Abstract
Description
本発明の第1実施形態に係るマスク10及びマスク10の製造方法について説明する。
マスク10は、着用者の顔に装着され、少なくとも着用者の口を覆う衛生用具である。マスク10は、空気中に含まれる微小粒子が着用者の口等から取り込まれることを抑制する。マスク10の捕集対象の微小粒子には、例えば、ウイルス、細菌、花粉を含む。
マスク10の詳細を、図1~図3に加え、図4~図11を参照して更に説明する。図4~図7は、図2及び図3と同様に、未使用のマスク10を描画した図である。図4は、マスク10の平面図である。図5は、マスク10の底面図である。図6は、マスク10の左側面図である。図7は、マスク10の右側面図である。図8は、図2の正面図のマスク10において、耳掛け部材4を外側に開いた状態を示す図である。図9は、図4中の符号IXの二点鎖線の円により囲まれた部分の概略拡大図である。図10は、本発明の第1実施形態~第3実施形態に共通のマスク本体2の単体の正面図である。図11は、本発明の第1実施形態及び第2実施形態に共通のマスク10の耳掛け部材集合体4Cの正面図である。
マスク本体2は、詳細には、第3方向D3に複数のシートを重ね合わせて形成されている。例えば、本実施形態では、マスク本体2は、外側シート、中間シート及び内側シートが第3方向D3に積層されている3層構造のシートである(図示省略)。なお、シートの層数は例示に過ぎず、外側シートと内側シートとの間に、複数の中間シートが配置されてもよい。
中間部材6は、第1方向D1を短手方向とし第2方向D2を長手方向とする長方形形状のシート状の部材である(図2参照)。本実施形態では、未使用の状態のマスク10において、中間部材6の第2方向D2の長さと、マスク本体2の第2方向D2の長さとは一致する(図2参照)。
各耳掛け部材4は、少なくとも一部が中間部材6の第2接合部14と接合される基部42と、着用者Pの耳に掛けられる耳掛け部44と、を有する。基部42は、第2方向D2に沿って延びる略長方形状の部分である。図11を参照すると、本実施形態における基部42は、各耳掛け部材4の、二点鎖線より外側に配置される部分である。耳掛け部44の形状は、平面視において略C字形状又は略逆C状形状である。基部42に耳掛け部44が連接されて、耳掛け部材4は全体として、中央部に穴46を有する環状に形成されている。着用者Pは、基部42及び耳掛け部44に囲まれた穴46に耳を挿入することで、耳に耳掛け部44を引っ掛けることができる。正面視において、各耳掛け部材4の形状は、略D字形状又は略逆D字形状である。
次に、図12及び図13を参照して、マスク10の製造工程について説明する。図12は、マスク10の製造システム100を概略的に示す図である。図13は、マスク10の製造過程(マスク本体2、中間部材6及び耳掛け部材4を組み合わせる工程)を時系列に示した図である。
初めに、マスク本体2、中間部材6、耳掛け部材4の各々の製造工程について、図12を参照しながら概説する。
製造システム100は、マスク本体2、より具体的にはマスク本体シート2Sを製造するための装置として、主に、外側シート供給装置110aと、中間シート供給装置110bと、内側シート供給装置110cと、一体化装置112と、を備える。なお、ここでは、説明が煩雑になるのを避けるため、マスク本体2の製造に用いる、ノーズフィット部材をマスク本体2に差し込む装置や、マスク本体2にプリーツ2Cを形成する装置等については描画及び説明を省略する。
製造システム100は、中間部材6、より具体的には中間部材集合体6Aの製造のための装置として、主に、中間部材シート供給装置130と、切断装置132と、を備える。
製造システム100は、耳掛け部材4、より具体的には耳掛け部材集合体4Cの製造のための装置として、主に、耳掛け部材シート供給装置120と、打ち抜き装置122と、を備える。
次に、マスク本体2、中間部材6、耳掛け部材4を組み合わせて、最終的にマスク10を製造する工程について、図12及び図13を参照しながら説明する。
(4-1)
第1実施形態に係るマスク10は、マスク本体2と、中間部材6と、耳掛け部材4と、を備える。マスク本体2は、装着時に着用者Pに面する第1面2Aと、第1面2Aの裏側に配置される第2面2Bと、を有する。中間部材6は、第1方向D1においてマスク本体2の両端部に配置される。耳掛け部材4は、着用者Pの耳に掛けられる耳掛け部44を含む。耳掛け部材4は、マスク本体2に、中間部材6を介して連結される。
マスク10では、中間部材6は、マスク本体2と接合されている第1接合部12と、耳掛け部材4と接合されている第2接合部14と、を含む。第1方向D1におけるマスク本体2の両端部の各縁部2Fと、各縁部2Fに対向する中間部材6の第1接合部12との間の第1距離L1は、第1方向D1における第1接合部12と第2接合部14との間の第2距離L2よりも小さい。
