Description

炒食机 技术领域
本发明涉及一种炒食机,尤其涉及一种可将食材均匀炒熟,并将炒熟食材至清洁炒食滚筒等作业完全自动化的炒食机。
背景技术
厨房的炒菜作业都是由专业厨师以人力进行各种菜肴制作,炒菜过程包括搅动、翻炒等手法,因此,要做出一顿丰富菜肴需花费相当多时间与心力,尤其在面对大量食用者时总有人力不足之感。
于是,本专利的发明人研发了中国台湾发明专利公告第I445512号的“自动炒食机”,其主要包含有一机台;一基座,对应枢设于机台上,该基座上组设有一动力源,该动力源的转轴对应与一盛装食材的炒食滚筒连接;一加热单元,对应组装设置在基座上,且对应位于炒食滚筒的下方;一翻转单元,对应枢设连接基座,以藉由动力输出带动基座翻转、回复动作;一盛装槽,对应设置在机台内可供盛装加热后经翻转而倾出的菜肴,该盛装槽可拉伸与收纳于机台;一清洁单元,其组装于机台上且对应翻转后的炒食滚筒,以经喷洗炒食滚筒;一沥干装置,于机台上设有一承槽,该承槽底端面分布设置有多个透孔,再于机台上位于承槽的下方架设一导漏斗,以将导出清洗后的厨余污水作干湿分离与排污水;一控制单元,对应架设于机台上,其设有一操作面板,用来控制自动炒食机的作动时间与加热单元温度的自动控制系统;藉此,即可让食材经由该自动炒食机的一 连串炒食动作,简便、快速加热菜肴,达到自动炒食、节省人力成本及工时等功效。
上述中国台湾发明专利公告第I445512号的“自动炒食机”,其放入炒食滚筒内的食材随着炒食滚筒的旋转,而于炒食滚筒内产生滚动翻炒动作;然而,由于炒食滚筒的旋转动作单一,当食材于炒食滚筒内滚动翻炒时,食材常会集中一处,尤其对具有黏性的肉类等食材,更会有纠缠在一起情况,导致食材无法由外而内充分受热,造成食材外部熟但内部却半生不熟状态。
现有自动炒食机的炒食滚筒在炒食滚筒内组装菜铲、铲刀、刮刀、壁挡、卷棒或叶片等炒菜辅助构件以提高炒菜功能,但该辅助构件与炒食滚筒由于并非一体成型的,以致造成其炒食滚筒结构设计复杂,且其辅助构件与炒食滚筒组合处会产生缝隙,不仅会造成卡菜情形,更会增加炒食滚筒清洗上的困难,而难以自动化清洗干净,故实务上仍须利用人工清洗相当费时费工,又由于该辅助构件与炒食滚筒采用分离设计,以致炒食时常会发生炒食滚筒内酱汁外漏,或结构组合处的橡圈,因高温老化导致机油外流或内渗入炒食滚筒内而造成食品安全上的风险。
上述中国台湾发明专利公告第I445512号的“自动炒食机”,当其炒食滚筒内的菜肴炒熟后,会让菜肴落入盛装槽内,再以人力将盛装槽抽拉而出,然此种以人力配合机器的操作方式,容易因为人为因素而影响机器正常运作,降低工作流程顺畅度与工作效率,且当所炒食菜肴分量较多重量较重时,以人力将盛装槽抽出动作相对需耗费较多力气,而对作业人员身体造成较大负担,长期下来容易导致作业人员身体疲劳损伤,另若作业 人员抽拉盛装槽不慎而使盛装槽掉落地面时,会有被盛装槽砸伤及被热烫的菜肴烫伤等危险。
于是,本发明人有鉴于现有炒食机于使用实施上仍有上述缺陷,本着精益求精的理念,并藉其多年于相关领域的制造设计经验的辅佐及经多方巧思,研发创造出本发明。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于:克服现有技术的炒食机的缺陷,提供一种可将食材均匀炒熟,并将炒熟食材至清洁炒食滚筒等作业完全自动化的炒食机。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提出下列技术方案:一种炒食机,其包括有:
至少一机台;
