本发明的目的在于提供一种蔬菜脆片出品用包装设备,通过设置筛选机构,以解决上述背景技术中提出的质量不统一的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种蔬菜脆片出品用包装设备,包括自动包装机本体、筛选机构、收集机构和分货机构。
所述自动包装机本体的底部安装有分货机构,所述自动包装机本体的顶部安装有筛选机构,所述筛选机构的一侧安装有收集机构。
所述筛选机构包括筛选箱、连接柱、第二支撑柱、螺旋筛选板和螺旋滑板,所述螺旋筛选板和螺旋滑板上固定贯穿安装有连接柱,所述螺旋筛选板和螺旋滑板固定连接在筛选箱的内壁表面,所述筛选箱的一侧表面底端靠近螺旋滑板的底端贯穿安装有倾斜管,所述第二支撑柱的一侧表面固定安装有支撑板,所述支撑板的顶面固定连接第三支撑柱,所述第三支撑柱上贯穿滑动安装有推动柱,所述推动柱的一端固定安装有第二底座,所述第二底座远离第三支撑柱的一侧表面固定安装有振动电机,所述推动柱远离第三支撑柱的一端固定连接有推块。
所述收集机构包括收集斗、第一电机、转台、收集桶和第二机箱,所述收集斗的底板贯穿安装有连接管,所述连接管的一侧壁底端转动安装有第二转动柱,所述第二转动柱一侧表面固定连接有阻挡板,所述连接管的一侧壁外表面靠近第二转动柱的位置固定安装有第一电机,所述第一电机的输出轴贯穿连接管侧壁固定连接第二转动柱的一端,所述第二机箱的内部转动安装有第三转动柱,所述第三转动柱的顶端贯穿第二机箱顶板,所述转台的底面固定连接在第三转动柱的顶端,所述倾斜管的底端贯穿连接管的一侧壁延伸至内部。
所述分货机构包括分料管、第一机箱、第一转动柱、传送带本体、第二出货斗和第二电机,所述分料管的底端表面两侧固定安装有两个第二出货斗,所述分料管的一侧板外表面固定连接有第一机箱,所述分料管内壁水平转动安装有第一转动柱,所述第一转动柱的一侧表面固定连接有分货板,所述传送带本体的数量为两个,两个所述传送带本体的顶部传送带上均放置有包装箱,两个所述包装箱分别位于两个第二出货斗底端的正下方,所述第一转动柱的一端贯穿分料管和第一机箱的一侧板且固定套接有第一齿轮,所述第一机箱的底板顶面固定安装有固定块,所述固定块上安装有第二电机,所述第二电机的输出端固定套接有第二齿轮,所述第二齿轮与第一齿轮啮合连接。
优选的,所述第二机箱、自动包装机本体、两个传送带本体和第二支撑柱的底面固定连接有第一底座,所述第一底座顶面固定连接有翻斗提升机。
优选的,所述翻斗提升机的顶部固定套接有第二固定件,所述第二固定件的底面固定连接第二支撑柱的顶面。
优选的,所述推块与第三支撑柱之间固定安装有弹簧,所述弹簧套接在推动柱外表面。
优选的,所述转台的顶部表面放置有四个收集桶,所述收集桶的底部安装有防滑垫所述连接管的底端位于其中一个收集桶的正上方。
优选的,所述第三转动柱的外表面等距安装有多个轮齿,所述第二机箱的底板顶面固定安装有第三电机,所述第三电机的输出端固定套接有第三齿轮,所述第三齿轮与轮齿啮合连接。
优选的,所述分料管的内壁表面靠近第一转动柱的底端固定连接有阻挡块,所述分料管的一侧内壁表面顶部固定安装有红外线传感器。
优选的,所述自动包装机本体的顶部安装有进料斗和第一支撑柱,所述进料斗和第一支撑柱的顶端表面固定连接筛选箱的底端表面。
优选的,所述自动包装机本体的底部安装有第一出货斗,所述第一出货斗的底端表面固定连接在分料管的顶端表面。
优选的,所述自动包装机本体的靠近连接管的一侧表面固定连接有第一固定件,所述第一固定件固定套接在连接管的外表面。
有益效果
