本发明涉及一种抛光设备,具体是一种用于管道内壁的抛光装置,涉及自动化设备的技术领域。
背景技术
随着管道在人们日常生活中广泛应用,采取管道运输不仅安全性能更高,进而能够实现绿色运输,同时在对一些易燃易爆易挥发的物品在运输过程中,如何运输工具密闭性差,则可能导致产品发生爆炸,而大部分的管道都是放置在地底,进而避免了外界因素对其影响,提高了装置的运输效率。
在运输过程中,管道内壁的粗糙度会对运输速度产生较大的影响,因此需要对管道内壁进行抛光工作,但是现有的管道抛光机还存在一些问题,对一些较软或者较长的管道在进行抛光工作时,管道会因为自身重力的影响,进而在管道两端固定的情况下,管道的中部会下沉,进而导致与管道的两端形成一定的夹角,进而此时抛光装置在对管道进行抛光工作时,抛光装置会与管道发生一定的夹角,不仅会导致抛光装置的损坏,而且还会导致抛光装置对管道上同一个区域进行对此抛光,进而使得管壁变薄,进而影响管道在运输时的安全性。
因此,如何完成对管道内壁的抛光工作,是目前要解决的一个问题。
技术问题
提供一种用于管道内壁的抛光装置,以解决现有技术存在的上述问题。

一种用于管道内壁的抛光装置,包括:
工作台,与所述工作台固定连接的支撑架,对称安装在所述支撑架上的一组驱动装置,以及设置在所述驱动装置上的搬运设备和限位设备;
打磨机构,包括对称安装在所述工作台两侧的一组连接架,设置在所述连接架上的第一滑轨,以及设置在所述第一滑轨上的抛光组件;
夹紧机构,包括对称安装在所述连接架上的一组运输部,设置在所述运输部输出端的夹持板,以及设置在所述夹持板上的夹持组件;
顶升机构,包括设置在所述工作台上的升降装置,以及设置在所述升降装置输出端的顶升组件;
支撑机构,包括对称安装在所述工作台上的一组驱动设备,以及设置在所述驱动设备上的支撑组件。
在进一步的实施例中,所述抛光组件包括设置位于所述第一滑轨上、且与所述工作台固定连接的驱动部,设置在所述驱动部输出端的联轴器,安装在所述联轴器上的丝杆,以及套接在所述丝杆上、用于传动的传动部, 通过设置的驱动部,进而能够完成对抛光装置位置的调整,进而时的抛光装置能够完成对管道内壁的抛光工作,通过设置的驱动部,进而能够完成对抛光装置位置的调整,进而时的抛光装置能够完成对管道内壁的抛光工作。 
在进一步的实施例中,所述抛光组件还包括设置在所述传动部上的传动滑块,设置在所述传动滑块上的移动杆,以及设置在所述移动杆另一端的抛光装置,所述传动滑块位于所述第一滑轨上、且与所述第一滑轨滑动连接,实现对管道内壁的抛光工作,进而光滑的管道内壁能够提高产品的运输速度,提高物品的运输效率。
在进一步的实施例中,所述夹持组件包括对称安装在所述夹持板上的一组夹持电机和一组夹持滑轨,设置在所述夹持电机输出端的滑动板,对称安装在所述滑动板上的一组连接杆,套接在所述连接杆上的减震弹簧,套接在所述连接杆上、且与所述减震弹簧连接的传动件,设置在所述连接杆另一端的夹持装置,以及设置在所述连接杆与夹持装置的连接处、用于减少轴向作用力的水平轴承,所述水平轴承的内圈与连接杆连接,所述水平轴承的外圈设置在夹持装置上,所述夹持装置与传动件连接,在抛光装置对管道内壁进行抛光工作时,抛光装置会对夹持装置产生一定的挤压,进而长时间的挤压会导致装置的损坏,通过设置的减震弹簧,进而在夹持装置受到挤压时,传动件开始运动,进而运动的传动件能够挤压减震弹簧,进而收到挤压的减震弹簧发生形变,此时形变的减震弹簧产生与挤压力方向相反的弹力,此时达到减震的效果,进而达到保护夹持装置的目的,通过设置的水平轴承,能够减少连接杆与夹持装置的轴应力,进而避免了连接杆的损坏,从而使得装置能够达到减震的效果,保证了装置的安全。
在进一步的实施例中,所述夹持组件还包括设置在所述工作台上的两组夹持轨道,对称安装在所述夹持轨道上、与所述夹持轨道滑动连接、且设置在所述夹持板上的调节滑块,以及设置在所述滑动板上、且与所述夹持滑轨滑动连接的夹持滑块,通过夹持装置和限位设备的配合,完成对管道水平方向上的位置定位工作,进而保证了管道在进行抛光工作的过程中,管道不会发生水平方向上的位移。