一炒食单元,设有一基座,使该基座与该机台相枢接,于该基座上装设有一旋转动力源,且使该旋转动力源的转轴与一炒食滚筒相组接;
一加热单元,组装于该基座上,且对应位置于该炒食滚筒的下方,而设有至少一加热源;
一翻转单元,组装于该机台上,设有至少一第一驱动源,并使该第一驱动源的出力轴与该基座枢设连接;
一导料单元,包含有一导料平台,并使该导料平台位于该炒食单元的基座下方,且于该导料平台中央处设有一导料斗,又使该导料平台二侧与该机台相组设;
一输出单元,包含有一托盘平台,并使该托盘平台位于该导料单元下方,又于该托盘平台上形成有前、后相对设立的一容器置放区间及一清洁料斗,另使该托盘平台二侧与该机台相对二侧内壁间各以一滑动单元相组设,而使该托盘平台与机台间形成滑动连接,又包含有至少一第二驱动源,使该第二驱动源组装于机台上,并使该第二驱动源的出力轴与托盘平台相连接;
一清洁单元,包含有一导料斗冲洗管路及一炒食滚筒冲洗管路,使该导料斗冲洗管路组设于该托盘平台后端处,并延伸至相对应于该清洁料斗的上方位置处,且使该导料斗冲洗管路的出水口朝向该导料斗,另使该炒食滚筒冲洗管路组设于该机台前端处,并延伸至相对应于该导料斗的上方位置处,且使该炒食滚筒冲洗管路的出水口朝向该炒食滚筒。
上述技术方案的进一步限定在于,该导料单元的导料斗使其内壁由上往下形成70~75度倾斜角度,并于该导料斗内壁涂布有一不沾黏涂层。
上述技术方案的进一步限定在于,该导料单元的导料平台二侧与该机台相对二侧内壁间各以一滑动单元相组设,而使该导料平台与机台间形成滑动连接。
上述技术方案的进一步限定在于,该炒食滚筒成型有一容槽,且使该炒食滚筒其容槽槽底呈一封闭端,另使该炒食滚筒相对该容槽的槽底另端形成该容槽的槽口,又使该炒食滚筒其容槽的槽口至槽底的距离形成该容槽的槽高,另于该炒食滚筒其容槽内设有一搅拌片,该搅拌片与该炒食滚筒一体成型,使该搅拌片与该炒食滚筒其容槽槽壁相邻一侧为其第一侧边,并使该第一侧边与该炒食滚筒其容槽一侧槽壁一体连接,且使该搅拌片其 第一侧边与炒食滚筒其容槽槽壁连接处形成有弧形导角,并使该搅拌片第一侧边长度不超过该炒食滚筒其容槽的槽高,又使该搅拌片其第一侧边的相对另侧为其第二侧边,并于该第二侧边一体成型有与该搅拌片呈夹角设立的一铲食片,另使该搅拌片与该炒食滚筒其容槽的槽底相邻一侧为其第三侧边,且使该第三侧边与该炒食滚筒其容槽的槽底一体连接,并使第三侧边的长度大于该容槽的槽底半径。
上述技术方案的进一步限定在于,该炒食机还包含有一第一感测器、一第二感测器、一第三感测器、一警报器及一主控制器,使该第一感测器、第二感测器、第三感测器、警报器及主控制器装设于该机台上,该第一感测器设置与该炒食单元相对应位置处,用以感测该炒食滚筒有无旋转,又该第二感测器设置在与该托盘平台及该托盘平台上的容器相对应位置处,用以感测该托盘平台上是否放置该容器,另该第三感测器装设于该主控制器上,用以感测该炒食单元其旋转动力源的电流负载,又使该主控制器内建有一自动炒食程式,使该第一感测器、第二感测器、第三感测器、警报器、炒食单元的旋转动力源、翻转单元的第一驱动源及输出单元的第二驱动源与该主控制器以有线或无线讯号连接。
上述技术方案的进一步限定在于,该炒食单元的基座于相对该炒食滚筒位置处组设有一遥控测温器,并使该遥控测温器与该炒食滚筒相隔一距离,以侦测该炒食滚筒的炒食温度,且使该遥控测温器与该加热源相连接,以由该遥控测温器调控该加热源的温度,另使该遥控测温器与该控制单元的主控制器以有线或无线讯号连接。
上述技术方案的进一步限定在于,该清洁单元的导料斗冲洗管路及炒食滚筒冲洗管路与一供水源相连接,并使该供水源与该控制单元的主控制器以有线或无线讯号连接。
