技术领域
本申请涉及汽车制造技术领域,具体涉及一种车门导槽和车辆。
背景技术
车门导槽,也可以称玻璃泥槽或玻璃呢槽,是车门上重要的一部分,装配在车门窗框钣金件上,车门窗玻璃关上时,车门导槽包裹着车门窗玻璃的边缘,起到密封和导向的作用。为了增强外观效果,车门导槽一般会包括车门导槽本体和亮条,亮条起到装饰作用,和车门导槽本体固定,如通过强力胶实现固定。
发明内容
本申请实施例提供了一种车门导槽和车辆,可以解决相关技术中存在的技术问题,所述车门导槽和车辆的技术方案如下:
一方面,本申请实施例提供了一种车门导槽,所述车门导槽包括车门导槽本体和亮条,其中:
车门导槽本体包括第一钣金安装部、第二钣金安装部、第一亮条安装部、第二亮条安装部和玻璃安装部;
第一钣金安装部和第二钣金安装部位于车门导槽本体靠近车架的一侧,第二亮条安装部位于车门导槽本体远离所述车架的一侧,第一钣金安装部位于第二钣金安装部的上方,第一亮条安装部位于第一钣金安装部的上方,玻璃安装部位于第一钣金安装部的下方且位于第二钣金安装部和第二亮条安装部之间;
第一亮条安装部水平设置有第一条形槽,所述第一条形槽的开口方向朝向 远离所述车架的方向;
亮条具有L形结构,亮条包括水平安装部和竖直安装部,水平安装部与第一亮条安装部卡接,竖直安装部与第二亮条安装部卡接;
第一钣金安装部和第二钣金安装部用于与所述车架上的车门窗框钣金件固定连接,玻璃安装部用于对车门窗玻璃进行导向和固定。

在一种可能的实现方式中,第一钣金安装部设置有第二条形槽,第二钣金安装部设置有第三条形槽,所述第二条形槽用于夹持车门窗框钣金件的第一钣金翻边,所述第三条形槽用于夹持车门窗框钣金件的第二钣金翻边。
在一种可能的实现方式中,所述第二条形槽的位于上方的槽壁上设置有多个第一唇边部。
在一种可能的实现方式中,所述第三条形槽的槽口处设置有第二唇边部。

本申请的实施例提供的技术方案至少包括以下有益效果:
本申请实施例提供了一种车门导槽,该车门导槽的亮条为倒L形结构,亮条的水平安装部卡接在车门导槽本体的第一条形槽中,亮条的竖直安装部扣合在车门导槽本体的第一侧,使得亮条与车门导槽本体卡接,这种卡接方式较为较为稳固,耐用性较强。
而且,车门导槽本体的第一条形槽的上槽壁能够朝远离下槽壁的方向掀开,以扩大第一条形槽的槽口,方便亮条的水平安装部的插入,进而可以提高安装效率。可见,该车门导槽可以使用较小的装配力将亮条装配到车门导槽本体上,且亮条不容易脱落,亮条结构简单,成本低。

为使本申请的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合附图对本申请实施方式作进一步地详细描述。
传统的亮条与车门导槽本体之间的安装方式为用强力胶将亮条粘贴在车门导槽本体的外部,但这种安装方式并不牢固,耐用性不高,亮条容易从车门导槽本体上脱落。
而本方案中的亮条和车门导槽本体之间为卡接,安装方式较为稳固,耐用性强。
如图1所示为该车门导槽分别与车门窗框钣金件3和侧围钣金件5固定连接的示意图,如图1所示,所述车门导槽包括车门导槽本体1和亮条2。
如图2所示,为该车门导槽的车门导槽本体1的结构示意图,如图2所示,车门导槽本体1包括第一钣金安装部11、第二钣金安装部12、第一亮条安装部13、第二亮条安装部14和玻璃安装部15,车门导槽本体1为一体成型结构。
其中,第一钣金安装部11、第二钣金安装部12、第一亮条安装部13、第二亮条安装部14和玻璃安装部15之间的位置关系如下。
第一钣金安装部11和第二钣金安装部12位于车门导槽本体1靠近车架的一侧,其中,车架也即是车门导槽所在车辆的框架,车门导槽本体1靠近车架的一侧,也可以称为车门导槽本体1的第二侧,第二侧也可以理解为靠近所在车辆的车内的一侧。
