又如图2所示,其中该框体(1)的该第一滑槽(12)相对该第二导引凸部(44)上升或下滑的侧壁位置处向内凹设一沟槽(121),如图2中虚线所示,藉由该沟槽(121)的设置,使该第二导引凸部(44)的部份轮体能限位于其中,进而增加第二活动扇(3)在该第二滑槽(13)中滑移的稳定度,且无偏移或滑出该第二滑槽(13)之虞;再如图4所示,该第三滑槽(14)中设有一滑块(141),且该滑块(141)上设有一连杆(142),而该连杆(142)的一端则与该第二活动扇(3)相连接,因此,藉由前述的结构设置,使该第二活动扇(3)的顶部被拨开至一较大的倾斜开度时无掉落之虞。
请参阅图5及图6所示,其中该框体(1)的内缘相对该第一活动扇(2)及该第二活动扇(3)的侧面环设有一第一延伸部(15),而该第一延伸部(15)上设有一第一密封件(16),且该框体(1)的内缘距该第一密封件(16)一距离处设有复数个第一顶推件(17),而该第一顶推件(17)上设有一斜面(171),而令该第一活动扇(2)及/或该第二活动扇(3)触及至该第一顶推件(17)时,即能顺着该斜面(171)的导引,而将该第一活动扇(2)及/或该第二活动扇(3)推向该第一密封件(16),使该第一活动扇(2)及/或该第二活动扇(3)能紧密贴合在该第一密封件(16)上,令该第一活动扇(2)及该第二活动扇(3)与该框体(1)间具有极佳的水、气密及隔音效果;再参阅图5及图6所示,该框体(1)实施在门型上时,该框体(1)上更包括一外环框料(100),且该框体(1)及该外环框料(100)设有至少一第三密封条(101),令本实施例可不因该外环框料(100)的设置, 而有降低水、气密及隔音的问题。
再如图7及图8所示,其中该第二活动扇(3)的该顶部面(31)设有至少一定位装置(5),而该定位装置(5)至少具有一底座(51)及一定位件(52),其中该底座(51)设在该第二活动扇(3)的该顶部面(31)近该框体(1)的该第二滑槽(13)处,且该底座(51)的顶部面上设有一滑轨(511),而该定位件(52)则设在该滑轨(511)中并能在其上滑移作动,且该定位件(52)上设有一容纳槽(521),而该底座(51)相对该容纳槽(521)的位置处凸设出一第一挡止部(512)及一第二挡止部(513),其中该第一挡止部(512)与该容纳槽(521)的槽壁间设有一弹性件(522),而该第二挡止部(513)则供与该容纳槽(521)的另一槽壁形成抵掣,又该定位件(52)近该框体(1)侧边的一端形成一定位部(523),而该定位件(52)的另一端则设具成一固定杆(524),且该固定杆(524)上设有一卡固孔(525),而该底座(51)相对该卡固孔(525)处则设有一卡扣凸部(514);藉由前述的结构,令该第二活动扇(3)的顶部倾斜成较小开度时,能向上拨动该固定杆(524),使该卡扣凸部(514)脱出该卡固孔(525)外部,令该定位部(523)在弹性件(522)的弹力作用下而抵掣在该框体(1)的该第二滑槽(13)上;使该定位部(523)恰能与该框体(1)的该第二滑槽(13)之槽口形成卡掣。
再如图1、图2、图7至图10所示,其中该第一活动扇(2)朝该第二活动扇(3)的侧面设有一第二延伸部(22),而该第二延伸部(22)与该第二活动扇(3)间设有一第二密封件(23),又该第二活动扇(3)的顶部面(31)更设有至少一迫紧装置(6),而该迫紧装置(6)至少具有一作动杆(61)、一引手(62)及一连接在该作动杆(61)与该引手(62)之间的连动杆(63),在本实施例中,该引手(62)是设于该第二活动扇(3)之顶部面(31)内,而该连动杆(63)为一L形结构;因此,藉由前述的结构,令于该第二活动扇(3)之顶部面(31)内侧并拨动该引手(62)时,该作动杆(61)即能在该第二活动扇(3)的顶部面(31)上做伸出及内缩的作动,更甚者,该框体(1)的内缘近该作动杆(61)一端的位置处则设有一具有弹性的第二顶推件(18),如图10所示,而当该作动杆(61)一端触及并抵掣在该第二顶推件(18)上时,该第二顶推件(18)即能推移该作动杆(61),如图10中之假想线所示,而使该第二活动扇(3)朝该第一活动扇(2)的该第二延伸部(22)方向移动,使第二密封件(23)能更加贴合在第二活动扇(3)及该第一活动扇(2)的该第二延伸部(22)上,进而能增加该第一活动扇(2)与第二活动扇(3)间的水、气密效果;又在本实施例中,该第一密封材(16)及该第二密封材(23)均为一橡胶条,但不以前述为限,凡举可达到隔音及水气密的对象,皆为本实施例的应用范畴。