上述技术方案的进一步限定在于,该炒食机还包含有一操作单元,使该操作单元与该控制单元的主控制器以有线或无线讯号连接。
上述技术方案的进一步限定在于,该炒食机包含有一机台,并使该机台位于该托盘平台下方处固接有一厨余排放通道,且使该厨余排放通道呈由上往下倾斜设立,另设有一厨余收集单元,使该厨余收集单元位于该厨余排放通道下方处,而该厨余收集单元形成有一厨余分离槽,并于该厨余分离槽内设有一干湿分离部件,另于该厨余收集单元底侧连接有至少一排水管,以与其厨余分离槽相通。
上述技术方案的进一步限定在于,该炒食机包含有若干该机台,并于该若干机台并联设立,又使该若干机台于其托盘平台下方处各固接有一厨余排放通道,且使该厨余排放通道呈由上往下倾斜设立,又于该若干厨余排放通道下方处共同设有一厨余收集单元,该厨余收集单元形成有一厨余分离槽,并于该厨余分离槽内设有一干湿分离部件,另于该厨余收集单元底侧连接有至少一排水管,以与其厨余分离槽相通。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有下列有益效果:当使用实施本发明炒食机时,利用炒食滚筒内的搅拌片设置,将食材均匀搅拌并充分炒熟,另于食材炒熟后藉由翻转单元让炒食滚筒内食材经由一导料斗落入输出单元的托盘平台上预设的容器内,随之,由输出单元的驱动源将托盘平台向机台外部抵推,以利于拿取容器内的菜肴,此时托盘平台后端组设的导料斗冲 洗管路被推移至前方导料斗下方,搭配炒食滚筒冲洗管路二者同时地分别对导料斗内壁与炒食滚筒内壁进行冲洗与清洗动作,随之,炒食滚筒槽口再回复到原先待机位置,据此,达到自动翻转锅具、自动翻炒食材、自动控温、自动炒熟食材、自动倾倒食材、自动菜肴推出、自动清洁炒食滚筒及导料斗和自动炒食滚筒归位等一贯化自动作业。

一炒食单元2,设有一基座21,并使该基座21与机台1相枢接,又于该基座21装设有一为马达的旋转动力源22,且使该旋转动力源22的转轴与一盛装食材的炒食滚筒23相组接,使该炒食滚筒23成型有 一容槽231,且使该炒食滚筒23其容槽231槽底呈一封闭端,另使该炒食滚筒23相对该容槽231的槽底另端形成该容槽231的槽口,又使该炒食滚筒23其容槽231的槽口至槽底的距离形成该容槽231的槽高,另于该炒食滚筒23其容槽231内设有一概呈L型的搅拌片24,该搅拌片24与该炒食滚筒23一体成型,使该搅拌片24与该炒食滚筒23其容槽231槽壁相邻一侧为其第一侧边,并使该第一侧边与该炒食滚筒23其容槽231一侧槽壁一体连接,且使该搅拌片24其第一侧边与炒食滚筒23其容槽231槽壁连接处形成有弧形导角,并使该搅拌片24第一侧边长度不超过该炒食滚筒23其容槽231的槽高,又使该搅拌片24其第一侧边的相对另侧为其第二侧边,并于该第二侧边一体成型有与该搅拌片24呈夹角设立的一铲食片241,另使该搅拌片24与该炒食滚筒23其容槽231的槽底相邻一侧为其第三侧边,且使该第三侧边与该炒食滚筒23其容槽231的槽底一体连接,并使第三侧边的长度略大于该容槽231的槽底半径;
一加热单元3,组装于该基座21上,且对应位置于该炒食滚筒23的下方,该加热单元3可为瓦斯炉、电炉或高周波炉等,使该加热单元3包含有至少一加热源31,该加热源31可为瓦斯炉、电炉或高周波炉等的炉头,又于该基座21于相对该炒食滚筒23位置处组设有一遥控测温器32,并使该遥控测温器32与该炒食滚筒23相隔一适当距离,以侦测该炒食滚筒23的炒食温度,并使该遥控测温器32与该加热源31相连接,调控该加热源31的温度,以适时调整控制加热源31的加热火力,令炒食滚筒23维持一适当炒食温度;