第二亮条安装部14位于车门导槽本体1远离车架的一侧,该侧可以称为车门导槽本体1的第一侧,第一侧也可以理解为远离所在车辆的车内的一侧。
如图2所示,第一钣金安装部11位于第二钣金安装部12的上方,第一亮条安装部13位于第一钣金安装部11的上方,玻璃安装部15位于第一钣金安装部11的下方且位于第二钣金安装部12和第二亮条安装部14之间。
其中,第一钣金安装部11、第二钣金安装部12、第一亮条安装部13、第二亮条安装部14和玻璃安装部15的功能如下。
如图2并参考图1所示,第一钣金安装部11和第二钣金安装部12用于与所述车架上的车门窗框钣金件3固定连接。第二亮条安装部14用于固定亮条2。玻璃安装部15用于对车门窗玻璃4进行导向和固定。工作人员可以通过第一钣金安装部11和第二钣金安装部12将车门导槽与车架上的车门窗框钣金件3安 装在一起。
其中,第一钣金安装部11和第二钣金安装部12分别实现与车门窗框钣金件3固定连接的结构如下。
如图2所示,第一钣金安装部11设置有第二条形槽110,第二钣金安装部12设置有第三条形槽120。如图1所示,第二条形槽110用于夹持车门窗框钣金件3的第一钣金翻边31,第三条形槽120用于夹持车门窗框钣金件3的第二钣金翻边32。
如图2所示,第一钣金安装部11设置有第二条形槽110,该第二条形槽的截面形状为U形,开口朝向靠近所述车架的方向,例如,朝向所在车辆的车内方向。如图1所示,车门窗框钣金件3包括第一钣金翻边31和第二钣金翻边32,如上述所述,第二条形槽110用于夹持车门窗框钣金件3的第一钣金翻边31,例如,参考图1所示,第一钣金翻边31可以在第二条形槽110的开口处插进第二条形槽110中,第二条形槽110夹持住车门窗框钣金件3的第一钣金翻边31,从而将车门导槽本体1初步固定在车门窗框钣金件3上。

如图2所示,第二条形槽110的槽壁内部可以埋设有金属骨架112,该金属骨架112的截面形状可以为U形构,金属骨架112包裹在第二条形槽110的外,形状与第二条形槽110的形状相匹配,用于加强第二条形槽110的牢固性和形状的稳固。
如图3所示,第二条形槽110的位于上方的槽壁的内表面上设置有多个第 一唇边部111。多个第一唇边部111均匀的设置在第二条形槽110的位于上方的槽壁上,则第一唇边部111和第二条形槽110的位于下方的槽壁夹持在车门窗框钣金件3的第一钣金翻边31的两侧,加强了对第一钣金翻边31的夹持力,可以使车门导槽本体1和车门窗框钣金件3的第一钣金翻边31固定的更牢固。
可选的,如图3所示,第二条形槽110的位于下方的槽壁上可以均匀设置多个凸起,用于增强对第一钣金翻边31的夹持力,使车门导槽本体1和车门窗框钣金件3的第一钣金翻边31固定的更牢固。
如图3所示,第三条形槽120的槽口处设置有第二唇边部121。在第三条形槽的槽口处的靠近车架的一侧处设置有第二唇边部121,如图1所示,第二唇边部121抵接在车门窗框钣金件3的第二钣金翻边32的侧壁上,加强了对车门窗框钣金件3的第二钣金翻边32的夹持力,使车门导槽本体1和车门窗框钣金件3的第二钣金翻边32固定的更牢固。
可选的,如图3所示,第一钣金安装部11和第一亮条安装部13的连接处的靠近车架的一侧还设置有第七唇边113,第七唇边部113方向斜向下,对第一钣金安装部1的第二条形槽110起到一定的遮挡作用,起到美观的作用。
如图3所示,第一钣金安装部11与第二钣金安装部12的连接处的靠近车架的一侧还设置有第八唇边部114,参考图1所示,第八唇边部114位于车门窗框钣金件3与车门导槽本体1之间的缝隙处,对车门导槽本体1起支撑和密封的作用。