在进一步的实施例中,所述顶升组件包括固定安装在所述升降装置上的驱动杆,对称安装在所述驱动杆两侧、与所述升降装置连接、用于导向的伸缩杆,以及设置在所述驱动杆和伸缩杆另一端的支撑块,通过设置的升降装置,进而运动的升降装置能够带动支撑块运动,进而不仅能够起到对管道的支撑作用,而且与支撑块能够相互配合,进而完成对管道的垂直方向上的位置限位工作,进而保证了管道在进行抛光工作的过程中,管道不会发生垂直方向上的位移。
在进一步的实施例中,所述支撑组件包括设置所述驱动设备输出端的连接板,安装在所述连接板上用于限位的限位装置,对称安装在所述连接板上的一组限位滑块,安装在所述工作台上的两组支撑滑轨,以及位于所述支撑滑轨上、且与所述支撑滑轨滑动连接的驱动滑块,所述驱动滑块为“工”字型,通过设置的与支撑滑轨卡接的“工”字型驱动滑块,进而能够保证装置在运输过程中驱动滑块不会与支撑滑轨发生分离,进而保证了装置的运输稳定,同时通过设置的限位装置,进而能够起到对管道中部的支撑作用,进而能够防止管道发生形变,进而使得抛光装置在进行抛光工作时,不会与管道之间形成较大的夹角,进而保证了抛光装置安装安全的提升,还能够避免管道被损坏。
一种用于管道内壁的抛光装置的工作方法,包括:
S1:为了完成对管道内壁的抛光工作,进而搬运搬运设备开始工作,进而运动的搬运设备将放置在既定位置的管道夹持住,此时驱动装置开始工作,进而运动的驱动装置带动管道开始运动,进而能够将管道运动至指定位置,进而完成管道的搬运工作;
S2:当管道位于指定位置后,此时控制系统控制驱动设备开始工作,进而运动的驱动设备能够带动连接板开始工作,此时连接板上的驱动滑块为“工”字型,并且与支撑滑轨卡接,进而当连接板开始运动时,从而运动的连接板能够在支撑滑轨上开始滑动,进而能够调整连接板在支撑滑轨上的位置,进而此时能够调整连接板上驱动设备的位置,进而运动的驱动设备能够套在管道的外表面,此时搬运装置将管道松开,使管道位于限位设备上;
S3:当驱动设备套接在管道上后,此时运输部开始工作,进而运动的运输部带动夹持板开始工作,进而运动的夹持板在调节滑块的配合下能够在夹持滑轨上开始运动,进而运动的夹持板能够调整其本身在夹持滑轨上的位置,进而能够调整夹持装置的位置,直至夹持装置位于指定区域;
S4:当夹持装置位于指定区域后,此时夹持电机开始工作,进而运动的夹持电机开始工作,进而运动的夹持电机能够带动滑动板开始工作,进而运动的滑动板在夹持滑块的配合下,能够调整滑动板在夹持滑轨上的位置,进而带动滑动板上的夹持装置开始运动,直至夹持装置与管道的外表面相互接触,进而完成对管道水平方向的支撑工作,同时在夹持装置运动的同时限位设备也在运动,进而当夹持装置完成工作时,此时限位设备运动至管道的中段,进而通过夹持装置和限位设备的配合,完成对管道水平方向上的位置定位工作;
S5:当管道位于指定位置后,此时升降装置开始工作,进而运动的升降装置能够带动驱动杆开始工作,进而运动的驱动杆能够带动支撑块开始运动,此时运动的支撑块能够带动伸缩杆开始运动,进而直至支撑块与管道相接触,进而当支撑块与管道相互接触后,此时驱动设备开始工作,进而运动的驱动设备能够带动限位设备开始工作,进而运动的限位设备能够运动至管道上方,此时操作系统控制限位设备开始工作,进而运动的限位设备能够运动至管道上,通过限位设备和支撑块的配合,进而完成对管道的垂直方向上的位置限位工作;
S6:当完成对管道的限位工作后,此时驱动部开始工作,进而运动的驱动部能够带动丝杆开始工作,进而运动的丝杆能够带动传动部开始工作,此时运动的传动部能够带动传动滑块开始工作,进而运动的传动滑块能够调整其在第一滑轨上的位置,进而完成对传动滑块的位置调整工作;