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明设置有分货机构,通过自动包装机本体加工包装好进入第一出货斗中,落入到分货板上然后分隔到其中一个第二出货斗中,在落入到底部的一个包装箱中,外接的单片机上安装有计数器,通过红外线传感器的数据计数,当包装箱中达到打大包装合适的数量时,控制第二电机转动,使得第二齿轮带动第一齿轮转动,从而使得分货板转动到另一边,使得下一个包装好的脆片进入到另一个第二出货斗中,然后控制底部装满包装箱的传送带本体移动,两个传送带本体上均等距放置有多个包装箱,便于提高生产效率,等另一个包装箱装满时,重复该步骤,实现了自动分货,节省人力,提高了生产效率,缩小了生产成本;
(2)本发明设置有筛选机构,通过向翻斗提升机的进料端添加需要包装的蔬菜脆片,蔬菜脆片通过翻斗提升机提升进入到筛选箱中落在螺旋筛选板的顶部表面,打开振动电机的电源开关,振动电机产生振动使得推动柱和推块对筛选箱的外壁表面撞击,使得螺旋筛选板上的蔬菜碎片更容易下落,避免卡住,提高生产包装效率,节约时间,经过螺旋筛选板的筛选,蔬菜脆片碎屑和小体积的将会落在螺旋滑板的顶面上,螺旋滑板的上下端均闭合,落在螺旋滑板上的碎屑到底部时进入倾斜管中,实现了碎屑收集和产品分隔,提高了产品质量;
(3)本发明设置有收集机构,碎屑通过连接管落入到底部的收集桶中,每一个收集桶的底部放置有电子秤且外接有单片机,电子秤监测收集桶的重量,便于了解收集桶的碎屑是否装满,当装满时,通过控制第一电机调整阻挡板转动至水平,阻挡碎屑继续下落,然后控制第三电机转动,使得第三齿轮带动轮齿转动,从而使得转台转动一定角度,使得连接管的底端换上空的收集桶,后控制第一电机打开阻挡板使得碎屑继续下落,实现了碎屑自动化收集,节省人力,非常实用。

请参阅图1-9,本发明提供的一种实施例:一种蔬菜脆片出品用包装设备,包括自动包装机本体1、筛选机构、收集机构和分货机构。
所述自动包装机本体1的底部安装有分货机构,所述自动包装机本体1的顶部安装有筛选机构,所述筛选机构的一侧安装有收集机构。
所述筛选机构包括筛选箱10、连接柱22、第二支撑柱13、螺旋筛选板23和螺旋滑板24,所述螺旋筛选板23和螺旋滑板24上固定贯穿安装有连接柱22,所述螺旋筛选板23和螺旋滑板24固定连接在筛选箱10的内壁表面,所述筛选箱10的一侧表面底端靠近螺旋滑板24的底端贯穿安装有倾斜管9,所述第二支撑柱13的一侧表面固定安装有支撑板38,所述支撑板38的顶面固定连接第三支撑柱40,所述第三支撑柱40上贯穿滑动安装有推动柱35,所述推动柱35的一端固定安装有第二底座45,所述第二底座45远离第三支撑柱40的一侧表面固定安装有振动电机39,所述推动柱35远离第三支撑柱40的一端固定连接有推块36,连接柱22提高结构稳定性。
所述收集机构包括收集斗11、第一电机3、转台5、收集桶4和第二机箱46,所述收集斗11的底板贯穿安装有连接管7,所述连接管7的一侧壁底端转动安装有第二转动柱33,所述第二转动柱33一侧表面固定连接有阻挡板34,所述连接管7的一侧壁外表面靠近第二转动柱33的位置固定安装有第一电机3,所述第一电机3的输出轴贯穿连接管7侧壁固定连接第二转动柱33的一端,所述第二机箱46的内部转动安装有第三转动柱44,所述第三转动柱44的顶端贯穿第二机箱46顶板,所述转台5的底面固定连接在第三转动柱44的顶端,所述倾斜管9的底端贯穿连接管7的一侧壁延伸至内部。
