Abstract
Description
図1は、実施の形態1に係る空気調和機1を示す回路図である。図1に示すように、空気調和機1は、室内空間の空気を調整する装置であり、室外機2と、室内機3とを備えている。室外機2には、例えば圧縮機6、流路切替装置7、室外熱交換器8、室外送風機9、膨張部10、弁15、バイパス配管13及びバイパス流量調整装置14が設けられている。室内機3には、例えば室内熱交換器11及び室内送風機12が設けられている。
次に、空気調和機1の運転モードについて説明する。本実施の形態1の空気調和機1は、運転モードとして、冷房運転、暖房運転及び暖房デフロスト運転を有している。先ず、冷房運転について説明する。冷房運転において、圧縮機6に吸入された冷媒は、圧縮機6によって圧縮されて高温且つ高圧のガス状態で吐出する。圧縮機6から吐出された高温且つ高圧のガス状態の冷媒は、流路切替装置7を通過したあと分岐して、それぞれ第1の三方弁15aと第2の三方弁15bとに流入する。第1の三方弁15aに流入した冷媒は、凝縮器として作用する室外熱交換器8のうち第1の熱交換器8aに流れる。このとき、冷媒は、第1の熱交換器8aにおいて、室外送風機9によって送られる室外空気と熱交換されて凝縮して液化する。一方、第2の三方弁15bに流入した冷媒は、凝縮器として作用する室外熱交換器8のうち第2の熱交換器8bに流れる。このとき、冷媒は、第2の熱交換器8bにおいて、室外送風機9によって送られる室外空気と熱交換されて凝縮して液化する。
次に、暖房運転について説明する。暖房運転において、圧縮機6に吸入された冷媒は、圧縮機6によって圧縮されて高温且つ高圧のガス状態で吐出する。圧縮機6から吐出された高温且つ高圧のガス状態の冷媒は、流路切替装置7を通過して、凝縮器として作用する室内熱交換器11に流入し、室内熱交換器11において、室内送風機12によって送られる室内空気と熱交換されて凝縮して液化する。このとき、室内空気が暖められ、室内において暖房が実施される。凝縮された液状態の冷媒は、膨張部10に流入し、膨張部10において膨張及び減圧されて低温且つ低圧の気液二相状態の冷媒となる。そして、気液二相状態の冷媒は、分岐してそれぞれ第1の熱交換器8a及び第2の熱交換器8bに流入する。
次に、暖房デフロスト運転について説明する。暖房運転が行われている場合、室外熱交換器8に霜が付着する場合がある。暖房デフロスト運転において、空気調和機1は、暖房運転を継続しつつ、第1の三方弁15a及び第2の三方弁15bを切り替えて、第1の熱交換器8aと第2の熱交換器8bとを交互にデフロストする。先ず、第1の熱交換器8aが除霜される場合について説明する。暖房デフロスト運転において、圧縮機6に吸入された冷媒は、圧縮機6によって圧縮されて高温且つ高圧のガス状態で吐出する。圧縮機6から吐出された高温且つ高圧のガス状態の冷媒は、分岐して、それぞれ流路切替装置7とバイパス配管13とに流れる。
図2は、実施の形態1に係る室外機2を示す組立正面斜視図であり、図3は、実施の形態1に係る室外機2を示す組立背面斜視図である。次に、室外機2について説明する。図2に示すように、室外機2は、筐体20と、内部構成部材30とを有している。筐体20は、前面パネル21、側面パネル22、天面パネル23、ファンガード24及びサービスパネル22bを有している。前面パネル21は、内部構成部材30の前面及び一側面を覆う断面L字状の板金である。前面パネル21における内部構成部材30の前面側には、空気が吹き出される開口部21aが形成されている。前面パネル21における内部構成部材30の一側面側には、空気が吸い込まれるバーリング形状の長穴21bが形成されている。側面パネル22は、内部構成部材30の他側面を覆う板金である。側面パネル22には、サービス開口22aが形成されている(図4参照)。
図4は、実施の形態1に係る室外機2を示す分解正面斜視図である。次に、内部構成部材30について説明する。図4に示すように、内部構成部材30は、底板31と、圧縮機6と、室外熱交換器8と、モータ支持部品32と、室外送風機9と、仕切板33と、電気品箱34と、冷媒配管5と、電子部品40と、弁15と、落下抑制部50とを有している。底板31は、室外機2の底面を構成する部材である。ここで、前面パネル21、側面パネル22、天面パネル23、底板31及び室外熱交換器8によって、室外機2の外郭が構成されている。
Claims (10)
- 筐体と、
前記筐体内に設けられ、冷媒を圧縮する圧縮機と、
前記筐体内に設けられ、冷媒と空気との間で熱交換を行う室外熱交換器と、
前記筐体内に設けられ、前記筐体内を、送風室と、前記圧縮機が設けられる機械室とに区画する仕切板と、
前記機械室に設けられる電子部品と、
前記機械室に設けられ、前記圧縮機と前記室外熱交換器とを接続し、前記電子部品よりも上方に配置される冷媒配管と、
前記機械室において前記冷媒配管に接続され、前記電子部品よりも上方に配置される弁と、
前記冷媒配管及び弁の下方を覆い、前記冷媒配管から滴下する水が前記電子部品に落下することを抑制する落下抑制部と、
を備える空気調和機の室外機。 - 前記仕切板は、前記筐体の奥行方向に延び、
前記落下抑制部は、
前記弁の下方、側方及び上方を覆うようにくるみ、前記弁の側方の端部が前記仕切板と接触することを抑制する帯状の帯部を有する
請求項1記載の空気調和機の室外機。 - 前記仕切板は、前記筐体の幅方向に延び、
前記落下抑制部は、
前記帯部から上方に延び、前記弁の奥行方向の端部が前記仕切板と接触することを抑制する保護部を更に有する

