Definitions
- the present invention relates to foaming aerosol compositions and foaming aerosol products. More specifically, the present invention provides a foaming aerosol composition, a foaming aerosol product, and a flammability-suppressing foam that can suppress flammability when an open flame is brought close to the foam formed by ejection and ignited. Regarding the method.
- Foaming aerosol compositions have used liquefied petroleum gas as the propellant because of their excellent foaming properties.
- Liquefied petroleum gas is a combustible liquefied gas. Therefore, the foam formed by being discharged to the outside is ignited when an open flame is brought close to it. Ignited bubbles tend to spread to the surroundings if they burn for a long time or if they create a high pillar of fire.
- an aerosol composition with low flammability has been desired in order to improve safety during storage and transportation.
- the foaming aerosol product described in Patent Document 1 has room for improvement in terms of suppressing the combustibility of foam.
- the present invention has been made in view of such conventional problems, and a foaming aerosol composition that can suppress combustibility when igniting by bringing an open flame close to the foam formed by ejection. It is an object of the present invention to provide a product, a foaming aerosol product, and a method of controlling flammability.
- a foaming aerosol composition according to one aspect of the present invention for solving the above problem comprises a stock solution containing a flame-retardant component and water, and a liquefied gas, and the total amount of combustible components contained in the stock solution and the liquefied gas.
- a foaming aerosol product according to one aspect of the present invention for solving the above problems is a foaming aerosol product containing the foaming aerosol composition.
- a method for suppressing combustibility of one aspect of the present invention for solving the above problems is a method for suppressing combustibility for suppressing combustibility of a discharge, in which an aerosol composition is discharged to the outside to form a discharge.
- the aerosol composition consists of a stock solution containing a foam curing component and water, and a liquefied gas, and the total content of combustible components contained in the stock solution and the liquefied gas is 5 30% by mass, and the hardness of the foam formed when discharged to the outside is adjusted to 100 to 2000 mN (20° C.).
- the foaming aerosol composition of one embodiment of the present invention consists of a stock solution containing a flame retardant component and water, and a liquefied gas.
- the total amount of combustible components contained in the stock solution and liquefied gas is 1 to 30% by mass in the foaming aerosol composition.
- the flame retardant component is characterized by whether it is a foam curing component (first embodiment) or a resin (second embodiment). Each embodiment will be described in detail below.
- the flame-retardant component referred to in the present embodiment does not ignite even if an open flame is brought close to the foam formed by discharging when the combustible component is contained in the aerosol composition at a specific concentration, or does not ignite even if it ignites. It has the effect of shortening the flame height and shortening the combustion time.
- the flame retardant component is a foam curing component.
- the total content of combustible components contained in the stock solution and liquefied gas is 5-30% by mass in the foaming aerosol composition.
- the hardness of foam formed when discharged to the outside is 100 to 2000 mN (20° C.). Each of these will be described below.
- the stock solution comprises a foam curing component and water.
- the undiluted solution When the undiluted solution is discharged to the outside, it is foamed by the vaporization of the liquefied gas, forms a foamy liquid film, and imparts the effect of the active ingredient to objects such as hair and skin.
- the foam-hardening component adjusts the hardness of the foam that is formed when the aerosol composition is discharged, and when the foam is ignited, it suppresses the diffusion of the vaporized gas of the combustible component from inside the foam, thereby suppressing combustibility. Used to obtain an effect.
- the foam curing component is not particularly limited.
- the foam hardening component is preferably at least one selected from the group consisting of fatty acid soaps, amino acid soaps, higher alcohols and water-soluble polymers.
- the aerosol composition can easily adjust the hardness of the foam formed by ejection, and can easily obtain the effect of suppressing combustibility.
- fatty acid soap is not particularly limited.
- fatty acid soaps include fatty acids having 10 to 20 carbon atoms such as lauric acid, myristic acid, palmitic acid, stearic acid, behenic acid, oleic acid, isostearic acid, linoleic acid and linoleic acid, and triethanol.
- Organic alkali such as amine, diethanolamine, monoethanolamine, diisopropanolamine, 2-amino-2-methyl-1-propanol (AMP), 2-amino-2-methyl-1,3-propanediol (AMPD), water
- saponification products with inorganic alkalis such as potassium oxide, sodium hydroxide and ammonium hydroxide.
- the content of fatty acid soap is not particularly limited.
- the content of fatty acid soap in the aerosol composition is preferably 0.1% by mass or more, more preferably 0.5% by mass or more.

Description

また、泡の硬度は、2000mN(20℃)以下であればよく、1000mN(20℃)以下であることが好ましい。