未使用の状態のマスク10において(着用者Pに未使用のマスク10が提供される際には)、耳掛け部材4は、マスク本体2の第2面2B側に配置されている。耳掛け部材4は、第3面の一例としての第1面4Aと、第1面4Aの裏側に配置される第4面の一例としての第2面4Bと、を有する。耳掛け部材4の第1面4Aは、耳掛け部材4がマスク本体2の第2面2B側に配置されている状態で、マスク本体2の第2面2Bに面する。マスクの装着時には、耳掛け部材4はマスク本体2の第1面2A側に折り返され、耳掛け部材4の第2面4Bは着用者Pに面する。
未使用の状態のマスク10において、耳掛け部材4がマスク本体2の第2面2B側に配置されている状態で、耳掛け部材4の一部はマスク本体2と中間部材6との間に配置される。
マスク10では、中間部材6の第1方向D1の伸縮性は、マスク本体2の第1方向D1の伸縮性より大きく、かつ、耳掛け部材4の第1方向D1の伸縮性より大きいことが好ましい。
マスク10では、中間部材6の通気性は、マスク本体2の通気性及び耳掛け部材4の通気性と互いに異なることが好ましい。
第1実施形態に係るマスク10の製造方法は、マスク10を、マスク本体2、耳掛け部材4、及び中間部材6を組み合わせて製造する方法である。マスク10の製造方法は、マスク本体2、耳掛け部材4、及び中間部材6をそれぞれ搬送する工程を含む。マスク本体2の搬送方向、耳掛け部材4の搬送方向、及び中間部材6の搬送方向は、マスクの第1方向D1に沿う。
本発明の第2実施形態に係るマスク20及びマスク20の製造方法について、図14~図24を参照しながら説明する。図14は、着用者Pがマスク20を着用した状態を示す図である。図15~図20は、未使用のマスク20を描画した図であり、それぞれ、マスク20の正面図、背面図、平面図、底面図、左側面図及び右側面図である。図21は、図15のマスク20において、耳掛け部材4を外側に開いた状態を示す図である。図22は、図17中の符号XXIIの二点鎖線の円により囲まれた部分の概略拡大図である。図23は、マスク20の製造システム200を概略的に示す図である。図24は、マスク20の製造過程を時系列に示した図である。なお、これらの図面では、第1実施形態と同様の構成については、第1実施形態の図面と同一の参照符号を付して示している。
本発明の第3実施形態に係るマスク30及びマスク30の製造方法について、図25~図36を参照しながら説明する。図25は、着用者Pがマスク30を着用した状態を示す図である。図26~図31は、未使用のマスク30を描画した図であり、それぞれ、マスク30の正面図、背面図、平面図、底面図、左側面図及び右側面図である。図32は、図26のマスク30において、耳掛け部材4を外側に開いた状態を示す図である。図33は、図28中の符号XXXIIIの二点鎖線の円により囲まれた部分の概略拡大図である。図34は、マスク30の製造に用いられる耳掛け部材集合体4Dの正面図である。図35は、マスク20の製造システム300を概略的に示す図である。図36は、マスク30の製造過程を時系列に示した図である。なお、これらの図面では、第1実施形態と同様の構成については、第1実施形態の図面と同一の参照符号を付して示している。
以上、3つの実施形態を説明したが、各実施形態は、矛盾のない範囲で他の実施形態の構成と適宜組み合わされてもよい。
上記実施形態では、耳掛け部材4の耳掛け部44及び基部42は、同一材料で製造され、耳掛け部44及び基部42の第1方向D1の伸縮性は同一である。
上記実施形態では、未使用のマスク10,20,30において、耳掛け部材4は、マスク本体2の第2面2B側に配置されている。ただし、これに限定されるものではなく、未使用のマスクにおいて、耳掛け部材4は、例えば図8のようにマスク本体2に重ならないような位置に配置されてもよい。
上記実施形態では、マスク10,20,30はプリーツ型のマスクであるが、これに限定されるものではない。上記のマスク10,20,30の中間部材6を用いて、耳掛け部材4とマスク本体2とを連結する構造は、プリーツのない平型マスクや立体型マスクに適用されてもよい。
上記実施形態では、第2方向D2において、中間部材6はマスク本体2の全域にわたって設けられているが、これに限定されるものではなく、中間部材6は、第2方向D2においてマスク本体2の一部領域にだけ配置されてもよい。

- 装着時に着用者に面する第1面と、前記第1面の裏側に配置される第2面と、を有するマスク本体と、
第1方向において前記マスク本体の両端部に配置される中間部材と、
着用者の耳に掛けられる耳掛け部を含み、前記マスク本体に前記中間部材を介して連結される耳掛け部材と、
