状态信息等。优选地,本发明的通讯设备可置于距离停车桩一定范围内的地面上。
无线连接模块:和客户端连接,是客户端和中心控制模块之间的桥梁,从而使用户可以正常使用该停车桩。
机械传动模块:本发明的停车桩上的机械传动模块在处于非使用状态时保持常开状态,当用户通过客户端发出关锁指令时,关锁指令通过无线连接模块发送至控制中心模块,机械传动模块接收到控制中心模块的指令并执行后,用户可手动关闭锁具。
电源模块用于为本发明的公共车辆停放系统提供电能,本发明的电源模块置于车桩上,可以采用太阳能电池、风能电池、可替换电池等供电,能耗极低,节能环保。
网络服务器:与所述通讯设备和所述客户端连接,主要包括数据存储功能、验证功能、统计及分析功能等:
(1)数据储存功能:网络服务器中可储存的数据主要包括停车桩的相关信息和用户的账户信息。
(2)验证功能:移动终端的客户端在向网络服务器发出某一权限的授权或获取某一信息的时候,网络服务器会对发起该请求对应的用户的账号信息进行检测和验证,判断该账户的相关信息是否满足获取该请求的条件。
(3)通讯功能:用户通过网络服务器完成客户端和停车桩之间的信息交互,客户端从网络服务器获取到可以和停车桩配对的信息,然后才能完成客户端和停车桩之间的信息交互,在网络服务器的参与下,客户端从网络服务器获取到可以和停车桩配对的信息,完成后续步骤中的信息交互。
(4)生成计时(计费)订单。
(5)网络服务器可以对被使用的停车桩数量进行数据统计和分析,对某一区域的停车桩在某一段时间内的使用频率以及其他数据进行统计和分析等。
下面结合附图说明本发明的一实施例。
图1、图2、图3分别是本发明的公共车辆停放系统中停车桩的一示例性正视图、右视图和侧视图。图4为本发明的公共车辆停放系统的工作流程简图。公共车辆停放系统包括一个或多个停车桩、网络服务器406和通讯设备402。停车桩包 括停车桩支架、锁闩、锁壳(图示未标出)、控制中心模块401、无线连接模块403、机械传动模块404和电源模块405。
通讯设备402与停车桩上的控制中心模块401相连,用于向网络服务器406实时发送各停车桩的位置信息及使用状态信息。通讯设备402可独立于停车桩存在,每个停车点地面可设置一个或多个通讯设备402,通讯设备402与网络服务器406之间采用远程通讯连接,包括但不限于2G、3G、4G等。
该停车桩上还设有标识码,该标识码包含了停车桩的编号信息等。停车桩支架是整个停车桩的骨架,可通过螺钉或其他的固定配件将支架安装固定在地面上,锁闩、锁壳等部件安装在停车桩支架上,控制中心模块401、无线连接模块403、机械传动模块404、电源模块405等也安装在停车桩支架上。锁闩用于将车辆的车轮锁定在该停车桩上,锁壳用于保护该停车桩上的锁闩以及控制中心模块401、无线连接模块403、机械传动模块404、电源模块405不被破坏。
实施例一:
本发明中的停车桩在非使用时处于常开的状态,当用户骑行至该停车桩时,移动设备上的客户端407通过扫描停车桩上的标识码或者在客户端407中输入该停车桩的标识码,向网络服务器406发送连接该停车桩上的无线连接模块403的申请,获取该停车桩的使用情况及其内置的无线连接模块403的信息:
(1)若该停车桩处于被使用状态,或其他不可用状态(例如,损坏等),则网络服务器406拒绝该申请,并告知客户端407该停车桩正在服务中或不可用;
(2)若该停车桩处于可使用状态,则网络服务器406将该停车桩无线连接所需的信息授权给该客户端407,客户端407基于该授权,与该停车桩内置的无线连接模块403进行配对。配对成功后,客户端407通过无线连接模块403向该停车桩发送检测该停车桩通讯状态的指令:若该停车桩可正常通讯,则客户端407将配对成功的信息和可通讯状态的信息反馈给网络服务器406,也即是默认网络服务器406可以生成对应于该停车桩的订单,开始对该停车桩进行计时(或计费)。
网络服务器406在生成订单(开始计时或计费)的同时,将该订单信息反馈给客户端407,并授权给客户端407可发出执行关锁的指令,客户端407收到网络服务器406的授权反馈后,通过停车桩中的无线连接模块403向控制中心模块401发送指令,指令机械传动模块处于可关锁状态,用户也可将车辆停放在停车 桩适当位置并手动关锁。
客户端407向网络服务器406发送关锁成功的信息,停车桩通过控制中心模块401连接通讯设备402,并向通讯设备402发送该停车桩的状态信息等。
实施例二