一翻转单元4,组装于该机台1上,设有至少一第一驱动源41,本发明于机台1两侧分别装设有一第一驱动源41,该第一驱动源41为动力缸,并使该第一驱动源41的出力轴411与该炒食单元2的基座21枢设连接,以让第一驱动源41经由其出力轴411带动该基座21进行前倾、回复动作;
一导料单元5,包含有一导料平台51,并使该导料平台51位于该炒食单元2的基座21下方,并于该导料平台51中央处设有一导料斗52,该导料斗52使其内壁由上往下形成70~75度倾斜角度设计,并于该导料斗52内壁涂布有一不沾黏涂层,又使该导料平台51二侧与该机台1相对二侧内壁间各以一滑动单元53相组设,而使该导料平台51与机台1间形成滑动连接,该二滑动单元53包含分别组接于该导料平台51二侧的U型滑轨531,以及组接于该机台1二侧内壁而与该二U型滑轨531位置相对应的数滑轨轮532,以使该数滑轨轮532与该导料平台51的U型滑轨531滑动组设;
一输出单元6,包含有一托盘平台61,并使该托盘平台61位于该导料单元5下方,又于该托盘平台61上形成有前、后相对设立的一容器置放区间62及一清洁料斗63,该容器置放区间62可为一凹槽或为一透孔等,另使该托盘平台61二侧与该机台1相对二侧内壁处各以一滑动单元相组设,以与该托盘平台61与机台1间形成滑动连接,又设有至少一为动力缸的第二驱动源64,使该第二驱动源64组接于该机台1上,并使该第二驱动源64的出力轴641与该托盘平台61相连接,另使该 机台1于托盘平台61下方固接有一厨余排放通道65,且使该厨余排放通道65呈由上往下倾斜设立;
一清洁单元7,包含有一导料斗冲洗管路71及一炒食滚筒冲洗管路72,并使该导料斗冲洗管路71及炒食滚筒冲洗管路72与一供水源73相连接,使该导料斗冲洗管路71组设于该托盘平台71后端处,并延伸至相对应于该清洁料斗63的上方位置,且使该导料斗冲洗管路71的出水口朝向该导料斗52,另使该炒食滚筒冲洗管路72组设于该机台1前端,并延伸至相对应于该导料斗52的上方位置,且使该炒食滚筒冲洗管路72的出水口朝向该炒食滚筒23;
一厨余收集单元8,使该厨余收集单元8对应设置于该厨余排放通道65下方处,该厨余收集单元8形成有一厨余分离槽81,并使该厨余分离槽81内设有一干湿分离部件82,该干湿分离部件82可为一滤网等,另于该厨余收集单元8底侧处连接有至少一排放管83,以与其厨余分离槽81相通,当炒食机为单一机台1时,于该单一机台1的厨余排放通道65下方处配置有一厨余收集单元8,即一对一模式,另当炒食机采用多个机台1并联时,则于该多个并联机台1的厨余排放通道65下方处共同配置有一厨余收集单元8,即多对一模式;
一控制单元9,包括有一第一感测器91、一第二感测器92、一第三感测器93、一警报器94及一主控制器95,使该第一感测器91、第二感测器92、第三感测器93、警报器94及主控制器95装设于该机台1上,该第一感测器91设置在与该炒食单元2相对应位置处,用以感测该炒食滚筒23有无旋转,又该第二感测器92设置在与该托盘平台 