S7:当完成对传动滑块的位置调整工作后,此时运动的传动滑块能够带动移动杆开始工作,进而运动的移动杆能够调整其在水平方向上的位置,进而运动的移动杆能够带动抛光装置开始运动,进而运动的抛光装置能够完成对管道内壁的抛光工作,当抛光装置完成对管道内壁某一区域内的抛光工作后,此时驱动部再次调整抛光装置在管道中的位置,进而完成对管道内壁的全面抛光工作;
S8:当装置完成对管道内壁的抛光工作后,此时驱动部开始反向工作,进而使抛光装置能够位于初始位置,此时夹持电机、限位设备和运输部反向工作,进而使夹持装置、支撑块和限位装置与管道脱离,完成整个抛光工作。
有益效果
本发明公开了一种用于管道内壁的抛光装置,为了完成对一些较软或者较长的管道进行抛光工作,通过限位设备和支撑块的配合,进而完成对管道的垂直方向上的位置限位工作,同时当夹持装置完成工作时,此时限位设备运动至管道的中段,进而通过夹持装置和限位设备的配合,完成对管道水平方向上的位置定位工作,进而完成对管道位置的限定,通过设置的限位装置,进而能够防止管道发生形变,进而使得抛光装置在进行抛光工作时,不会与管道之间形成较大的夹角,进而保证了抛光装置安装安全的提升,还能够避免管道被损坏。

经过申请人的研究分析,出现这一问题(抛光装置会与管道发生一定的夹角,不仅会导致抛光装置的损坏,而且还会导致抛光装置对管道上同一个区域进行对此抛光,进而使得管壁变薄,进而影响管道在运输时的安全性)的原因在于,对一些较软或者较长的管道在进行抛光工作时,管道会因为自身重力的影响,进而在管道两端固定的情况下,管道的中部会下沉,进而导致与管道的两端形成一定的夹角,进而此时抛光装置在对管道进行抛光工作时,会导致抛光装置的损坏,本发明为了完成对一些较软或者较长的管道进行抛光工作,通过限位设备和支撑块的配合,进而完成对管道的垂直方向上的位置限位工作,同时当夹持装置完成工作时,此时限位设备运动至管道的中段,进而通过夹持装置和限位设备的配合,完成对管道水平方向上的位置定位工作,进而完成对管道位置的限定,通过设置的限位装置,进而能够防止管道发生形变,进而使得抛光装置在进行抛光工作时,不会与管道之间形成较大的夹角,进而保证了抛光装置安装安全的提升,还能够避免管道被损坏。

所述夹持组件3还包括设置在所述工作台1上的两组夹持轨道313,对称安装在所述夹持轨道313上、与所述夹持轨道313滑动连接、且设置在所述夹持板308上的调节滑块312,以及设置在所述滑动板302上、且与所述夹持滑轨303滑动连接的夹持滑块304,当驱动设备503套接在管道上后,此时运输部311开始工作,进而运动的运输部311带动夹持板308开始工作,进而运动的夹持板308在调节滑块312的配合下能够在夹持滑轨303上开始运动,进而运动的夹持板308能够调整其本身在夹持滑轨303上的位置,进而能够调整夹持装置309的位置,直至夹持装置309位于指定区域,通过夹持装置309和限位设备9的配合,完成对管道水平方向上的位置定位工作,进而保证了管道在进行抛光工作的过程中,管道不会发生水平方向上的位移。
所述顶升组件4包括固定安装在所述升降装置401上的驱动杆402,对称安装在所述驱动杆402两侧、与所述升降装置401连接、用于导向的伸缩杆404,以及设置在所述驱动杆402和伸缩杆404另一端的支撑块403,当管道位于指定位置后,此时升降装置401开始工作,进而运动的升降装置401能够带动驱动杆402开始工作,进而运动的驱动杆402能够带动支撑块403开始运动,此时运动的支撑块403能够带动伸缩杆404开始运动,进而直至支撑块403与管道相接触,进而当支撑块403与管道相互接触后,此时驱动设备503开始工作,进而运动的驱动设备503能够带动限位设备9开始工作,进而运动的限位设备9能够运动至管道上方,此时操作系统控制限位设备9开始工作,进而运动的限位设备9能够运动至管道上,通过限位设备9和支撑块403的配合,进而完成对管道的垂直方向上的位置限位工作,通过设置的升降装置401,进而运动的升降装置401能够带动支撑块403运动,进而不仅能够起到对管道的支撑作用,而且与支撑块403能够相互配合,进而完成对管道的垂直方向上的位置限位工作,进而保证了管道在进行抛光工作的过程中,管道不会发生垂直方向上的位移。
