具体实施方式
为了使本领域技术人员更好地理解本发明的技术方案,下面结合附图对本发明进行详细描述,本部分的描述仅是示范性和解释性,不应对本发明的保护范围有任何的限制作用。
如图1-4所示,本发明的具体结构为:一种面筋制品加工设备,包括挤出机1,挤出机1将揉好的生面筋通过挤压膨化,其可继续挤料,也可连续挤料,所述挤出机1的出料端设有压合模具,所述压合模具包括静止模2和移动模3, 静止模2设置于挤出机1的出料口,其外端面设有半球形的静模碗21,内部设有静模过料道22;移动模3可沿挤出机1的挤料方向移动,其端面上与静模碗21对应位置设有半球形的动模碗31,内部设有动模通孔32,动模通孔32内设有相配合的可移动的注料管33,注料管33的一端贯穿至动模碗31内,另一端通过管路与配料桶4(用于装各式各样的调味料)连通,其连通管路上设有计量泵5;移动模3的另一端设有用于安装注料管33的模座34,模座34可相对于移动模3移动,其一端设有推拉机构37,移动模3上设有与模座34保持紧接触的压紧机构;移动模3侧面设有限位块38。
优选的,所述静止模2内设有与静模碗21相通的静模通道23(很细的通道,保证有油浸入即可),外侧设有与之相通的静模环槽24,静模环槽24外设有相配合的静模套25,静模套25上设有与静模环槽24相通的静模进油口26,所述静模进油口26与食用油箱6相通,为防止静模通道23出口堵住,还可在静模进油口26与食用油箱6管路上增加油泵。目的是将静模碗21内涂一层食用油,防止粘面筋。
优选的,所述移动模3内设有与动模碗31相通的动模通道301,外侧设有与之相通的动模环槽302,动模环槽302外设有相配合的动模套303,动模套303上设有与动模环槽302相通的动模进油口304,所述动模进油口304与食用油箱6相通。目的是将动模碗31内涂一层食用油,防止粘面筋。
优选的,所述注料管33靠近动模碗31的一端设置成前大后小的锥形状。即前端略大于后端,目的是使包覆在注料管33上的面筋球被带出与静模碗21分离时,有足够大的力,另外由于孔一端大,一端小,动模碗31少量面筋没有掉落,当下一次合模时,注料管33会将面筋球顶出、掉落,因为注料管33 端部大于球状面筋开口。
优选的,所述注料管33外轮廓截面设置成心形或星形,中部为注料流道。满足消费者对面筋制品的多样性,激起购买欲。
优选的,所述推拉机构37为气缸。反应快速,成本低,安装方便。
优选的,所述压紧机构包括螺杆35和弹簧36,螺杆35一端与移动模3端面连接,另一端贯穿至模座34另一侧,弹簧36套设在螺杆35上,并通过螺母锁紧。
优选的,所述压合模具下方设有料斗7。用于收料。
采用上述一种面筋制品加工设备来加工面筋制品的方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤A、合模:推拉机构37推动移动模3前行,与静止模2压紧,使得静模碗21与动模碗31对齐;
步骤B、挤压成型:挤出机1通过挤压使膨化后的面筋从静模过料道22不断挤进静模碗21与动模碗31形成的空腔内,并填满成球状面筋制品;
步骤C、开模注料:推拉机构37推动模座34、移动模3移动,使得静模碗21与动模碗31分离,包覆在注料管33上的面筋球被带出,与静模碗21分离,当移动模3移动到限位块38处时,移动模3停止移动,模座34在推拉机构37拉动下继续移动,使得注料管33在面筋球中慢慢被拔出,此时,计量泵5开始工作,将配料桶4内的调味料通过管路、注料管33注入到面筋球的内部空间中,计量泵5打开一断时长后停止注料;
步骤D、下料:当注料管33完全从面筋球中慢慢被拔出后,面筋球从动模碗31掉落,推拉机构37停止移动;
步骤E、重复上述步骤A-D。
优选的,所述步骤A中将静模碗、动模碗内表面上涂一层食用油后再进行挤压加工。
具体使用时,推拉机构37推动移动模3前行,与静止模2压紧,使得静模碗21与动模碗31对齐;挤出机1将揉好的生面筋通过挤压膨化,使面筋从静模过料道22不断挤进静模碗21与动模碗31形成的空腔内,并填满成球状面筋制品;推拉机构37推动模座34、移动模3移动,使得静模碗21与动模碗31分离,包覆在注料管33上的面筋球被带出,与静模碗21分离,留在静模过料道22口处的连接部分面筋还没有冷却硬化,因此,好与面筋球分离,当移动模3移动到限位块38处时,移动模3停止移动,模座34在推拉机构37拉动下继续移动,使得注料管33在面筋球中慢慢被拔出,此时,计量泵5开始工作,将配料桶4内的调味料(为乳状料,其可根据消费者的需要进行调配,如苹果味、香芋味等)通过管路、注料管33注入到面筋球的内部空间中,形成注心面筋球,使口感更好,满足大众需求,计量泵5打开一断时长后停止注料;当注料管33完全从面筋球中慢慢被拔出后,面筋球从动模碗31掉落(为了达到更好的掉落效果,可以在挤压加工前将静模碗21、动模碗31内表面上涂一层食用油),即便少量面筋没有掉落,当下一次合模时,注料管33也会将面筋球顶出、掉落,推拉机构37停止移动;重复上述过程,即可制备注心球状面筋,填补市场上的空缺,设备简单,使用方便。