其中,亮条2和第二亮条安装部14固定连接的实现方式如下。
参考图2所示,第一亮条安装部13位于第一钣金安装部11的上方,第一亮条安装部13水平设置有第一条形槽130,第一条形槽130的开口方向朝向远离车架的方向。
如图4所示,亮条2为L形结构,亮条2的具体形状可以为倒L形结构,包括水平安装部21和竖直安装部22,如图1所示,水平安装部21与第一亮条安装部13卡接,竖直安装部22与第二亮条安装部14卡接。
如图2所示,第一亮条安装部13上设置有第一条形槽130,第一条形槽130的截面形状为V形,第一条形槽130的开口方向朝向远离车架的方向,用于对亮条2进行固定安装。
其中,第一条形槽130的开口也可以称为槽口,朝向所在车辆的车外方向。
其中,车门导槽本体1由橡胶等材料组成,具有一定的弹性和柔性,车门导槽本体1中位于顶面与第一条形槽130的位于上方的槽壁之间的部分为柔性可掀起部分,柔性可掀起部分可以围绕连接部分16从第一条形槽130的槽口部分掀起,然后将亮条2的水平安装部21放入第一条形槽130中,对亮条2进行初步的固定。
例如,车门导槽本体1具有柔性,如图6所示,第一条形槽130的上槽壁1301能够相对于下槽壁1302绕着连接处旋转,上槽壁1301和下槽壁1302的位置相对,上槽壁1301为靠近车门导槽本体1顶部的槽壁。
这样,在将亮条2安装在车门导槽本体1中的过程中,首先将第一条形槽130的上槽壁1301,朝向远离下槽壁1302的方向掀起,以增大上槽壁1301和下槽壁1302之间的距离,可以参见图6所示。然后,将亮条2的水平安装部21插入至第一条形槽130中,以实现水平安装部21和第一条形槽130的卡接。之后,将亮条2的竖直安装部22扣在车门导槽本体1的第一侧,可以参见图7所示。
可见,第一条形槽130的上槽壁1301能够朝远离下槽壁1302的方向掀开,以扩大第一条形槽130的槽口,方便亮条2的水平安装部21的插入,进而可以提高安装效率。因此,该车门导槽可以使用较小的装配力将亮条2装配到车门导槽本体1上,且亮条2不容易脱落,亮条2结构简单,成本低。
为了实现亮条2的水平安装部21和第一条形槽130的卡接,相应的,如图6所示,第一亮条安装部13上的第一条形槽130的位于上方的槽壁(即上槽壁1301)上设置有第一条形倒刺131和第二条形倒刺132,如图5所示,水平安装部21设置有卡接槽211和第一凸起212,第一条形倒刺131与卡接槽211相适配,第一条形倒刺131卡接在卡接槽211中,第二条形倒刺132与第一凸起212相适配,第二条形倒刺132与第一凸起212卡接。从而实现亮条2的水平安装部21和第一条形槽130的卡接。
其中,第一条形倒刺131和第二条形倒刺132均为凸起结构,如图6所示,第一条形倒刺131位于上槽壁1301,向靠近下槽壁1302的方向凸起,第二条形倒刺132位于上槽壁1301,向靠近下槽壁1302的方向凸起。
关于第一条形倒刺131和第二条形倒刺132的位置,如图6所示,第一条 形倒刺131位于第一条形槽130的槽壁的靠近槽口的位置处,第二条形倒刺132位于第一条形槽130的槽壁的靠近槽底的位置处。这样,可以在将柔性可掀起部件掀起后,将亮条2的水平安装部21放入第一条形槽130中,然后将亮条2上的第一凸起212与第二条形倒刺132卡接,将卡接槽211与第一条形倒刺131卡接,从而将亮条2的水平安装部21与第一亮条安装部13的第一条形槽130固定连接。
需要指出的是,第一条形倒刺131和第二条形倒刺132可以不同时具有,例如,可以包括第一条形倒刺131,而不包括第二条形倒刺132,也可以包括第二条形倒刺132,而不包括第一条形倒刺131。
