- Comparative Example 6 it was confirmed that the cycle characteristics were excellent when tungsten was doped on the outermost surface of both sides.
- Example 6 had better cycle characteristics than Example 2.
- the higher the cobalt content the more effectively improved the cycle characteristics, which is that cobalt whose concentration increases toward the surface portion and tungsten whose concentration increases toward the surface portion have the highest It is believed that this is because the secondary particles interact with each other on the surface of the secondary particles to stabilize the crystal structure to prevent the occurrence of microcracks and the like during the cycle, thereby preventing the penetration of the electrolyte.

- Fig. 19 is a graph showing the capacity characteristics of Example 10 and Comparative Example 8
- Fig. 20 is a graph showing the cycle characteristics of Example 10 and Comparative Example 8. This is the graph shown.
- Example 10 had better cycle characteristics than Comparative Example 8. Even when doping with the same amount of tungsten, doping on the outside rather than the inside of the precursor is more effective for the cycling characteristics. It was confirmed that it works. This is believed to be due to the fact that by doping tungsten on the outermost side, the outermost crystal structure can be more stabilized, thereby preventing penetration of the electrolyte from the outside during the course of the cycle. As another aspect, the tungsten doped on the outermost side of the secondary particles in the precursor stage can allow the primary particles constituting the secondary particles to develop a rod shape shape more on the outermost side of the secondary particles. It is judged because the orientation of the primary particles on the outer surface can be further improved.

1 (W0.5-CSG NCM NCW 89)

| Ni | Co | Mn | W | W | ||