所述分货机构包括分料管16、第一机箱17、第一转动柱27、传送带本体21、第二出货斗19和第二电机30,所述分料管16的底端表面两侧固定安装有两个第二出货斗19,所述分料管16的一侧板外表面固定连接有第一机箱17,所述分料管16内壁水平转动安装有第一转动柱27,所述第一转动柱27的一侧表面固定连接有分货板25,所述传送带本体21的数量为两个,两个所述传送带本体21的顶部传送带上均放置有包装箱20,两个所述包装箱20分别位于两个第二出货斗19底端的正下方,所述第一转动柱27的一端贯穿分料管16和第一机箱17的一侧板且固定套接有第一齿轮29,所述第一机箱17的底板顶面固定安装有固定块32,所述固定块32上安装有第二电机30,所述第二电机30的输出端固定套接有第二齿轮31,所述第二齿轮31与第一齿轮29啮合连接。
具体的,所述第二机箱46、自动包装机本体1、两个传送带本体21和第二支撑柱13的底面固定连接有第一底座18,所述第一底座18顶面固定连接有翻斗提升机14,整体结构更稳定。
具体的,所述翻斗提升机14的顶部固定套接有第二固定件12,所述第二固定件12的底面固定连接第二支撑柱13的顶面,提高稳定性。
具体的,所述推块36与第三支撑柱40之间固定安装有弹簧37,所述弹簧37套接在推动柱35外表面,使得推块36紧贴在筛选箱10的表面,提高拍打效果,提升生产效率。
具体的,所述转台5的顶部表面放置有四个收集桶4,所述收集桶4的底部安装有防滑垫所述连接管7的底端位于其中一个收集桶4的正上方,便于收集碎屑。
具体的,所述第三转动柱44的外表面等距安装有多个轮齿41,所述第二机箱46的底板顶面固定安装有第三电机42,所述第三电机42的输出端固定套接有第三齿轮43,所述第三齿轮43与轮齿41啮合连接,为转台5转动提供动力。
具体的,所述分料管16的内壁表面靠近第一转动柱27的底端固定连接有阻挡块26,所述分料管16的一侧内壁表面顶部固定安装有红外线传感器28,当蔬菜脆片成品下落时被红外线传感器28感应到便于记录蔬菜脆片成品数量。
具体的,所述自动包装机本体1的顶部安装有进料斗6和第一支撑柱8,所述进料斗6和第一支撑柱8的顶端表面固定连接筛选箱10的底端表面。
具体的,所述自动包装机本体1的底部安装有第一出货斗15,所述第一出货斗15的底端表面固定连接在分料管16的顶端表面。
具体的,所述自动包装机本体1的靠近连接管7的一侧表面固定连接有第一固定件2,所述第一固定件2固定套接在连接管7的外表面,便于固定连接管7,提高稳定性。
工作原理:本申请中出现的电器元件在使用时均外接连通电源和控制器并外接有单片机,第二电机30和第三电机42为步进电机,在使用时,打开开翻斗提升机14的电源开关,通过向翻斗提升机14的进料端添加需要包装的蔬菜脆片,蔬菜脆片通过翻斗提升机14提升进入到筛选箱10中落在螺旋筛选板23的顶部表面,打开振动电机39的电源开关,振动电机39产生振动使得推动柱35和推块36对筛选箱10的外壁表面撞击,使得螺旋筛选板23上的蔬菜碎片更容易下落,避免卡住,提高生产包装效率,节约时间,经过螺旋筛选板23的筛选,蔬菜脆片碎屑和小体积的将会落在螺旋滑板24的顶面上,螺旋滑板24的上下端均闭合,落在螺旋滑板24上的碎屑到底部时进入倾斜管9中,体积偏大的蔬菜脆片落入到底部的进料斗6中,通过自动包装机本体1加工包装好进入第一出货斗15中,落入到分货板25上然后分隔到其中一个第二出货斗19中,在落入到底部的一个包装箱20中,外接的单片机上安装有计数器,通过红外线传感器28的数据计数,当包装箱20中达到打大包装合适的数量时,控制第二电机30转动,使得第二齿轮31带动第一齿轮29转动,从而使得分货板25转动到另一边,使得下一个包装好的脆片进入到另一个第二出货斗19中,然后控制底部装满包装箱20的传送带本体21移动,两个传送带本体21上均等距放置有多个包装箱20,便于提高生产效率,等另一个包装箱20装满时,重复该步骤,实现了自动分货,节省人力,提高了生产效率,缩小了生产成本。
