本申请基于申请号为201920890078.3、申请日为2019年06月13日的中国专利申请提出,并要求该中国专利申请的优先权,该中国专利申请的全部内容在此引入本申请作为参考。
本申请涉及车辆技术领域,尤其是涉及一种全地形车。
相关技术中的全地形车,空气滤清器通常设置在发动机的进气口周围,空气滤清器的进气口设置在其外壳上,涉水位置较低,当车辆处于涉水环境下时,水极易从空气滤清器外壳上的进气口进入空气滤清器内部,导致空气滤清器和发动机进水,从而影响车辆正常行驶及发动机的使用寿命。
发明内容
本申请旨在至少解决现有技术中存在的技术问题之一。为此,本申请的一个目的在于提出一种全地形车,该全地形车具有涉水通过性高、行驶稳定、发动机使用寿命长等优点。
根据本申请的实施例提出一种全地形车,所述全地形车包括:车架;发动机,所述发动机安装于所述车架且具有发动机进气口;空气滤清器,所述空气滤清器安装于所述车架且与所述发动机进气口相连;进气延长管,所述进气延长管与所述空气滤清器相连且具有空滤器进气口,所述进气延长管的至少一部分向上延伸以使所述空滤器进气口高于所述发动机进气口。
根据本申请实施例的全地形车具有涉水通过性高、行驶稳定、发动机使用寿命长等优点。
根据本申请的一些具体实施例,所述车架具有驾驶室,所述驾驶室内设有座椅,所述空滤器进气口的高度对应所述座椅的靠背的上部区域。
进一步地,所述座椅包括驾驶员座椅,所述空滤器进气口的高度对应所述驾驶员座椅的靠背的上部区域。
进一步地,所述发动机、所述空气滤清器和所述进气延长管均设于所述驾驶室的后方。
根据本申请的一些具体示例,所述全地形车还包括:货箱,所述货箱安装于所述车架,所述发动机和所述空气滤清器设于所述货箱的下方,所述进气延长管从所述货箱的前方向上延伸以使所述空滤器进气口高于所述货箱。

如图1所示,根据本申请实施例的全地形车1包括车架100、发动机(图中未示出)、空气滤清器200和进气延长管300。
所述发动机安装于车架100且具有发动机进气口。空气滤清器200安装于车架100且与所述发动机进气口相连。进气延长管300与空气滤清器200相连,且进气延长管300具有空滤器进气口321,进气延长管300的至少一部分向上延伸以使空滤器进气口321高于所述发动机进气口。
根据本申请实施例的全地形车1,通过设置进气延长管300,将进气延长管300连接于空气滤清器200,并在进气延长管300上设置空滤器进气口321,这样利用进气延长管300,使进气延长管300的至少一部分向上延伸,从而能够提高空滤器进气口321的位置,使空滤器进气口321的高度高于发动机进气口,避免全地形车1在行驶途中飞溅的水从空滤器进气口321进入空气滤清器200 和发动机,提高全地形车1的涉水通过性,从而保障行驶稳定和发动机的使用寿命。
因此,根据本申请实施例的全地形车1具有涉水通过性高、行驶稳定、发动机使用寿命长等优点。
在本申请的一些具体实施例中,如图1所示,车架100具有驾驶室110,驾驶室110内设有座椅,空滤器进气口321的高度对应所述座椅的靠背120的上部区域,即通过进气延长管300的延伸,使空滤器进气口321的高度与乘坐人员的肩部大体持平,从而使空滤器进气口321位于合理高度,避免发动机涉水。
具体而言,所述座椅包括驾驶员座椅,空滤器进气口321的高度对应所述驾驶员座椅的靠背120的上部区域,换言之,在左右方向上空滤器进气口321偏向左侧设置,其中驾驶室110可以为两座结构,也可以为四座结构。
进一步地,全地形车1采用后驱形式,所述发动机、空气滤清器200和进气延长管300均设于驾驶室110的后方。
