Claims (12)
- 사용자의 등 또는 허벅지에 마사지를 제공하고, 다리 마사지부가 수납되기 위한 다리 마사지부의 수납부를 포함하는 바디 마사지부;상기 바디 마사지부를 지지하며, 전원부 및 제어부를 포함하는 전장 박스; 및사용자의 다리에 마사지를 제공하며, 회전축을 중심으로 상기 바디 마사지부에 대하여 회전하는 상기 다리 마사지부를 포함하고,상기 다리 마사지부의 수납부는 제 1 감지 센서를 포함하고, 상기 제 1 감지 센서는 상기 다리 마사지부를 향하게 배치되며, 상기 다리 마사지부의 수납부에 물체가 있는지 여부를 감지하고,상기 다리 마사지부는 상기 다리 마사지부와 시트부 사이의 각도를 측정하기 위한 자세 센서를 포함하고,상기 제어부는 상기 바디 마사지부, 상기 다리 마사지부의 동작을 제어하는 마사지 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 마사지 장치는 상기 전장 박스의 상부 표면에 위치하며, 상기 전장 박스의 상부 표면에 물체가 놓이는지 여부를 감지하는 제 2 감지 센서를 포함하고,상기 제 1 감지 센서는 초음파 센서, 적외선 센서, 레이저 센서, 또는 조도 센서 중 적어도 하나를 포함하고,상기 제 2 감지 센서는 택트 스위치, 정전식 터치 센서, 또는 압력 센서를 포함하는 마사지 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 자세 센서로부터의 신호가 상기 다리 마사지부가 상기 시트부와 이루는 각도가 미리 정해진 임계각도 초과임을 나타내는 경우, 상기 제어부는 상기 제 1 감지 센서가 물체를 감지하도록 제어하고,상기 자세 센서로부터의 신호가 상기 다리 마사지부가 상기 시트부와 이루는 각도가 미리 정해진 임계각도 이하임을 나타내는 경우, 상기 제어부는 상기 제 1 감지 센서가 물체를 감지하지 않도록 제어하는 마사지 장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 자세 센서로부터의 신호가 상기 다리 마사지부가 상기 시트부와 이루는 각도가 미리 정해진 임계각도 초과임을 나타내고, 상기 제 1 감지 센서가 물체를 감지한 경우, 상기 제어부는 알람 신호를 출력하도록 제어하고, 상기 마사지 장치의 움직임을 멈추도록 제어하는 마사지 장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 마사지 장치는 사용자가 상기 마사지 장치를 제어하기 위한 마사지 장치 제어 디바이스를 더 포함하고,상기 제어부는 상기 알람 신호를 상기 마사지 장치 제어 디바이스의 화면에 표시하도록 제어하고,상기 제어부는 상기 마사지 장치 제어 디바이스의 화면에 알람 해제 버튼을 출력하며, 상기 알람 해제 버튼 외의 다른 버튼들을 비활성화하도록 제어하는 마사지 장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 알람 신호가 출력된 경우, 상기 제어부는 상기 제 1 감지 센서가 물체를 감지했는지 여부를 결정하고,상기 제어부는 상기 제 1 감지 센서가 물체를 감지하지 않은 경우, 사용자로부터 알람 해제 버튼이 눌렸는지 여부를 결정하고,상기 사용자로부터 알람 해제 버튼이 눌려진 경우, 상기 제어부는 상기 마사지 장치의 움직임을 재개하도록 제어하는 마사지 장치.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 사용자로부터 알람 해제 버튼이 눌려진 경우, 상기 제어부는 상기 마사지 장치 제어 디바이스의 화면의 상기 다른 버튼들을 재활성화 하도록 제어하는 마사지 장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 자세 센서로부터의 신호가 상기 다리 마사지부가 상기 시트부와 이루는 각도가 미리 정해진 임계각도 초과임을 나타내고, 상기 제 1 감지 센서가 물체를 감지한 경우, 상기 제어부는 상기 다리 마사지부가 지면과 평행하게 되도록 움직이도록 제어하는 마사지 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 감지 센서가 상기 전장 박스의 상부 표면에 물체가 있음을 감지한 경우, 상기 제어부는 알람 신호를 출력하도록 제어하고, 상기 마사지 장치의 움직임을 멈추도록 제어하는 마사지 장치.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 마사지 장치는 사용자가 상기 마사지 장치를 제어하기 위한 마사지 장치 제어 디바이스를 더 포함하고,상기 제어부는 상기 알람 신호를 상기 마사지 장치 제어 디바이스의 화면에 표시하도록 제어하고,상기 제어부는 상기 마사지 장치 제어 디바이스의 화면에 알람 해제 버튼을 출력하며, 상기 알람 해제 버튼 외의 다른 버튼들을 비활성화하도록 제어하는 마사지 장치.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 알람 신호가 출력된 경우, 상기 제어부는 상기 제 1 감지 센서 및 상기 제 2 감지 센서가 물체를 감지했는지 여부를 결정하고,상기 제어부는 상기 제 1 감지 센서 및 상기 제 2 감지 센서가 물체를 감지하지 않은 경우, 사용자로부터 알람 해제 버튼이 눌렸는지 여부를 결정하고,상기 사용자로부터 알람 해제 버튼이 눌려진 경우, 상기 제어부는 상기 마사지 장치의 움직임을 재개하도록 제어하는 마사지 장치.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,상기 사용자로부터 알람 해제 버튼이 눌려진 경우, 상기 제어부는 상기 마사지 장치 제어 디바이스의 화면의 상기 다른 버튼들을 재활성화 하도록 제어하는 마사지 장치.