所述支撑组件5包括设置所述驱动设备503输出端的连接板504,安装在所述连接板504上用于限位的限位装置505,对称安装在所述连接板504上的一组,安装在所述工作台1上的两组支撑滑轨501,以及位于所述支撑滑轨501上、且与所述支撑滑轨501滑动连接的驱动滑块502,所述驱动滑块502为“工”字型,当管道位于指定位置后,此时控制系统控制驱动设备503开始工作,进而运动的驱动设备503能够带动连接板504开始工作,此时连接板504上的驱动滑块502为“工”字型,并且与支撑滑轨501卡接,进而当连接板504开始运动时,从而运动的连接板504能够在支撑滑轨501上开始滑动,进而能够调整连接板504在支撑滑轨501上的位置,进而此时能够调整连接板504上驱动设备503的位置,进而运动的驱动设备503能够套在管道的外表面,此时搬运装置将管道松开,使管道位于限位设备9上,通过设置的与支撑滑轨501卡接的“工”字型驱动滑块502,进而能够保证装置在运输过程中驱动滑块502不会与支撑滑轨501发生分离,进而保证了装置的运输稳定,同时通过设置的限位装置505,进而能够起到对管道中部的支撑作用,进而能够防止管道发生形变,进而使得抛光装置208在进行抛光工作时,不会与管道之间形成较大的夹角,进而保证了抛光装置208安装安全的提升,还能够避免管道被损坏。
工作原理说明:为了完成对管道内壁的抛光工作,进而搬运搬运设备7开始工作,进而运动的搬运设备7将放置在既定位置的管道夹持住,此时驱动装置8开始工作,进而运动的驱动装置8带动管道开始运动,进而能够将管道运动至指定位置,进而完成管道的搬运工作;当管道位于指定位置后,此时控制系统控制驱动设备503开始工作,进而运动的驱动设备503能够带动连接板504开始工作,此时连接板504上的驱动滑块502为“工”字型,并且与支撑滑轨501卡接,进而当连接板504开始运动时,从而运动的连接板504能够在支撑滑轨501上开始滑动,进而能够调整连接板504在支撑滑轨501上的位置,进而此时能够调整连接板504上驱动设备503的位置,进而运动的驱动设备503能够套在管道的外表面,此时搬运装置将管道松开,使管道位于限位设备9上;当驱动设备503套接在管道上后,此时运输部311开始工作,进而运动的运输部311带动夹持板308开始工作,进而运动的夹持板308在调节滑块312的配合下能够在夹持滑轨303上开始运动,进而运动的夹持板308能够调整其本身在夹持滑轨303上的位置,进而能够调整夹持装置309的位置,直至夹持装置309位于指定区域;当夹持装置309位于指定区域后,此时夹持电机301开始工作,进而运动的夹持电机301开始工作,进而运动的夹持电机301能够带动滑动板302开始工作,进而运动的滑动板302在夹持滑块304的配合下,能够调整滑动板302在夹持滑轨303上的位置,进而带动滑动板302上的夹持装置309开始运动,直至夹持装置309与管道的外表面相互接触,进而完成对管道水平方向的支撑工作,同时在夹持装置309运动的同时限位设备9也在运动,进而当夹持装置309完成工作时,此时限位设备9运动至管道的中段,进而通过夹持装置309和限位设备9的配合,完成对管道水平方向上的位置定位工作;当管道位于指定位置后,此时升降装置401开始工作,进而运动的升降装置401能够带动驱动杆402开始工作,进而运动的驱动杆402能够带动支撑块403开始运动,此时运动的支撑块403能够带动伸缩杆404开始运动,进而直至支撑块403与管道相接触,进而当支撑块403与管道相互接触后,此时驱动设备503开始工作,进而运动的驱动设备503能够带动限位设备9开始工作,进而运动的限位设备9能够运动至管道上方,此时操作系统控制限位设备9开始工作,进而运动的限位设备9能够运动至管道上,通过限位设备9和支撑块403的配合,进而完成对管道的垂直方向上的位置限位工作;当完成对管道的限位工