在本申请的一些具体示例中,如图1所示,为了提高全地形车1的装载能力,全地形车1还包括货箱400,货箱400安装于车架100,所述发动机和空气滤清器200设于货箱400的下方,进气延长管300从货箱400的前方向上延伸以使空滤器进气口321高于货箱400,例如,进气延长管300的一部分可以埋设在驾驶室110的后壁内,空滤器进气口321朝向后方设置。这样不仅可以提升空滤器进气口321的高度,便于进气延长管300的布置,而且利于空滤器进气口321的进气,避免货箱400的设置影响进气量。
在本申请的一些具体示例中,如图1所示,全地形车1还包括前置过滤件500,前置过滤件500设于进气延长管300,例如,前置过滤件500设于进气延长管300的空滤器进气口321处。由空滤器进气口321进入进气延长管300的空气首先经过前置过滤件500过滤,从而为空气滤清器200和发动机提供更加洁净的空气,延长空气滤清器200和发动机的使用寿命。
在本申请的一些具体示例中,如图1所示,进气延长管300包括空滤器连接管310和空滤器进气管320。
空滤器连接管310的一端与空气滤清器200相连,空滤器连接管310的另一端形成第一对接端311,第一对接端311朝向上方。空滤器进气管320的一端形成空滤器进气口321且另一端形成第二对接端322,第二对接端322朝向下方且与第一对接端311对接,例如,第一对接端311和第二对接端322通过抱箍330对接。
由此可以便于进气延长管300在整车上的装配。具体地,由于进气延长管300的延伸路径需要多次折弯,如将进气延长管300设置成一体件则无法顺利到位安装,且受到整车结构的限制,在水平方向上受到干涉的部件较多,即在水平方向上的自由空间较小,在此种情况下,将进气延长管300设置成空滤器连接管310和空滤器进气管320,且空滤器连接管310的第一对接端311朝上,空滤器进气管320的第二对接端322朝向,这样可以使空滤器连接管310和空滤器进气管320在上下方向上进行装配,例如,先将空滤器连接管310连接至空气滤清器200,再将空滤器进气管320由上至下与空滤器连接管310对接,从而方便进气延长管300的装配。
在本申请的一些具体示例中,如图1所示,所述发动机进气口与空气滤清器200之间连接有膨胀腔体600,膨胀腔体600内构造有膨胀腔,从空气滤清器200流出的空气先进入膨胀腔膨胀后再进入发动机,从而可以提高进气的均匀性。
具体而言,如图1所示,空气滤清器200包括壳体210、滤芯220和装配盖230。
壳体210具有进口(图中未示出)、出口211和滤芯装配口212,所述进口与进气延长管300相连,出口211通过膨胀腔连接管610与膨胀腔体600相连。滤芯220设于壳体210内且位于所述进口和出口211之间,滤芯220与壳体210之间可以通过至少一个密封圈密封。装配盖230可拆卸地安装于壳体210且封盖滤芯装配口212,通过拆卸装配盖230,可以对滤芯220进行拆装,从而利于滤芯220的更换。

- 一种全地形车,包括:车架;发动机,所述发动机安装于所述车架且具有发动机进气口;空气滤清器,所述空气滤清器安装于所述车架且与所述发动机进气口相连;进气延长管,所述进气延长管与所述空气滤清器相连且具有空滤器进气口,所述进气延长管的至少一部分向上延伸以使所述空滤器进气口高于所述发动机进气口。
- 根据权利要求1所述的全地形车,所述车架具有驾驶室,所述驾驶室内设有座椅,所述空滤器进气口的高度对应所述座椅的靠背的上部区域。
- 根据权利要求2所述的全地形车,所述座椅包括驾驶员座椅,所述空滤器进气口的高度对应所述驾驶员座椅的靠背的上部区域。
- 根据权利要求2所述的全地形车,所述发动机、所述空气滤清器和所述进气延长管均设于所述驾驶室的后方。
- 根据权利要求4所述的全地形车,还包括:货箱,所述货箱安装于所述车架,所述发动机和所述空气滤清器设于所述货箱的下方,所述进气延长管从所述货箱的前方向上延伸以使所述空滤器进气口高于所述货箱。