当用户需要结束使用该停车桩时,客户端407直接点击结束计时(或计费)的按钮、或扫描或输入标识码发起结束使用该停车桩的请求,然后通过该停车桩中的无线连接模块403从控制中心模块401中获取当前停车桩的状态,客户端407将当前停车桩的状态反馈给网络服务器406,告知网络服务器406可以结束该订单,同时申请开锁权限,网络服务器406将开锁权限授权给客户端407,客户端407通过无线连接模块403向控制中心模块发送开锁指令,机械传动模块404调整为开锁状态,用户取出车辆。同时,控制中心模块401通过无线连接模块403将当前的开锁状态信息发送给客户端407,客户端407将停车桩当前的开锁状态反馈给网络服务器406,网络服务器406结束该订单计时(或计费),并将该信息发送给客户端407。
同时,停车桩通过控制中心模块401连接通讯设备402,并向通讯设备402发送该停车桩的状态信息,通讯设备402将该停车桩的状态信息等发送给网络服务器406。
实施例三
当用户需要结束使用该停车桩时,客户端407直接点击结束计时(或计费)的按钮、或扫描或输入标识码发起结束使用该停车桩的请求,并向网络服务器406获取该停车桩的使用情况及其内置的无线连接模块403。网络服务器406对客户端407的账户信息进行检测,若该客户端407的账户不是正在使用该公共车辆停放系统的用户,则服务器拒绝该用户的获取请求;若该客户端407的账户是正在使用该公共车辆停放系统的用户,则网络服务器406将该无线连接模块403配对所需的信息发送给客户端407,客户端407基于该配对信息,对该停车桩中的无线连接模块403设置进行配对,配对成功后,客户端407通过无线连接模块403发送检测该停车桩通讯状态的指令,若该停车桩可正常通讯,则客户端407将配对成功信息和可通讯状态信息反馈给网络服务器406,也即是默认网络服务器406可以结束对应于该停车桩的订单,停止对该停车桩进行计时(或计费);网络服务器406在结束订单(结束计时或计费)的同时,将该订单信息反馈给客户端407,并授权给客户端407可执行开锁操作,客户端407收到网络服务器406 的授权反馈后,通过停车桩中的无线连接模块403向控制中心模块401发送开锁指令,机械传动模块404调整为开锁状态,用户取出车辆。控制中心模板401通过无线连接模块403向客户端407发送开锁成功的信息,以及停车桩其他的相关信息,客户端407向网络服务器406发送开锁成功的信息,以及停车桩的其他相关信息。
本发明中,所采用的无线连接方式包括但不限于蓝牙、WIFI、ZigBee、NFC等,本实施例中以蓝牙无线连接作为无线连接模块403的优选实施例进行说明。
(1)客户端407通过扫描停车桩上的二维码获得无线连接模块403的初步身份信息;
(2)客户端407将获得的该无线连接模块403身份信息发送到网络服务器406,请求获得该蓝牙无线连接的权限;
(3)网络服务器406验证该客户端407的账户信息,认可该账户信息满足授权的条件后,授权该客户端407连接其申请的该蓝牙无线连接;
(4)该客户端407成功连接该无线连接模块403,并将需要执行的合法指令传输给控制中心模块401,由控制中心模块401判断执行过程:
如:用户需要使用该蓝牙装置所在的停车桩,则客户端407向控制中心模块401传输使用该停车桩的请求,此时控制中心模块401向机械传动模块404发送启用指令,则机械传动模块404执行可关锁模式,并将可启用的信息反馈给控制中心模块401,控制中心模块401将该停车桩此时状态信息通过通讯设备402传送给网络服务器406,客户端407也接收来自控制中心模块401的状态信息,网络服务器406开启该用户的计时状态(若是盈利性运营,则开始计费),此时用户只需手动关锁,即可将车子锁进该停车桩。
当用户需要取出车辆结束计时(若是盈利性运营,则停止计费,结束订单)时,用户只需通过使用手机等移动端登录之前启用该停车桩的账号重复上述步骤(1)至步骤(4),连接该停车桩中的蓝牙装置;或其他人通过登录自己的账号使用该停车桩启用者账号分享的可开锁秘钥或者密码或其他可开锁口令信息,同样经过步骤(1)至步骤(4)向该停车桩发送开锁请求,该信息经过网络服务器406判断,确认无误后,授权给该用户可开锁权限,此时该用户可通过蓝牙装置传输开锁指令给控制中心模块401,控制中心模块向机械传动模块404发送开锁指令,最终由机械传动模块404执行该开锁操作,并将成功开锁的信息反馈给控制中心模块401,控制中心模块401将该停车桩此时的状态信息通过通讯设备402 传送给网络服务器406,客户端407也接收来自控制中心模块401的状态信息,网络服务器406结束启用该停车桩用户账户的计时状态(若是盈利性运营,则停止计费,结束订单),并将该停车桩调整为闲置状态。
优选地,若该停车桩处于被A用户使用状态,B用户在对该停车桩执行上述步骤(1)至步骤(4)时,网络服务器406会向B用户反馈该停车桩正在被使用状态,不可被开锁使用。
本发明中,上述客户端407可以是手机、平板、笔记本电脑等个人设备,本发明中优选的是手机,客户端407可以是预设在手机中的,用于公共车辆使用的应用软件,该应用软件具有上述客户端的功能。