作后,此时驱动部201开始工作,进而运动的驱动部201能够带动丝杆204开始工作,进而运动的丝杆204能够带动传动部205开始工作,此时运动的传动部205能够带动传动滑块206开始工作,进而运动的传动滑块206能够调整其在第一滑轨202上的位置,进而完成对传动滑块206的位置调整工作;当完成对传动滑块206的位置调整工作后,此时运动的传动滑块206能够带动移动杆207开始工作,进而运动的移动杆207能够调整其在水平方向上的位置,进而运动的移动杆207能够带动抛光装置208开始运动,进而运动的抛光装置208能够完成对管道内壁的抛光工作,当抛光装置208完成对管道内壁某一区域内的抛光工作后,此时驱动部201再次调整抛光装置208在管道中的位置,进而完成对管道内壁的全面抛光工作;当装置完成对管道内壁的抛光工作后,此时驱动部201开始反向工作,进而使抛光装置208能够位于初始位置,此时夹持电机301、限位设备9和运输部311反向工作,进而使夹持装置309、支撑块403和限位装置505与管道脱离,完成整个抛光工作。
以上结合附图详细描述了本发明的优选实施方式,但是,本发明并不限于上述实施方式中的具体细节,在本发明的技术构思范围内,可以对本发明的技术方案进行多种等同变换,这些等同变换均属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种用于管道内壁的抛光装置,其特征是,包括:
    工作台,与所述工作台固定连接的支撑架,对称安装在所述支撑架上的一组驱动装置,以及设置在所述驱动装置上的搬运设备和限位设备;
    打磨机构,包括对称安装在所述工作台两侧的一组连接架,设置在所述连接架上的第一滑轨,以及设置在所述第一滑轨上的抛光组件;
    夹紧机构,包括对称安装在所述连接架上的一组运输部,设置在所述运输部输出端的夹持板,以及设置在所述夹持板上的夹持组件;
    顶升机构,包括设置在所述工作台上的升降装置,以及设置在所述升降装置输出端的顶升组件;
    支撑机构,包括对称安装在所述工作台上的一组驱动设备,以及设置在所述驱动设备上的支撑组件。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于管道内壁的抛光装置,其特征是:所述抛光组件包括设置位于所述第一滑轨上、且与所述工作台固定连接的驱动部,设置在所述驱动部输出端的联轴器,安装在所述联轴器上的丝杆,以及套接在所述丝杆上、用于传动的传动部。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种用于管道内壁的抛光装置,其特征是:所述抛光组件还包括设置在所述传动部上的传动滑块,设置在所述传动滑块上的移动杆,以及设置在所述移动杆另一端的抛光装置,所述传动滑块位于所述第一滑轨上、且与所述第一滑轨滑动连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于管道内壁的抛光装置,其特征是:所述夹持组件包括对称安装在所述夹持板上的一组夹持电机和一组夹持滑轨,设置在所述夹持电机输出端的滑动板,对称安装在所述滑动板上的一组连接杆,套接在所述连接杆上的减震弹簧,套接在所述连接杆上、且与所述减震弹簧连接的传动件,设置在所述连接杆另一端的夹持装置,以及设置在所述连接杆与夹持装置的连接处、用于减少轴向作用力的水平轴承,所述水平轴承的内圈与连接杆连接,所述水平轴承的外圈设置在夹持装置上,所述夹持装置与传动件连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种用于管道内壁的抛光装置,其特征是:所述夹持组件还包括设置在所述工作台上的两组夹持轨道,对称安装在所述夹持轨道上、与所述夹持轨道滑动连接、且设置在所述夹持板上的调节滑块,以及设置在所述滑动板上、且与所述夹持滑轨滑动连接的夹持滑块。