发明内容
本发明要解决是现有技术中翻滚保护装置结构复杂、占用空间较大且安全可靠性较低的技术问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明公开了一种车辆翻滚保护结构,包括:翻滚保护框架,所述翻滚保护框架设于车辆的后排座椅后方;

本发明实施例中,第一侧部框架2形成有朝向车辆尾部的第一弯折部,第二侧部框架3形成有朝向车辆尾部第二弯折部;可实施的,第一侧部框架2包括第一支杆21和第二支杆22,第一支杆21的一端与顶部框架1的一端连接;如图2所示,第一支杆21的另一端与第二支杆22的一端呈第一预设角度α连接,第二支杆22的另一端固定于第一预设位置;第一支杆21的另一端与第二支杆22的一端呈第一预设角度连接形成第一弯折部;可实施的,第一支杆21和第二支杆22可以均为管状结构,第一支杆21和第二支杆22可以直接呈第一预设角度连接;可实施的,第一支杆21和第二支杆22也可以圆滑过渡连接;即第一支杆21和第二支杆22之间可以设置一弧状连接部,第一支杆21和第二支杆22可以呈第一预设弧度连接。第一预设弧度与第一预设角度可以为相同数值。
第二侧部框架3包括第三支杆31和第四支杆32;第三支杆31的一端 与顶部框架1的另一端连接,第三支杆31的另一端与第四支杆32的一端呈第二预设角度连接,第四支杆32的另一端固定于第二预设位置。第三支杆31的另一端与第四支杆32的一端呈第一预设角度连接形成第二弯折部;可实施的,第三支杆31和第四支杆32可以均为管状结构,第三支杆31和第四支杆32可以直接呈第一预设角度连接;可实施的,第三支杆31和第四支杆32可以圆滑过渡连接;即第三支杆31和第四支杆32之间可以设置一弧状连接部,第一支杆21和第二支杆22可以呈第一预设弧度连接。第二预设弧度与第二预设角度可以为相同数值。
本发明实施例中,第一侧部框架2和第二侧部框架3可以为相同结构,且可以沿顶部框架1的中线对称设置。
本发明实施例中第一预设角度的范围可以为150-180度;第二预设角度的范围为150-180度。可实施的,第一预设角度的范围可以为155-180度;第二预设角度的范围可以为155-180度;该角度范围的设计能够有效避免车辆翻滚时翻滚保护支架形成折弯点。
本发明实施例中,第二支杆22可以向左倾斜设置,第四支杆32可以向右倾斜设置;第二支杆22与顶部框架1在车辆内地板上的投影呈第三预设角度;第四支杆32与顶部框架1在车辆内地板上的投影呈第四预设角度;本发明实施例中,第三预设角度的范围可以为75-90度,第四预设角度的范围可以为75-90度。即第二支杆22延长后与顶部框架1所在的横向直线的垂直线所呈角度可以为0-15度,如图3中β所示;第四支杆32延长后与顶部框架1所在的横向直线所呈角度可以为0-15度;可实施的,第二支杆22延长后与顶部框架1所在的横向直线所呈角度可以为10-15度;第四支杆32延长后与顶部框架1所在的横向直线所呈角度可以为10-15度,,该角度设计能够有效保证翻滚保护框架初始受力时形成类似“八”字形支撑,增加翻滚保护框架的稳定性。
本发明实施例中,第一支杆21、第二支杆22、第三支杆31和第四支杆32可以均为管状支杆;在一个示例中,顶部框架1的横截面面积可以大于78.5mm 2,或横截面直径不小于50mm;顶部框架1的管壁厚度可以为1.6-2.0mm。
可实施的,第一支杆21、第二支杆22、第三支杆31和第四支杆32也可以为方形状或菱形状等其他形状的。
本发明实施例中,车辆翻滚保护结构还可以包括支撑横梁4;
支撑横梁4的一端与第一支杆21和第二支杆22的连接处连接;支撑横梁4的另一端与第三支杆31和第四支杆32的连接处连接。本发明实施例中,支撑横梁4的两端分别与第一侧部框架2和第二侧部框架3的弯折部连接,能够有效分解弯折部的冲击力;提升翻滚保护框架的稳定性和安全性。
本发明实施例中,支撑横梁4也可以管状结构;支撑横梁4的截面面积可以大于1800mm 2,管壁厚度可以采用1.6-2.0mm;
本发明实施例中,车辆翻滚保护结构还可以包括第一连接件5和第二连接件6;第一侧部框架2的另一端通过第一连接件5固定于第一预设位置,第二侧部框架3的另一端通过第二连接件6固定于第二预设位置,可视化寺的,第一连接件5和第二连接件6可以均包括螺栓等紧固件。