61及该托盘平台61上的容器10相对应位置处,用以感测该托盘平台61上是否放置该容器10,另该第三感测器93装设于该主控制器95上,用以感测该炒食单元2的旋转动力源22的电流负载,而该警报器94发出警示声音或灯光等,又使该主控制器95内建有一自动炒食程式,该自动炒食程式使炒食、倒菜、托盘平台推出、炒食滚筒23与导料斗52清洗、炒食滚筒归位等动作之间,都各预设有特定作业秒数,作为前后两连接动作间的缓冲,依此,以达到自动化连续运作,復使该第一感测器91、第二感测器92、第三感测器93、警报器94、炒食单元2的旋转动力源22、加热单元3的遥控测温器32、翻转单元4的第一驱动源41、输出单元6的第二驱动源64及清洁单元7的供水源72等与该主控制器95以有线或无线讯号连接,復设有一操作单元96,该操作单元96可为智慧型手机、平板电脑、个人数位助理或触控面板、按钮面板等,使该操作单元96与该控制单元9的主控制器95以有线或无线讯号连接,以由该操作单元96发出操作指令予该控制单元9的主控制器95,再经由该主控制器95控制各单元启闭运作,以及对主控制器95内建的自动炒食程式进行炒食温度与时间等参数调整。
据此,当使用实施本发明炒食机时,工作人员将食材置入炒食滚筒23内,并可依食材种类由操作单元96对加热单元3进行加热时间、控温及旋转动力源22转速等参数设定后,工作人员即可由操作单元96发出启动讯号予主控制器95,继由主控制器95依其内载自动炒食程式驱使各单元自动运作。
请参阅图5,当炒食滚筒23由旋转动力源22带动旋转时,炒食滚筒23其容槽231内的食材会随着炒食滚筒23的旋转而翻动,当食材碰触至搅拌片24时,利用该搅拌片24最佳角度设计,并配合炒食滚筒23各种旋转速度,即可令食材于炒食滚筒23内产生最大翻转自由度,且藉由搅拌片24将炒食滚筒23内最大量食材铲起后,可使该大量食材滞留空中时间加长,且减缓食材滑落速度,并增加食材均匀受热机会,依此,随着搅拌片24周而复始地翻炒食材,即可使食材在预定时间内完全熟成,以避免无法充分翻炒食材,或食材纠缠成团,或发生半生不熟状况。
请参阅图6,当食材炒熟后,该翻转单元4其第一驱动源41的出力轴411抵推基座21,而使组装于基座21的炒食滚筒23向前方下倾45~50度,以将炒熟的菜肴倒出,该由炒食滚筒23倒出的菜肴会落入下方导料单元5的导料斗52中,再由导料斗52集中后落至其下方托盘平台61的容器置放区间62所放置的容器10内,当完成此动作后,输出单元6的第二驱动源64经由其出力轴641将托盘平台61往前抵推,而使托盘平台61沿着机台1内壁所设滑槽的导引,平稳地将容器10及其内菜肴抵推至机台1外部,以利将容器10从托盘平台61取出。
请参阅图7,当托盘平台61被第二驱动源64往前抵推至机台1外时,组接于该托盘平台61后端的导料斗冲洗管路72同时位移至导料斗52下方位置,随之,控制单元9的主控制器95会驱使清洁单元7的供水源73供水,以经由导料斗冲洗管路71的出水口朝其前方的导料斗52喷水,以冲洗该导料斗52内壁,而将沾附于导料斗52内壁的菜渣冲洗干净,另炒食滚筒冲洗管路72与导料斗冲洗管路71同步朝位于其后 方的炒食滚筒23的容槽231内壁喷水,该刚炒完菜高达摄氏200度的炒食滚筒23遇水即会使水瞬间产生汽化,而达到将炒食滚筒23自动清洗干净效果,如此,即可避免因导料斗52及炒食滚筒23其中之一内的菜肴清洗不干净,而污染下一道菜肴美味的现象,另清洗该炒食滚筒23及导料斗52后的废水,以及由炒食滚筒23与导料斗52冲洗下来的菜渣,请参阅图8所示,会流至下方厨余排放通道65,并流入厨余收集单元8的厨余分离槽81中,以由厨余分离槽81内所设干湿分离部件82将残肴与污水分离,而由干湿分离部件82分离出的污水由厨余收集单元8底侧排放管83排出于外,以连接至一污水处理单元处进行油污分离等处理,依此,以达到降低污染源、防制病虫害及以利于厨余收集清理等效果,又该导料单元5的导料平台51藉由与机台1间的滑动组设,故可将导料平台51抽出机台1外部,以方便对导料平台51及导料斗52等进行充分清洁整理,以避免导料斗52等长期卡附菜渣、污垢等,而更提高炒食机使用上的卫生安全性。
