在本发明创造的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“中心”、“纵向”、“横向”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”、“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明创造和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明创造的限制。此外,术语“第一”、“第二”等仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”等的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括一个或者更多个该特征。在本发明创造的描述中,除非另有说明,“多个”的含义是两个或两个以上。

实施例1
参见图1至图7,本发明提供一种饲料厂用拆袋装置,包括设置于地面上的下料板1,下料板1的下方设置有料池2,下料板1上方设置有机架3,机架3上设置有传送袋装粉状料的移动机构4,移动机构4工作的初始位置一侧依次设置有割袋机构5;
移动机构4包括移动料架401,沿移动料架401移动方向、移动料架401的两侧对称设置螺纹连接一根丝杆一402,丝杆一402的两端分别与机架3铰接;
移动料架401包括水平设置的托板403,托板403上均布漏孔404,托板403沿移动方向的两侧竖直向上设置挡板406;
割袋机构5设置于移动机构4上方,割袋机构5包括竖直向下设置的刀片505。
托板403上表面靠近割袋机构5的一端、对称设置有两根垂直于托板403 的挂杆4031,另一端对称设置有两根个垂直于托板403的丝杆二4032,丝杆二4032与托板403铰接;丝杆二4032上设置有滑块二4033,丝杆二4032贯穿滑块二4033滑块二4033朝向挂杆4031的一侧设置有固定夹4034,两个滑块二4033之间通过滑块二固定杆4035连接。
托板403下表面上设置有若干均匀分布的长条状凸起405,下料板1的上表面上设置有若干均匀分布的下料孔101,每两排下料孔101之间设置有一排凸台102;
料池2的底面为倾斜面。
还包括位于移动机构4两侧、依次设置的两组拍打机构6;
每组拍打机构6包括铲型的拍板601,拍板601的后端拍板旋转轴602转动连接,拍板601与拍板旋转轴602的连接处一侧设置有L型连接杆603;L型连接杆603一端与拍板旋转轴602滑动连接,另一端固定于一个圆柱台604上,圆柱台604上同时连接一个斜连杆605的一端,斜连杆605的另一端连接一个旋转连杆606的一端,旋转连杆606的另一端与一连杆旋转轴607铰接。
两侧挡板406分别向托板403外侧远离托板403的方向延伸出一个水平的支撑台407,丝杆一402位于支撑台407的正下方,每个丝杆一402均穿过两个滑块一408,滑块一408的上表面与支撑台407的下表面通过弹簧409弹性连接。
割袋机构5包括垂直于移动料架401移动方向设置的丝杆三501,丝杆三501的中间一段表面为光滑面502,丝杆三501两端的螺纹部分上各设置有一个滑块三503,丝杆三501的正上方设置有与丝杆三501等长的滑块三限位杆504;
滑块三503竖直设置,滑块三503一端与滑块三限位杆504滑动连接,另一端与丝杆三501螺纹连接,滑块三503的下表面上设置有平行于滑块三503运行方向的刀片505。
弹簧409环绕在一个定位杆上,定位杆贯穿支撑台407。
丝杆三501和滑块三限位杆504两端均设置于机架3上的一个固定块506上,丝杆三501与固定块506铰接,滑块三限位杆504与固定块506固定连接。
拍板旋转轴602两端固定于机架3上,连杆旋转轴607穿过一个固定台,固定台固定于机架3上。
斜连杆605中间为一条形杆6051,两端各设置有一个连接头6052,连接头上开设有连接孔,两端连接孔的轴向均与条形杆6051呈相同的锐角倾斜。
丝杆一402由电机一驱动;丝杆二4032由电机二驱动,电机二设置于丝杆二4032的下方;丝杆三501由电机三驱动;连杆旋转轴607由电机四驱动。
本发明使用时,将成袋的粉状料平放于移动料架401上,袋子的其中两个角挂在移动料架401的挂杆4031上,另外两个角扣在滑块二4033的固定夹4034上,初始状态时滑块二4033位于丝杆二4032的底部,袋子水平放置,电机一启动,滑块一408沿丝杆一402运动,带动移动料架401运动,托板403下表面上的长条状凸起405与下料板1上的凸台102间断的接触,移动料架401将产生竖直方向上的晃动;当运行到割袋机构5处时,电机三启动,两个滑块三503由丝杆三501的两端向中间移动,当移动到光滑面502处时,无法再前进,电机三反转,滑块三503由中间向两端移动,刀片505随之往复运动,在袋子向前移动时反复划开袋子,此时电机二启动,滑块二4033沿丝杆二4032由下向上移动,将袋子的两个角慢慢抬起,粉状料即从划开的袋子中流出,移动料架401继续前行,当移动到拍打机构6处时,电机四启动,连杆旋转轴607旋转,带动斜连杆605的一端旋转,斜连杆605的另一端在L型连接杆603的限制下上下移动,拍板也随之上下移动,对袋子进行拍打,将残留的粉状料拍打到料池2内,粉状料经料池2的倾斜面进入下一步工作流程;
粉状料完全流出后,可以将袋子从挂杆4031上拿下,电机一反转,移动料架401沿原路返回到工作初始位置。
实施例2
参见图1-8,在实施例1的基础上,与实施例1不同的是,割袋机构5还包括垂直于移动料架401移动方向的切割剪507;
切割剪507的两个刀刃509交错铰接,切割剪507的两个柄部一侧各铰接一个连接块512;刀刃509位于柄部下端;滑块三503固定连接限位块508,限位块508上竖直开设有滑槽511;
切割剪507位于两个限位块508之间,连接块512朝向限位块508的侧壁上设置有滑杆513,滑杆513与滑槽511滑动连接;
两个刀刃509后部铰接;两个滑块三503之间通过切割剪弹簧510连接。