又如图1及图2所示,其中该框体(1)的其中一侧面设有一纱网(7)及/或防暴网(9),而使本 实施例具有防止外部的蚊虫进入至室内及或防止外人入侵等功效外,亦可再参酌图11至图14所示,该纱网(7)及/或防暴网(9)可更设为一隐藏式纱窗(8),如折迭式纱窗(81)或滚动条式纱窗(82)等,令使用者可拉动该隐藏纱窗(8)来阻遮室外的光线及蚊虫进入至室内;而其中折迭式纱窗(81)至少具有一活动框(811)及一纱窗(812),而该纱窗(812)的两侧分别固设在该活动框(811)及该框体(1)的侧边上,抑或,该纱窗(812)的一端再设有一固定件(图中未示),以方便该端固设在该框体(1)的侧边上;另该滚动条式纱窗(82)至少具有一滚动条(821)、一纱网(822)及一活动框(823),其中该滚动条(821)是设在该框体(1)的侧边上,而该纱网(822)的两端则分别设在该滚动条(821)及该活动框(823)上,并藉由该活动框(823)的拉动能使该纱网(822)行展开及收纳在该滚动条(821)等作动;再者,该框体(1))在该隐藏式纱窗(8)的收纳处设有一凹入槽(102),而该凹入槽(102)系可将折迭式纱窗(81)或滚动条式纱窗(82)完全隐藏于其中。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳可行实施例,非因此局限本发明的专利范围,故举凡运用本发明说明书及图式内容所做的等效技术变化,均包含于本发明的保护范围内。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种平面式通风门窗结构,其特征在于,包括:一框体、一第一活动扇及一第二活动扇,其中该第一活动扇及/或该第二活动扇能在该框体之开口中上、下滑移,且该第一活动扇或该第二活动扇与该框体间设有一第一导引装置及一第二导引装置,而该第一导引装置及该第二导引装置能导引该第一活动扇或该第二活动扇变换滑动路径。
  2. 如权利要求第1项所述之平面式通风门窗结构,其特征在于:其中该第一导引装置至少具有一第一导引凸部及一第一导槽,而该第二导引装置则包含有一第二导引凸部及一第二导槽,其中该第一导引凸部及该第二导引凸部设于该第二活动扇,致该第二活动扇在下行时该第一导引凸部及该第二导引凸部能分别进入至该第一导槽与该第二导槽。
  3. 如权利要求第2项所述之平面式通风门窗结构,其特征在于:其中该第一导槽及该第二导槽均为一往下的沟槽。
  4. 如权利要求第1项所述之平面式通风门窗结构,其特征在于:其中该框体至少一侧边上设有一第一滑槽及一第二滑槽,而第一活动扇及该第二活动扇则分别滑移于该第一滑槽及该第二滑槽中。
  5. 如权利要求第4项所述之平面式通风门窗结构,其特征在于:其中该框体的该第一滑槽相对该第二导引凸部的侧壁位置处向内凹设一沟槽。
  6. 如权利要求第1项所述之平面式通风门窗结构,其特征在于:其更包括一连动装置,而该连动装置至少具有一轮体及一索体,且该索体挂设在该轮体上,其两端分别设在该第一活动扇及该第二活动扇上。
  7. 如权利要求第6项所述之平面式通风门窗结构,其特征在于:其中该轮体设在该框体的该 第一滑槽中。
  8. 如权利要求第6项所述之平面式通风门窗结构,其特征在于:其中该第一活动扇与该索体一端固设连接处设有一索体紧度调控器。
  9. 如权利要求第7项所述之平面式通风门窗结构,其特征在于:其中该索体紧度调控器至少具有一本体及一调整座,而该本体具有一凹入槽,该调整座容设于该凹入槽中,且该调整座设有一索体固结件及一调控螺杆,其中该索体固结件供该索体固结于其上,而该调控螺杆则穿设过该本体。
  10. 如权利要求第4项所述之平面式通风门窗结构,其特征在于:其中该框体的该第一滑槽及该第二滑槽之间设有一第三滑槽,而该第三滑槽中设有一滑块,且该滑块上设有一连杆,而该连杆的一端则与该第二活动扇相连接。
  11. 如权利要求第1项所述之平面式通风门窗结构,其特征在于:其中该框体的内缘相对该第一活动扇及该第二活动扇的其中一侧面环设有一第一延伸部,而该第一延伸部上设有一第一密封件,且该框体的内缘距该第一密封件一距离处设有复数个第一顶推件。
  12. 如权利要求第1项所述之平面式通风门窗结构,其特征在于:其中该第二活动扇上设有至少一定位装置,而该定位装置至少具有一底座及一定位件,其中该底座的顶部面上设有一滑轨,而该定位件则设在该滑轨中,且该定位件近该第二滑槽处的一端形成一定位部。
  13. 如权利要求第1项所述之平面式通风门窗结构,其特征在于:其中该第一活动扇朝该第二活动扇的侧面设有一第二延伸部,而该第二延伸部与该第二活动扇间设有一第二密封件。
  14. 如权利要求第1项所述之平面式通风门窗结构,其特征在于:其中该第二活动扇上更设有至少一迫紧装置,而该迫紧装置至少具有一作动杆、一引手及一连接在该作动杆与该引手之 间的连动杆,其中该引手设于该第二活动扇之顶部面内侧,而该框体的内缘近该作动杆一端的位置处则设有一具有弹性的第二顶推件。