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于管道内壁的抛光装置,其特征是:所述顶升组件包括固定安装在所述升降装置上的驱动杆,对称安装在所述驱动杆两侧、与所述升降装置连接、用于导向的伸缩杆,以及设置在所述驱动杆和伸缩杆另一端的支撑块。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于管道内壁的抛光装置,其特征是:所述支撑组件包括设置所述驱动设备输出端的连接板,安装在所述连接板上用于限位的限位装置,对称安装在所述连接板上的一组限位滑块,安装在所述工作台上的两组支撑滑轨,以及位于所述支撑滑轨上、且与所述支撑滑轨滑动连接的驱动滑块,所述驱动滑块为“工”字型。
  8. 一种用于管道内壁的抛光装置的工作方法,其特征是,包括:
    S1:为了完成对管道内壁的抛光工作,进而搬运搬运设备开始工作,进而运动的搬运设备将放置在既定位置的管道夹持住,此时驱动装置开始工作,进而运动的驱动装置带动管道开始运动,进而能够将管道运动至指定位置,进而完成管道的搬运工作;
    S2:当管道位于指定位置后,此时控制系统控制驱动设备开始工作,进而运动的驱动设备能够带动连接板开始工作,此时连接板上的驱动滑块为“工”字型,并且与支撑滑轨卡接,进而当连接板开始运动时,从而运动的连接板能够在支撑滑轨上开始滑动,进而能够调整连接板在支撑滑轨上的位置,进而此时能够调整连接板上驱动设备的位置,进而运动的驱动设备能够套在管道的外表面,此时搬运装置将管道松开,使管道位于限位设备上;
    S3:当驱动设备套接在管道上后,此时运输部开始工作,进而运动的运输部带动夹持板开始工作,进而运动的夹持板在调节滑块的配合下能够在夹持滑轨上开始运动,进而运动的夹持板能够调整其本身在夹持滑轨上的位置,进而能够调整夹持装置的位置,直至夹持装置位于指定区域;
    S4:当夹持装置位于指定区域后,此时夹持电机开始工作,进而运动的夹持电机开始工作,进而运动的夹持电机能够带动滑动板开始工作,进而运动的滑动板在夹持滑块的配合下,能够调整滑动板在夹持滑轨上的位置,进而带动滑动板上的夹持装置开始运动,直至夹持装置与管道的外表面相互接触,进而完成对管道水平方向的支撑工作,同时在夹持装置运动的同时限位设备也在运动,进而当夹持装置完成工作时,此时限位设备运动至管道的中段,进而通过夹持装置和限位设备的配合,完成对管道水平方向上的位置定位工作;
    S5:当管道位于指定位置后,此时升降装置开始工作,进而运动的升降装置能够带动驱动杆开始工作,进而运动的驱动杆能够带动支撑块开始运动,此时运动的支撑块能够带动伸缩杆开始运动,进而直至支撑块与管道相接触,进而当支撑块与管道相互接触后,此时驱动设备开始工作,进而运动的驱动设备能够带动限位设备开始工作,进而运动的限位设备能够运动至管道上方,此时操作系统控制限位设备开始工作,进而运动的限位设备能够运动至管道上,通过限位设备和支撑块的配合,进而完成对管道的垂直方向上的位置限位工作;
    S6:当完成对管道的限位工作后,此时驱动部开始工作,进而运动的驱动部能够带动丝杆开始工作,进而运动的丝杆能够带动传动部开始工作,此时运动的传动部能够带动传动滑块开始工作,进而运动的传动滑块能够调整其在第一滑轨上的位置,进而完成对传动滑块的位置调整工作;
    S7:当完成对传动滑块的位置调整工作后,此时运动的传动滑块能够带动移动杆开始工作,进而运动的移动杆能够调整其在水平方向上的位置,进而运动的移动杆能够带动抛光装置开始运动,进而运动的抛光装置能够完成对管道内壁的抛光工作,当抛光装置完成对管道内壁某一区域内的抛光工作后,此时驱动部再次调整抛光装置在管道中的位置,进而完成对管道内壁的全面抛光工作;
    S8:当装置完成对管道内壁的抛光工作后,此时驱动部开始反向工作,进而使抛光装置能够位于初始位置,此时夹持电机、限位设备和运输部反向工作,进而使夹持装置、支撑块和限位装置与管道脱离,完成整个抛光工作。