可选的,第一条形倒刺131可以具有T形结构,与第一条形槽130的位于上方的槽壁连接的部分的截面的宽度较小,远离第一条形槽130的位于上方的槽壁的部分的截面的宽度较大,从而组成一个截面为倒T字形的结构。相对的,卡接槽211为T形槽,槽口处的截面的宽度比槽底处截面的宽度小,从而在槽口处形成一缩口,在安装时,将第一条形倒刺131挤压进卡接槽211中,第一条形倒刺131在进入卡接槽211中后恢复原状,从而将第一条形倒刺131与卡接槽211卡接,使水平安装部21不易从第一条形槽130中脱落。
或者,如图6所示,第一条形倒刺131的形状为蘑菇状,第一条形倒刺131的根部的直径较小,位于上槽壁1301,第一条形倒刺131的蘑菇头的直径较大,远离上槽壁1301。这样,第一条形倒刺131可以通过其蘑菇头插入至卡接槽211中而实现卡接。
卡接槽211和第一条形倒刺131相适配,如图5所示,卡接槽211为蘑菇状,卡接槽211的槽口的直径小于卡接槽211的中部位置处的直径。
可选的,如图6所示,第二条形倒刺132具有斜面结构,该斜面朝向第一条形槽130的槽底方向,相应的,如图5所示,亮条2的第一凸起212也具有斜面结构,该斜面结构可与第二条形倒刺132的斜面结构贴合,从而将第二条形倒刺132与第一凸起212卡接在一起,使水平安装部21不易从第一条形槽130中脱落。
如图6所示,第二亮条安装部14设置有第三条形倒刺141和第四条形倒刺142。例如,如图6所示,车门导槽本体1的第一侧具有第三条形倒刺141和第四条形倒刺142,第三条形倒刺141向远离第一条形槽130的方向凸起,第四条 形倒刺142向靠近第一条形槽130的方向凸起。
由于亮条2的竖直安装部22扣合在车门导槽本体1的第一侧,那么,亮条2的竖直安装部22具有分别与第三条形倒刺141和第四条形倒刺142相配合的结构。如图5所示,竖直安装部22设置有凸向车门导槽本体1的第二凸起221,如图7所示,第三条形倒刺141与第二凸起221卡接,第四条形倒刺142与竖直安装部22的底端卡接。
第二亮条安装部14位于车门导槽本体1远离车架的一侧,位于第一钣金安装部11的远离车架的一侧,将亮条2的竖直安装部22与第二亮条安装部14固定连接,可以使亮条2与车门导槽本体2之间的连接更稳固。
第二亮条安装部14上的第三条形倒刺141位于第二亮条安装部14的上部分,第四条形倒刺142位于第二亮条安装部14的下部分。亮条2的竖直安装部22上的第二凸起221设置在竖直安装部22的上部分。将第三条形倒刺141与竖直安装部22的第二凸起221卡接,将第四条形倒刺142与竖直安装部22的底端卡接,从而将亮条2的竖直安装部22与第二亮条安装部14固定连接。
可选的,第三条形倒刺141的凸起方向向下,第四条形倒刺142的凸起方向向上。第三条形倒刺141可以为凸起方向向下的倒刺结构,第四条形倒刺142为凸起方向向上的倒刺结构。如图5所示,竖直安装部22的第二凸起221为轻微斜向上的凸起结构,竖直安装部22的底端为圆弧形结构。将第二凸起221由下向上卡接在第三条形倒刺141上,然后将竖直安装部22的底端抵接在第四条形倒刺142上,从而将竖直安装部22与第二亮条安装部14卡接在一起。
其中,竖直安装部22的第二凸起221为轻微斜向上的凸起结构,例如,如图5所示,亮条2的第二凸起221的端部具有第五条形倒刺2211,第五条形倒刺2211向靠近水平安装部21的方向凸起。如图7所示,第五条形倒刺2211和第三条形倒刺141卡接。
其中,玻璃安装部15实现对车门窗玻璃4进行导向和固定的结构如下。