前記弁に接続された前記冷媒配管が挿入されるスリットが形成されている
請求項2又は3記載の空気調和機の室外機。 - 前記弁の上方に配置され、前記圧縮機の動作を制御する電気部品を有する電気品箱を更に備え、
前記帯部には、
前記電気部品が挿入されるように切り欠かれた電気部品回避空間が形成されている
請求項2~4のいずれか1項に記載の空気調和機の室外機。 - 前記弁の上方に配置され、前記圧縮機の動作を制御する電気部品を有する電気品箱を更に備え、
前記電気品箱は、
サービス時に点灯する表示部を有し、
前記帯部には、
前記筐体の外側から前記表示部を視認することを許容するように切り欠かれた表示部回避空間が形成されている

前記帯部の一端部において折り返された折返し部と、
前記帯部の他端部において、前記帯部が前記弁をくるむ際、前記折返し部に係合する係合部と、を更に有する

前記圧縮機の吸音材として使用される繊維を主成分とする材料から構成されている
請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載の空気調和機の室外機。 - 前記落下抑制部は、フェルトである
請求項1~8のいずれか1項に記載の空気調和機の室外機。 - 冷媒の流れを切り替える流路切替装置及び冷媒を膨張する膨張部を更に備える請求項1~9のいずれか1項に記載の空気調和機の室外機と、
冷媒と空気との間で熱交換を行う室内熱交換器を有する室内機と、を備え、
前記室外熱交換器は、
互いに流路が並列する第1の熱交換器と第2の熱交換器とを有し、
前記圧縮機、前記流路切替装置、前記室内熱交換器、前記膨張部、前記室外熱交換器、冷媒の流れを前記第1の熱交換器側又は前記第2の熱交換器側に切り替える前記弁、及び、前記圧縮機と前記流路切替装置との間と前記弁とを接続するバイパス配管が前記冷媒配管によって接続される冷媒回路が形成されている