本发明使用初始状态时,两个刀刃509是相互远离的,当料袋运行到割袋机构5处时,电机三启动,两个滑块三503由丝杆三501的两端向中间移动,限位块508也随之向中间移动,连接块512上的滑杆513在滑槽511内滑动, 两个刀刃509逐渐合拢,两边向中间压缩切割剪弹簧510,两个刀刃509剪开料袋,当两个滑块三503无法再前进时,电机三反转,滑块三503由中间向两端移动,限位块508也随之向两端移动,切割剪弹簧510回弹,两个刀刃509慢慢分开,滑块三503来回运动,则切割剪510在袋子向前移动时反复划开袋子。
剪刀式的切割机构可以更轻松的剪开软质的饲料袋,确保破袋过程的顺利无误。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种饲料厂用粉状料拆袋装置,其特征在于,包括设置于地面上的下料板(1),下料板(1)的下方设置有料池(2),下料板(1)上方设置有机架(3),机架(3)上设置有传送袋装粉状料的移动机构(4),移动机构(4)工作的初始位置一侧依次设置有割袋机构(5);
    所述移动机构(4)包括移动料架(401),沿移动料架(401)移动方向、移动料架(401)的两侧对称设置螺纹连接一根丝杆一(402),丝杆一(402)的两端分别与机架(3)铰接;
    所述移动料架(401)包括水平设置的托板(403),托板(403)上均布漏孔(404),托板(403)沿移动方向的两侧竖直向上设置挡板(406);
    所述割袋机构(5)设置于移动机构(4)上方,所述割袋机构(5)包括垂直于移动料架(401)移动方向设置的丝杆三(501),丝杆三(501)的中间一段表面为光滑面(502),丝杆三(501)两端的螺纹部分上各设置有一个滑块三(503),丝杆三(501)的正上方设置有与丝杆三(501)等长的滑块三限位杆(504);
    所述滑块三(503)竖直设置,滑块三(503)一端与滑块三限位杆(504)滑动连接,另一端与丝杆三(501)螺纹连接;
    所述割袋机构(5)还包括垂直于移动料架(401)移动方向的切割剪(507);
    所述切割剪(507)的两个刀刃(509)交错铰接,所述切割剪(507)的两个柄部一侧各铰接一个连接块(512);刀刃(509)位于柄部下端;滑块三(503)固定连接限位块(508),限位块(508)上竖直开设有滑槽(511);
    所述切割剪(507)位于两个所述限位块(508)之间,所述连接块(512)朝向所述限位块(508)的侧壁上设置有滑杆(513),滑杆(513)与滑槽(511)滑动连接;
    两个滑块三(503)之间通过切割剪弹簧(510)连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的饲料厂用粉状料拆袋装置,其特征在于,所述托板(403)上表面靠近割袋机构(5)的一端、对称设置有两根垂直于托板(403)的挂杆(4031),另一端对称设置有两根个垂直于托板(403)的丝杆二(4032),丝杆二(4032)与托板(403)铰接;丝杆二(4032)上设置有滑块二(4033), 丝杆二(4032)贯穿滑块二(4033)所述滑块二(4033)朝向挂杆(4031)的一侧设置有固定夹(4034),两个滑块二(4033)之间通过滑块二固定杆(4035)连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的饲料厂用粉状料拆袋装置,其特征在于,所述托板(403)下表面上设置有若干均匀分布的长条状凸起(405),所述下料板(1)的上表面上设置有若干均匀分布的下料孔(101),每两排下料孔(101)之间设置有一排凸台(102);
    所述料池(2)的底面为倾斜面。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的饲料厂用粉状料拆袋装置,其特征在于,还包括位于所述移动机构(4)两侧、依次设置的两组拍打机构(6);
    每组所述拍打机构(6)包括铲型的拍板(601),拍板(601)的后端拍板旋转轴(602)转动连接,拍板(601)与拍板旋转轴(602)的连接处一侧设置有L型连接杆(603);L型连接杆(603)一端与拍板旋转轴(602)滑动连接,另一端固定于一个圆柱台(604)上,圆柱台(604)上同时连接一个斜连杆(605)的一端,斜连杆(605)的另一端连接一个旋转连杆(606)的一端,旋转连杆(606)的另一端与一连杆旋转轴(607)铰接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的饲料厂用粉状料拆袋装置,其特征在于,两侧所述挡板(406)分别向托板(403)外侧远离托板(403)的方向延伸出一个水平的支撑台(407),所述丝杆一(402)位于支撑台(407)的正下方,每个丝杆一(402)均穿过两个滑块一(408),滑块一(408)的上表面与支撑台(407)的下表面通过弹簧(409)弹性连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的饲料厂用粉状料拆袋装置,其特征在于,所述弹簧(409)环绕在一个定位杆上,定位杆贯穿所述支撑台(407)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的饲料厂用粉状料拆袋装置,其特征在于,所述丝杆三(501)和滑块三限位杆(504)两端均设置于机架(3)上的一个固定块(506)上,丝杆三(501)与固定块(506)铰接,滑块三限位杆(504)与固定块(506)固定连接。
  8. 根据权利要求4-7所述的饲料厂用粉状料拆袋装置,其特征在于,所述拍板旋转轴(602)两端固定于机架(3)上,连杆旋转轴(607)穿过一个固定台,固定台固定于机架(3)上。
  9. 根据权利要求4-8所述的饲料厂用粉状料拆袋装置,其特征在于,所述斜连杆(605)中间为一条形杆(6051),两端各设置有一个连接头(6052),连接头上开设有连接孔,两端连接孔的轴向均与条形杆(6051)呈相同的锐角倾斜。