本发明第二方面提供一种敞篷车辆,包括车辆翻滚保护结构。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种车辆翻滚保护结构,其特征在于,包括:翻滚保护框架,所述翻滚保护框架设于车辆的后排座椅后方;
    所述翻滚保护框架包括顶部框架(1)、第一侧部框架(2)和第二侧部框架(3);
    所述顶部框架(1)的两端分别与所述第一侧部框架(2)的一端以及所述第二侧部框架(3)的一端连接;所述第一侧部框架(2)的另一端固定于所述车辆内地板上的第一预设位置,所述第二侧部框架(3)的另一端固定于所述车辆内地板上的第二预设位置;
    所述第一预设位置包括所述后排座椅的左后方位置,所述第二预设位置包括所述后排座椅的右后方位置;
    所述顶部框架(1)所在高度高于所述后排座椅顶部所在高度预设距离。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的车辆翻滚保护结构,其特征在于,还包括第一弧状连接部(11)和第二弧状连接部(12);
    所述第一弧状连接部(11)的两端分别与所述顶部框架(1)的一端以及所述第一侧部框架(2)的一端连接;所述第二弧状连接部(12)的两端分别与所述顶部框架(1)的另一端以及所述第二侧部框架(3)的一端连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的车辆翻滚保护结构,其特征在于,所述第一侧部框架(2)形成有朝向车辆尾部的第一弯折部,所述第二侧部框架(3)形成有朝向车辆尾部第二弯折部。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的车辆翻滚保护结构,其特征在于,所述第一侧部框架(2)包括第一支杆(21)和第二支杆(22),所述第一支杆(21)的一端与所述顶部框架(1)的一端连接;所述第一支杆(21)的另一端与所述第二支杆(22)的一端呈第一预设角度连接,所述第二支杆(22)的 另一端固定于所述第一预设位置;
    所述第二侧部框架(3)包括第三支杆(31)和第四支杆(32);所述第三支杆(31)的一端与所述顶部框架(1)的另一端连接,所述第三支杆(31)的另一端与所述第四支杆(32)的一端呈第二预设角度连接,所述第四支杆(32)的另一端固定于所述第二预设位置。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的车辆翻滚保护结构,其特征在于,所述第一预设角度的范围为150-180度;所述第二预设角度的范围为150-180度。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的车辆翻滚保护结构,其特征在于,
    所述第二支杆(22)向左倾斜设置,所述第四支杆(32)向右倾斜设置;
    所述第二支杆(22)与所述顶部框架(1)在所述车辆内地板上的投影呈第三预设角度;所述第四支杆(32)与所述顶部框架(1)在所述车辆内地板上的投影呈第四预设角度;
    所述第三预设角度的范围为75-90度,所述第四预设角度的范围为75-90度。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的车辆翻滚保护结构,其特征在于,所述第一支杆(21)、所述第二支杆(22)、所述第三支杆(31)和所述第四支杆(32)均为管状支杆。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的车辆翻滚保护结构,其特征在于,还包括支撑横梁(4);
    所述支撑横梁(4)的一端与所述第一支杆(21)和所述第二支杆(22)的连接处连接;所述支撑横梁(4)的另一端与所述第三支杆(31)和所述第四支杆(32)的连接处连接。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的车辆翻滚保护结构,其特征在于,还包括第 一连接件(5)和第二连接件(6);
    所述第一侧部框架(2)的另一端通过所述第一连接件(5)固定于所述第一预设位置,所述第二侧部框架(3)的另一端通过所述第二连接件(6)固定于所述第二预设位置。
  10. 一种敞篷车辆,其特征在于,包括权利要求1-9任一项所述车辆翻滚保护结构。