在生产过程中,倾斜管9中的碎屑以及顶部可能溅落下来的碎屑通过收集斗11收集都进入到连接管7中,落入到底部的收集桶4中,每一个收集桶4的底部放置有电子秤且外接有单片机,电子秤监测收集桶4的重量,便于了解收集桶4的碎屑是否装满,当装满时,通过控制第一电机3调整阻挡板34转动至水平,阻挡碎屑继续下落,然后控制第三电机42转动,使得第三齿轮43带动轮齿41转动,从而使得转台5转动一定角度,使得连接管7的底端换上空的收集桶4,后控制第一电机3打开阻挡板34使得碎屑继续下落,实现了碎屑自动化收集,节省人力,非常实用。
涉及到电路和电子元器件和控制模块均为现有技术,本领域技术人员完全可以实现,无需赘言,本发明保护的内容也不涉及对于软件和方法的改进。

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种蔬菜脆片出品用包装设备,其特征在于:所述第二机箱(46)、自动包装机本体(1)、两个传送带本体(21)和第二支撑柱(13)的底面固定连接有第一底座(18),所述第一底座(18)顶面固定连接有翻斗提升机(14)。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种蔬菜脆片出品用包装设备,其特征在于:所述翻斗提升机(14)的顶部固定套接有第二固定件(12),所述第二固定件(12)的底面固定连接第二支撑柱(13)的顶面。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种蔬菜脆片出品用包装设备,其特征在于:所述推块(36)与第三支撑柱(40)之间固定安装有弹簧(37),所述弹簧(37)套接在推动柱(35)外表面。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种蔬菜脆片出品用包装设备,其特征在于:所述转台(5)的顶部表面放置有四个收集桶(4),所述收集桶(4)的底部安装有防滑垫所述连接管(7)的底端位于其中一个收集桶(4)的正上方。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种蔬菜脆片出品用包装设备,其特征在于:所述第三转动柱(44)的外表面等距安装有多个轮齿(41),所述第二机箱(46)的底板顶面固定安装有第三电机(42),所述第三电机(42)的输出端固定套接有第三齿轮(43),所述第三齿轮(43)与轮齿(41)啮合连接。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种蔬菜脆片出品用包装设备,其特征在于:所述分料管(16)的内壁表面靠近第一转动柱(27)的底端固定连接有阻挡块(26),所述分料管(16)的一侧内壁表面顶部固定安装有红外线传感器(28)。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种蔬菜脆片出品用包装设备,其特征在于:所述自动包装机本体(1)的顶部安装有进料斗(6)和第一支撑柱(8),所述进料斗(6)和第一支撑柱(8)的顶端表面固定连接筛选箱(10)的底端表面。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种蔬菜脆片出品用包装设备,其特征在于:所述自动包装机本体(1)的底部安装有第一出货斗(15),所述第一出货斗(15)的底端表面固定连接在分料管(16)的顶端表面。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种蔬菜脆片出品用包装设备,其特征在于:所述自动包装机本体(1)的靠近连接管(7)的一侧表面固定连接有第一固定件(2),所述第一固定件(2)固定套接在连接管(7)的外表面。