另值得一提的是,当炒食滚筒23翻炒食材时,设置于炒食滚筒23旁侧的会同步侦测炒食滚筒23的温度,当炒食滚筒23于预设炒菜时间,又当炒食滚筒23于预设时间将食材炒熟,续由翻转单元4的第一驱动源41将炒食滚筒23往前倾斜45~50度时,以将炒熟的菜肴倒出时,若设置于炒食单元2对应处的第一感测器91侦测炒食滚筒23未倾斜至预设角度时,即会发出警示讯号予主控制器95,而使主控制器95暂停各单元运作,并启动警报器94发出警示声光,以通知工作人员发生一异常状况,而使工作人员到场检修,以将该炒食滚筒23无法倾斜至设定角度的 异常状况排除,另当炒食滚筒23将菜肴经导料斗52倒入托盘平台61上设置的容器10,而第二驱动源64将托盘平台61及容器10往前抵推时,若第二感测器92侦测到托盘平台61及其上的容器10其中的一未达预设位置时,则会发出警示讯号予主控制器95,又或当第二驱动源64将托盘平台61及容器10带动回复原位,而第二感测器92侦测该托盘平台61及容器10其中的一未复位时,亦会发出警示讯号予主控制器95,而使主控制器95暂停各单元运作,并启动警报器94发出警示声光,以通知工作人员发生一异常状况,以使工作人员到场检视维修,以将异常状况排除,又当炒食单元2的旋转动力源22带动炒食滚筒23转动翻炒食材时,该第三感测器93会感测炒食单元2其旋转动力源22的电流负载,当该旋转动力源22的电流出现异常现象时,即表示旋转动力源22运作不正常,此时,第三感测器93会发出警示讯号予主控制器95,而使主控制器95暂停各单元运作,并启动警报器94发出警示声光,以通知工作人员发生一异常状况,而使工作人员到场检修,将炒食单元2的旋转动力源22无法正常运作的异常状况排除。
前述的实施例或图式并非限定本发明的炒食机实施样态,本发明的操作单元96不仅可与一台炒食机的主控制器95讯号连接,也可与二台以上炒食机的主控制器95讯号连接,如此一来,工作人员便可由一操作单元96对二台以上炒食机发出操作指令,以更增操作使用上方便性,凡所属技术领域中具有通常知识者所为的适当变化或修饰,皆应视为不脱离本发明的专利范畴。
由上述结构及实施方式可知,本发明具有如下优点:
1.本发明的炒食机使炒食滚筒倾倒的菜肴经导料斗落入托盘平台上所设容器,并使驱动源将托盘平台向机台外抵推时,使位于托盘平台后端的导料斗冲洗管路位移至导料斗处,以冲洗该导料斗内壁,另炒食滚筒冲洗管路与导料斗冲洗管路同步朝炒食滚筒喷水,藉此,同时将导料斗及炒食滚筒内的菜渣冲洗干净,以避免导料斗及炒食滚筒其中之一残留菜渣,污染下一道菜肴的美味。
2.本发明的炒食机使菜肴在炒食滚筒炒熟后,通过导料斗落至下方托盘平台上所设容器内,并于菜肴完全倒入容器后,由输出单元的驱动源将托盘平台往前抵推,而将放置于托盘平台上的容器及其内菜肴推送至机台外部,藉此,有利于菜肴的拿取。
3.本发明的炒食机于炒食滚筒的容槽内一体连接有一搅拌片,藉此搅拌片即可将锅内食材大量铲起,并使铲起的食材滞留空中时间延长,且使滞留空中食材在单位时间内滑落数量降低,据此,以达到使食材能够充分受热熟成的效果。
4.本发明的炒食机使搅拌片呈单一叶片状,并使其底部长度约略超过槽底半径,达其斜前方适当位置,藉此最佳化尺寸的搅拌片设计,即可达到使食材于炒食滚筒内产生最大翻转自由度效果,而该最佳化尺寸及形状设计经过二十余种长短、宽窄、大小、厚薄不一的片型、棒型、钉型、壁挡型及不规则型等各种形状,并分别实验各种数量不同的组合测试得出的最佳设计。
