Description

一种白色干粉砂浆及其施工方法 技术领域
本发明涉及建筑装饰材料技术领域,具体涉及一种砂浆白色干粉砂浆及其施工方法。
背景技术
家居室内建筑材料的要求达到节能、环保、美观、坚固耐用、工序简易、施工效率高的要求。而目前墙体装饰施工的工序包括:1)对墙面进行修补;2)刮腻子;3)打磨;4)修补;5)刷底漆;6)刷面漆。可见传统施工工序较为复杂,施工周期为1-2周,而且施工材料中需添加胶水、乳液、添加剂等,含甲醛等有害气体,不能达到环保要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的不足之处而提供一种白色干粉砂浆及其施工方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:一种白色干粉砂浆,包含以下重量百分含量的组分:粒径为0.6~1mm的方解石15~25%、粒径为0.2~0.6mm的方解石20~30%、粒径≤0.2mm的方解石25~35%和白度≥88度白水泥20~30%。
本发明所述白色干粉砂浆中添加了不同粒径的方解石,粒径为0.6~1mm的方解石可降低产品孔隙率,粒径≤0.2mm的方解石可以增加产品光滑度和稠度,白水泥可增加产品强度和抗渗性,粒径为0.2~0.6mm的方解石用于调和产品的孔隙率和光滑度。采用上述配方获得的砂浆进行墙体装饰,得到的装饰面具有强度高(28天抗压强度≥15MPa)、抗渗性能好(抗渗性≥1.5MPa)的优点,并且采用白色方解石原料,原料易取,工艺简单,无需烘干,而且与白水泥混合成干粉砂浆,白度高,存放、运输和使用均非常方便。所述砂浆可以直接与水混合后施工使用,无需添加任何有机溶剂、助剂,不含有害气体,达到环保要求, 使用方便,能够快速完成墙体装饰,施工周期短。
作为本发明所述白色干粉砂浆的优选实施方式,包含以下重量百分含量的组分:粒径为0.6~1mm的方解石20%、粒径为0.2~0.6mm的方解石25%、粒径≤0.2mm的方解石30%和白度≥88度的白水泥25%。尤其是采用上述配比时,得到的装饰面具强度和抗渗性最高。
不同粒径的方解石可以经过破碎机分级破碎筛选获得。
作为本发明所述白色干粉砂浆的优选实施方式,所述白色干粉砂浆使用时,所述白色干粉砂浆与水的配比为:砂浆:水=1:0.26~0.28。
本发明的目的还在于提供所述白色干粉砂浆的施工方法,所述施工方法为:将所述白色干粉砂浆与水混合均匀,然后上墙抹灰,自然干燥,打磨。抹灰厚度可以根据实际需要选择,优选为15±3mm,打磨至表面平滑手触无明显颗粒感即可完成施工。
作为本发明所述白色干粉砂浆的施工方法的优选实施方式,所述白色干粉砂浆与水的重量之比为:砂浆:水=1:0.26~0.28。
作为本发明所述白色干粉砂浆的施工方法的优选实施方式,施工时室内空气湿度为55~65%。
作为本发明所述白色干粉砂浆的施工方法的优选实施方式,所述干燥时间≥18h。优选自然干燥24h。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明提供了一种白色干粉砂浆,与现有的砂浆相比,本发明所述白色干粉砂浆具有以下优势:
1)使用本发明白色干粉砂浆装饰白色墙体,无需经过传统多道工序,直接将白色干粉砂浆加水搅拌均匀后即可上墙,经修补、晾干、打磨即完成装饰墙体的工程,施工周期为1-2天,且无需添加任何胶水、助剂,产品不含有害气体,达到环保要求。
2)本发明采用白色方解石原料,原料易取,工艺简单,无需烘干,而且与 白色水泥混合成干粉砂浆,白度高,存放、运输和使用均非常方便。
3)采用本发明白色干粉砂浆进行墙体装饰,可以减少施工工序,节约材料成本与人工成本。
4)采用本发明产品白色干粉砂浆进行墙体装饰,得到的装饰面具有强度高(28天抗压强度≥15MPa)、抗渗性≥1.5MPa的优点,本发明所述砂浆对人体健康无影响,属绿色环保新材料。
具体实施方式
为更好的说明本发明的目的、技术方案和优点,下面将结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1~4
实施例1~4所述白色干粉砂浆的组成见表1。

实施例5
将实施例1~4和对比例1~6所述砂浆进行施工,施工方法为:按1吨白色干粉砂浆加入270kg水的配比,将白色干粉砂浆与水搅拌均匀后上墙抹灰,抹灰厚度为15mm,经24小时自然干燥,然后再打磨至表面平滑手触无明显颗粒感即可。
测试实施例1~4和对比例1~6所述砂浆获得的装饰面的性能,测试方法为:准备立方体试模,每组3个,采用密封材料涂抹试模,并在模内刷隔离剂;将白色干粉砂浆一次性装满试模,待水分稍干后将高出试模部分的砂浆顶面刮去抹平;将试件放置在20±5摄氏度的环境下静止24±2h,对试件进行编号、拆模;试件拆模后立刻放入温度为20±2摄氏度的实验室内养护28天;28天后进行试验,将试件擦拭干净,按标准安放在试验机的垫板上,匀速加荷,当试件接近破坏而迅速变形时停止试验机油门直至试件破坏,记录破坏荷载,并根据公式计算结果。稠度按照JGJ 70-90《建筑砂浆基本性能实验方法》进行测算。抗渗性按照DL/T5126《聚合物改性砂浆实验规程》进行测算。
测试结果见表2。

从表2可以看出,与对比例1~6相比,实施例1~4所述白色干粉砂浆均具 有更优异的抗压强度和抗渗性能,且墙体表面光滑平整,浆料的稠度能满足施工要求,其中实施例1的抗压强度和抗渗性能最佳。
最后所应当说明的是,以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案而非对本发明保护范围的限制,尽管参照较佳实施例对本发明作了详细说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,可以对本发明的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换,而不脱离本发明技术方案的实质和范围。

  1. 一种白色干粉砂浆,其特征在于,包含以下重量百分含量的组分:粒径为0.6~1mm的方解石15~25%、粒径为0.2~0.6mm的方解石20~30%、粒径≤0.2mm的方解石25~35%和白度≥88度的白水泥20~30%。
  2. 如权利要求1所述白色干粉砂浆,其特征在于,包含以下重量百分含量的组分:粒径为0.6~1mm的方解石20%、粒径为0.2~0.6mm的方解石25%、粒径≤0.2mm的方解石30%和白度≥88度的白水泥25%。
  3. 如权利要求1或2所述白色干粉砂浆的施工方法,其特征在于,所述施工方法为:将所述白色干粉砂浆与水混合均匀,然后上墙抹灰,自然干燥,打磨。
  4. 如权利要求3所述白色干粉砂浆的施工方法,其特征在于,所述白色干粉砂浆与水的重量之比为:砂浆:水=1:0.26~0.28。