如图2所示,玻璃安装部15位于第一钣金安装部11的下方且位于第二钣金安装部12和第二亮条安装部14之间,玻璃安装部15用于对车门窗玻璃4进行导向和固定。如图3所示,玻璃安装部15设置有第三唇边部151、第四唇边部152和第五唇边部153。其中,如图1所示,第三唇边部151用于与车门窗玻 璃4的顶部抵接,第四唇边部152用于与车门窗玻璃4的一个侧面抵接,第五唇边部153用于与车门窗玻璃4的另一个侧面抵接。
如图3所示,玻璃安装部15设置有第四条形槽150,第四条形槽150的开口向下,可以对车门窗玻璃4起导向和固定的作用。车门窗玻璃4可以从第四条形槽150的槽口处由下向上的插入到第四条形槽150中,从而对车门窗玻璃4起到导向和固定的作用。
其中,玻璃安装部15上设置的第三唇边部151、第四唇边部152和第五唇边部153均位于第四条形槽150中。
例如,如图3所示,第三唇边部151位于第四条形槽150的槽底,第四唇边部152位于第四条形槽的槽口的远离车架的一侧,第五唇边部153位于第四条形槽150的槽口的靠近车架的一侧。
如图1所示,第三唇边部151用于与车门窗玻璃4的顶部抵接,用于对车门窗玻璃4起缓冲的作用,当安装车门窗玻璃4或者在车辆的使用过程中升降车门窗玻璃4时,可以对车门窗玻璃4起到一定的缓冲作用。如图1所示,第四唇边部152用于与车门窗玻璃4的一个侧面抵接,第五唇边部153用于与车门窗玻璃4的另一个侧面抵接,第四唇边部152和第五唇边部153加强了第四条形槽150对车门窗玻璃4的夹持力,使关闭车门窗玻璃4时,对车门窗玻璃4的固定更加稳固,对车门窗玻璃4升降时的导向效果也更加明显。
可选的,如图3所示,第四唇边部152和第五唇边部153的与车门窗玻璃4接触的位置设置有绒毛,可在车门窗玻璃4升降时减小车门窗玻璃4与第四唇边部152之间的摩擦,减小与第五唇边部153之间的摩擦,从而使车门窗玻璃4的升降更容易。并且,车门窗玻璃4在升降时会与第四唇边部152和第五唇边部153之间摩擦从而产生的噪声,第四唇边部152和第五唇边部153上设置的绒毛会减小摩擦时的噪声,给用户更好的使用体验。
如图3所示,车门导槽本体1的顶面上设置有方向朝上的第六唇边部133,第六唇边部133用于与车架的侧围钣金件5抵接,可以参见图1所示。
在将车门导槽本体1和车门窗框钣金件3都安装在车架上后,如图1所示,车门导槽本体1上设置的第六唇边部133会与车架的侧围钣金件5抵接,第六唇边部133受力挤压,从而将车门导槽本体1和侧围钣金件5之间进行密封,从而对车门进行进一步的密封,使车门关闭时的密封性更好。
其中,关于该车门导槽的安装过程如下。
在安装时,可以先将亮条2与车门导槽本体1安装在一起,再将安装好亮条2的车门导槽与车门窗框钣金件3安装在一起。
首先,如图6所示,可以先将车门导槽本体1中位于顶面与第一条形槽130的位于上方的槽壁之间的柔性可掀起部分绕着连接部分16掀起,此时第一条形槽130的开口部分扩大。例如,将第一条形槽130的上槽壁1301向远离下槽壁1302的方向掀开,以扩大第一条形槽130的槽口。
然后,工作人员可以将亮条2的水平安装部21放入扩大开口的第一条形槽130中,如图7并参考图5和图6所示,将水平安装部21的第一凸起212与第一条形槽130中的第二条形倒刺132卡住。
之后,再将第一条形槽130的上槽壁1301向靠近下槽壁1302的方向放下,以将第一条形槽130中的第一条形倒刺131的蘑菇头塞进亮条2的卡接槽211中,如图7所示,使第一条形倒刺131与卡接槽211卡接,从而完成亮条2的水平安装部21与第一亮条安装部13的卡接,即亮条2的初步固定连接。