5.本发明的炒食机于炒食滚筒其容槽内一体成型有一搅拌片,藉此,将炒食滚筒与搅拌片一体成型结构,可提高炒食滚筒保养及清洗的简单便 利性,并可避免组合缝隙卡菜情形,另一体成型设计可使炒食滚筒完全密合,不会发生分离式结构设计的炒食滚筒,于炒食时会有锅内酱汁外漏,或者组合结构处的橡圈,因高温老化机油外流或内渗入锅内造成的食品安全风险。
6.本发明的炒食机使其导料斗内壁采用70~75度大倾斜角度设计,且其导料斗内壁不沾黏涂层可消除大部分食物残留导料斗内壁,外加导料斗冲洗管路同时进行冲洗内壁,以达到确实将导料斗清洗干净,不残留菜渣的效果。
7.本发明的炒食机于采用单一机台设计时,于该单一机台下方处配置一厨余收集单元,当采用多机台并联设计时,则于各机台所设的输出单元下方处共同配置一厨余收集单元,以达到方便收集厨余菜渣的效果。
8.本发明的炒食机使导料单元的导料平台与机台滑动组设,藉此,可将导料平台抽出机台外部,以方便对导料平台及导料斗等进行充分清洁整理,以避免导料斗等卡附菜渣、污垢等,据此,以更提高炒食机使用上的卫生安全性。
综上所述,本发明的实施例确能达到所预期功效,又其所揭露的具体构造,不仅未曾见诸于同类产品中,亦未曾公开于申请前,诚已完全符合专利法的规定与要求,依法提出发明专利的申请,恳请惠予审查,并赐准专利,则实感德便。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种炒食机,其包括有:
    至少一机台;
    一炒食单元,设有一基座,使该基座与该机台相枢接,于该基座上装设有一旋转动力源,且使该旋转动力源的转轴与一炒食滚筒相组接;
    一加热单元,组装于该基座上,且对应位置于该炒食滚筒的下方,而设有至少一加热源;
    一翻转单元,组装于该机台上,设有至少一第一驱动源,并使该第一驱动源的出力轴与该基座枢设连接;
    一导料单元,包含有一导料平台,并使该导料平台位于该炒食单元的基座下方,且于该导料平台中央处设有一导料斗,又使该导料平台二侧与该机台相组设;
    一输出单元,包含有一托盘平台,并使该托盘平台位于该导料单元下方,又于该托盘平台上形成有前、后相对设立的一容器置放区间及一清洁料斗,另使该托盘平台二侧与该机台相对二侧内壁间各以一滑动单元相组设,而使该托盘平台与机台间形成滑动连接,又包含有至少一第二驱动源,使该第二驱动源组装于机台上,并使该第二驱动源的出力轴与托盘平台相连接;
    一清洁单元,包含有一导料斗冲洗管路及一炒食滚筒冲洗管路,使该导料斗冲洗管路组设于该托盘平台后端处,并延伸至相对应于该清洁料斗的上方位置处,且使该导料斗冲洗管路的出水口朝向该导料斗,另使该炒食滚筒冲洗管路组设于该机台前端 处,并延伸至相对应于该导料斗的上方位置处,且使该炒食滚筒冲洗管路的出水口朝向该炒食滚筒。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述炒食机,其特征在于,该导料单元的导料斗使其内壁由上往下形成70~75度倾斜角度,并于该导料斗内壁涂布有一不沾黏涂层。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述炒食机,其特征在于,该导料单元的导料平台二侧与该机台相对二侧内壁间各以一滑动单元相组设,而使该导料平台与机台间形成滑动连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述炒食机,其特征在于,该炒食滚筒成型有一容槽,且使该炒食滚筒其容槽槽底呈一封闭端,另使该炒食滚筒相对该容槽的槽底另端形成该容槽的槽