需要说明的是,在本文中,术语“包括”、“包含”或者其任何其他变体意在涵盖非排他性的包含,从而使得包括一系列要素的过程、方法、物品或者设备不仅包括那些要素,而且还包括没有明确列出的其他要素,或者是还包括为这种过程、方法、物品或者设备所固有的要素。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种面筋制品加工设备,包括挤出机(1),其特征在于,所述挤出机(1)的出料端设有压合模具,所述压合模具包括静止模(2)和移动模(3),静止模(2)设置于挤出机(1)的出料口,其外端面设有半球形的静模碗(21),内部设有静模过料道(22);移动模(3)可沿挤出机(1)的挤料方向移动,其端面上与静模碗(21)对应位置设有半球形的动模碗(31),内部设有动模通孔(32),动模通孔(32)内设有相配合的可移动的注料管(33),注料管(33)的一端贯穿至动模碗(31)内,另一端通过管路与配料桶(4)连通,其连通管路上设有计量泵(5);移动模(3)的另一端设有用于安装注料管(33)的模座(34),模座(34)可相对于移动模(3)移动,其一端设有推拉机构(37),移动模(3)上设有与模座(34)保持紧接触的压紧机构;移动模(3)侧面设有限位块(38)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种面筋制品加工设备,其特征在于,所述静止模(2)内设有与静模碗(21)相通的静模通道(23),外侧设有与之相通的静模环槽(24),静模环槽(24)外设有相配合的静模套(25),静模套(25)上设有与静模环槽(24)相通的静模进油口(26),所述静模进油口(26)与食用油箱(6)相通。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种面筋制品加工设备,其特征在于,所述移动模(3)内设有与动模碗(31)相通的动模通道(301),外侧设有与之相通的动模环槽(302),动模环槽(302)外设有相配合的动模套(303),动模套(303)上设有与动模环槽(302)相通的动模进油口(304),所述动模进油口(304)与食用油箱(6)相通。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种面筋制品加工设备,其特征在于,所述注料管(33)靠近动模碗(31)的一端设置成前大后小的锥形状。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种面筋制品加工设备,其特征在于,所述注料管(33)外轮廓截面设置成心形或星形。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种面筋制品加工设备,其特征在于,所述推拉机构(37)为气缸。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种面筋制品加工设备,其特征在于,所述压紧机构包括螺杆(35)和弹簧(36),螺杆(35)一端与移动模(3)端面连接,另一端贯穿至模座(34)另一侧,弹簧(36)套设在螺杆(35)上,并通过螺母锁紧。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种面筋制品加工设备,其特征在于,所述压合模具下方设有料斗(7)。
  9. 采用权利要求1-8中任一项所述的一种面筋制品加工设备来加工面筋制品的方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
    步骤A、合模:推拉机构(37)推动移动模(3)前行,与静止模(2)压紧,使得静模碗(21)与动模碗(31)对齐;
    步骤B、挤压成型:挤出机(1)通过挤压使膨化后的面筋从静模过料道(22)不断挤进静模碗(21)与动模碗(31)形成的空腔内,并填满成球状面筋制品;
    步骤C、开模注料:推拉机构(37)推动模座(34)、移动模(3)移动,使得静模碗(21)与动模碗(31)分离,包覆在注料管(33)上的面筋球被带出,与静模碗(21)分离,当移动模(3)移动到限位块(38)处时,移动模(3)停止移动,模座(34)在推拉机构(37)拉动下继续移动,使得注料管(33)在面筋球中慢慢被拔出,此时,计量泵(5)开始工作,将配料桶(4)内的调味料通过管路、注料管(33)注入到面筋球的内部空间中,计量泵(5) 打开一断时长后停止注料;
    步骤D、下料:当注料管(33)完全从面筋球中慢慢被拔出后,面筋球从动模碗(31)掉落,推拉机构(37)停止移动;
    步骤E、重复上述步骤A-D。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种面筋制品的加工方法,其特征在于,所述步骤A中将静模碗(21)、动模碗(31)内表面上涂一层食用油后再进行挤压加工。