再之后,可以将亮条2的竖直安装部22与第二亮条安装部14进行固定连接。例如,工作人员可以将竖直安装部22的第二凸起221的第五条形倒刺2211与第二亮条安装部14的第三条形倒刺141进行卡接,然后将竖直安装部22的底端与第二亮条安装部14的第四条形倒刺142卡接,从而将竖直安装部22与第二亮条安装部14卡接在一起,可以参见图7所示。
可选的,对于亮条2与车门导槽本体1之间的安装步骤,本实施例并不限于上述安装步骤,可以根据工作人员的操作进行安装。例如,也可以先将亮条2的竖直安装部22与第二亮条安装部14固定连接,再将亮条2的水平安装部21与第一亮条安装部13固定连接,等等。
完成亮条2和车门导槽本体1的安装之后,可以将安装好亮条2的车门导槽安装在车门窗框钣金件3上。
例如,参见图1所示,首先将车门窗框钣金件3的第一钣金翻边31插入到第一钣金安装部11的第二条形槽110中,第二条形槽110的槽壁、槽壁上设置的第一唇边部111和槽壁上设置的凸起夹持住第一钣金翻边31,对第一钣金翻边31进行了固定连接。然后,将车门窗框钣金件3的第二钣金翻边32插入到 第一钣金安装部11的第三条形槽120中,第三条形槽120的槽壁和第二唇边部121夹持住第二钣金翻边32,对第二钣金翻边32进行了固定来连接。这样,通过将车门窗框钣金件3的第一钣金翻边31和第二钣金翻边32分别固定连接在车门导槽本体1上,从而将车门导槽固定连接在车门窗框钣金件3上。
在进行车门窗玻璃4与车门导槽之间的安装时,可以将车门窗玻璃4插入到车门导槽本体1的第四条形槽150中,第四条形槽150中设置的第三唇边部151与车门窗玻璃4的顶部抵接,对车门窗玻璃4的顶部起到缓冲的作用,第四唇边部152和第五唇边部153分别与车门窗玻璃4的两侧抵接,对车门窗玻璃4起到导向和固定的作用。
可选的,也可以先将车门导槽本体1与车门窗框钣金件3固定连接,再将亮条2固定连接在车门导槽本体1上,本实施例对此不作限定。
以上本实施例中所述的“倒刺”也可以称为“卡接凸头”。
在本申请实施例中,该车门导槽的亮条为倒L形结构,亮条的水平安装部卡接在车门导槽本体的第一条形槽中,亮条的竖直安装部扣合在车门导槽本体的第一侧,使得亮条与车门导槽本体卡接,这种卡接方式较为较为稳固,耐用性较强。
而且,车门导槽本体的第一条形槽的上槽壁能够朝远离下槽壁的方向掀开,以扩大第一条形槽的槽口,方便亮条的水平安装部的插入,进而可以提高安装效率。可见,该车门导槽可以使用较小的装配力将亮条装配到车门导槽本体上,且亮条不容易脱落,亮条结构简单,成本低。
本申请还提供了一种车辆,该车辆包括如上所述的车门导槽,例如,参见图1所示,该车辆包括车门导槽、车门窗框钣金件3和侧围钣金件5,车门导槽的顶部与侧围钣金件5固定连接,车门导槽的远离亮条的第二侧分别与车门窗框钣金件3和侧围钣金件5固定连接。
该车辆的车门导槽,如上述所述,其亮条为倒L形结构,亮条的水平安装部卡接在车门导槽本体的第一条形槽中,亮条的竖直安装部扣合在车门导槽本体的第一侧,使得亮条与车门导槽本体卡接,这种卡接方式较为较为稳固,耐用性较强。
而且,车门导槽本体的第一条形槽的上槽壁能够朝远离下槽壁的方向掀开,以扩大第一条形槽的槽口,方便亮条的水平安装部的插入,进而可以提高安装效率。可见,该车门导槽可以使用较小的装配力将亮条装配到车门导槽本体上,且亮条不容易脱落,亮条结构简单,成本低。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种车门导槽,其特征在于,所述车门导槽包括车门导槽本体(1)和亮条(2);