口,又使该炒食滚筒其容槽的槽口至槽底的距离形成该容槽的槽高,另于该炒食滚筒其容槽内设有一搅拌片,该搅拌片与该炒食滚筒一体成型,使该搅拌片与该炒食滚筒其容槽槽壁相邻一侧为其第一侧边,并使该第一侧边与该炒食滚筒其容槽一侧槽壁一体连接,且使该搅拌片其第一侧边与炒食滚筒其容槽槽壁连接处形成有弧形导角,并使该搅拌片第一侧边长度不超过该炒食滚筒其容槽的槽高,又使该搅拌片其第一侧边的相对另侧为其第二侧边,并于该第二侧边一体成型有与该搅拌片呈夹角设立的一铲食片,另使该搅拌片与该炒食滚筒其容槽的槽底相邻一侧为其第三侧边,且使该第三侧边与该炒食滚筒其容槽的槽底一体连接,并使第三侧边的长度大于该容槽的槽底半径。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述炒食机,其特征在于,该炒食机还包含有一第一感测器、一第二感测器、一第三感测器、一警报器及一主控制器,使该第一感测器、第二感测器、第三感测器、警报器及主控制器装设于该机台上,该第一感测器设置与该炒食单元相对应位置处,用以感测该炒食滚筒有无旋转,又该第二感测器设置在与该托盘平台及该托盘平台上的容器相对应位置处,用以感测该托盘平台上是否放置该容器,另该第三感测器装设于该主控制器上,用以感测该炒食单元其旋转动力源的电流负载,又使该主控制器内建有一自动炒食程式,使该第一感测器、第二感测器、第三感测器、警报器、炒食单元的旋转动力源、翻转单元的第一驱动源及输出单元的第二驱动源与该主控制器以有线或无线讯号连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述炒食机,其特征在于,该炒食单元的基座于相对该炒食滚筒位置处组设有一遥控测温器,并使该遥控测温器与该炒食滚筒相隔一距离,以侦测该炒食滚筒的炒食温度,且使该遥控测温器与该加热源相连接,以由该遥控测温器调控该加热源的温度,另使该遥控测温器与该控制单元的主控制器以有线或无线讯号连接。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述炒食机,其特征在于,该清洁单元的导料斗冲洗管路及炒食滚筒冲洗管路与一供水源相连接,并使该供水源与该控制单元的主控制器以有线或无线讯号连接。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述炒食机,其特征在于,该炒食机还包含有一操作单元,使该操作单元与该控制单元的主控制器以有线或无线讯号连接。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述炒食机,其特征在于,该炒食机包含有一机台,并使该机台位于该托盘平台下方处固接有一厨余排放通道,且使该厨余排放通道呈由上往下倾斜设立,另设有一厨余收集单元,使该厨余收集单元位于该厨余排放通道下方处,而该厨余收集单元形成有一厨余分离槽,并于该厨余分离槽内设有一干湿分离部件,另于该厨余收集单元底侧连接有至少一排水管,以与其厨余分离槽相通。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述炒食机,其特征在于,该炒食机包含有若干该机台,并于该若干机台并联设立,又使该若干机台于其托盘平台下方处各固接有一厨余排放通道,且使该厨余排放通道呈由上往下倾斜设立,又于该若干厨余排放通道下方处共同设有一厨余收集单元,该厨余收集单元形成有一厨余分离槽,并于该厨余分离槽内设有一干湿分离部件,另于该厨余收集单元底侧连接有至少一排水管,以与其厨余分离槽相通。