在一个实施例中,本发明的停车桩还设有电源模块405,与无线连接模块403、控制中心模块401、机械传动模块404、通讯设备402等电性连接,电源模块405通过对通讯设备402的连接,可实现对其持续供电,从而保证网络服务器406能不间断地接收该停车桩的定位信息。
本发明的公共车辆停放系统,能够有效解决公共车辆乱停、乱放、随意占用公共道路的问题,更重要的是,解决了公共车辆的锁停安全性,从而规范共享单车的使用有序性,有助于提升城市空间的管理。
如无特别说明,本文中出现的类似于“第一”、“第二”的限定语并非是指对时间顺序、数量、或者重要性的限定,而仅仅是为了将本技术方案中的一个技术特征与另一个技术特征相区分。同样地,本文中出现的类似于“一”的限定语并非是指对数量的限定,而是描述在前文中未曾出现的技术特征。同样地,本文中在数词前出现的类似于“大约”、“近似地”的修饰语通常包含本数,并且其具体的含义应当结合上下文意理解。同样地,除非是有特定的数量量词修饰的名词,否则在本文中应当视作即包含单数形式又包含复数形式,在该技术方案中即可以包括单数个该技术特征,也可以包括复数个该技术特征。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种公共车辆停放系统,包括一个或多个停车桩、网络服务器和通讯设备,其特征在于,
    所述停车桩设有控制中心模块、无线连接模块和机械传动模块,其中,所述控制中心模块包括微处理器,用于对所述停车桩中各模块的动作进行总体控制;所述无线连接模块与所述控制中心模块和客户端相连接,接收来自客户端的信息提供给所述控制中心模块;所述机械传动模块位于所述停车桩上,用于监测所述停车桩上设置的锁具的锁状态信息,并将锁状态信息提供给所述控制中心模块,并根据所述控制中心模块的指示控制锁具的锁闭;
    所述网络服务器与所述通讯设备和所述客户端连接,具有存储、验证、统计及分析功能;
    所述通讯设备独立于所述停车桩,与所述网络服务器和所述控制中心模块连接,从所述控制中心模块中实时获取停车桩的位置信息及使用状态。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的公共车辆停放系统,其特征在于,所述停车桩上设置有标识码,客户端通过扫描或输入标识码产生锁闭信号或开锁信号。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的公共车辆停放系统,其特征在于,所述来自客户端的信息包括以下至少一项:所述停车桩的标识码、锁状态信息、位置信息、锁车时间或用户账号。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的公共车辆停放系统,其特征在于,所述无线连接模块采用以下一种或多种连接方式:蓝牙、WIFI、ZigBee或NFC。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的公共车辆停放系统,其特征在于,还包括电源模块,用于向所述停放系统供电。
  6. 一种应用如权利要求1-5所述的公共车辆停放系统的停放方法,包括步骤:
    (i)至少一个停车桩通过通讯设备实时向网络服务器发送位置信息和锁状态信息;
    (ii)客户端向网络服务器发送连接该停车桩上的无线连接模块的申请,网络服务器判断该停车桩是否处于可用状态,若可用,网络服务器将所述停车桩无线连接所需的信息授权给客户端,客户端与无线连接模块进行配对;
    (iii)所述客户端通过无线连接模块将配对成功的信息和可通讯状态的信息反馈给网络服务器,开始对停车桩进行计时或计费;
    (iv)所述无线连接模块将停车申请发送至控制中心模块,所述控制中心模块指令所述机械传动模块进行关锁。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的停放方法,其特征在于,还包括步骤(v):所述控制中心模块连接所述通讯设备,发送所述停车桩的状态信息。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的停放方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(i)中,所述通讯设备与所述网络服务器通过远程通讯连接。
  9. 如权利要求6所述的停放方法,其特征在于,还包括步骤(vi):客户端通过无线连接模块获取当前停车桩的使用状态,并反馈给网络服务器,同时申请开锁权限,网络服务器将开锁权限授权给客户端,客户端通过无线连接模块向控制中心模块发出开锁指令,通讯设备从控制中心模块接收开锁成功的反馈,并将开锁信息发送给网络服务器。