    所述车门导槽本体(1)的第一侧且靠近顶部的位置具有第一条形槽(130),所述第一侧为远离所述车门导槽所在车辆的车内的一侧,所述第一条形槽(130)的槽口朝向所述车辆的车外;
    所述亮条(2)为倒L形结构,包括水平安装部(21)和竖直安装部(22),所述水平安装部(21)卡接在所述第一条形槽(130)中,所述竖直安装部(22)卡接在所述车门导槽本体(1)的第一侧。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的车门导槽,其特征在于,所述车门导槽本体(1)具有柔性,所述第一条形槽(130)的上槽壁(1301)能够相对于下槽壁(1302)绕着连接处旋转,所述上槽壁(1301)和所述下槽壁(1302)的位置相对,所述上槽壁(1301)为靠近所述车门导槽本体(1)顶部的槽壁。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的车门导槽,其特征在于,所述第一条形槽(130)的上槽壁(1301)具有第一条形倒刺(131),所述第一条形倒刺(131)向靠近所述下槽壁(1302)的方向凸起;
    所述亮条(2)的水平安装部(21)具有和所述第一条形倒刺(131)相适配的卡接槽(211),所述第一条形倒刺(131)位于所述卡接槽(211)中。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的车门导槽,其特征在于,所述第一条形倒刺(131)的形状为蘑菇状,所述第一条形倒刺(131)的蘑菇头位于所述卡接槽(211)中。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的车门导槽,其特征在于,所述第一条形倒刺(131)靠近所述第一条形槽(130)的槽口位置。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的车门导槽,其特征在于,所述第一条形槽(130) 的上槽壁(1301)且在靠近槽底的位置具有第二条形倒刺(132),所述第二条形倒刺(132)向靠近下槽壁(1302)的方向凸起;
    所述亮条(2)的水平安装部(21)具有和所述第二条形倒刺(132)相适配的第一凸起(212),所述第一凸起(212)和所述第二条形倒刺(132)卡接。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的车门导槽,其特征在于,所述车门导槽本体(1)的第一侧具有第四条形倒刺(142),所述第四条形倒刺(142)向靠近所述第一条形槽(130)的方向凸起;
    所述亮条(2)的竖直安装部(22)的端部和所述第四条形倒刺(142)卡接。
  8. 根据权利要求1至7任一所述的车门导槽,其特征在于,所述车门导槽本体(1)的第一侧具有第三条形倒刺(141),所述第三条形倒刺(141)向远离所述第一条形槽(130)的方向凸起;
    所述亮条(2)的竖直安装部(22)具有凸向所述车门导槽本体(1)的第二凸起(221),所述第二凸起(221)和所述第三条形倒刺(141)卡接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的车门导槽,其特征在于,所述第二凸起(221)的端部具有第五条形倒刺(2211),所述第五条形倒刺(2211)向靠近所述水平安装部(21)的方向凸起;
    所述第五条形倒刺(2211)和所述第三条形倒刺(141)卡接。
  10. 一种车辆,其特征在于,所述车辆包括如权利要求1至9任一所述的车门导槽。
