如图1至6、图10所示的一种扭转卡位笔,由一笔杆前部1、一笔芯2、一笔杆后部3和一弹簧4组成。笔芯2的本体位于笔杆前部1和笔杆后部3内,弹簧4包裹于笔芯2靠近笔尖处的外部,笔芯2的前部笔尖在笔杆前部1可以伸出露出。
其中,上述笔杆前部1中空能够容纳笔芯2,笔杆前部1口径小,可容纳笔尖伸出和限制弹簧4脱出。笔杆前部1的后部设有一安装部,通过安装部套接有一个卡位部件5,卡位部件5相对于笔杆前部1可旋转套接。安装部是位于笔杆前部1的后端部且外径小于其本体的结构,安装部包括环形的安装槽12和安装凸环13,安装凸环13位于安装槽12后侧。
上述卡位部件5整体呈圆筒状,而卡位部件5的内壁上设有与上述安装槽12相对应的环形安装凸棱53a,最好地,环形安装凸棱53a内侧还设有与笔杆前部1上的安装凸环13相应的第二安装槽53b,环形安装凸棱53a位于卡位部件5的前部,并通过环形安装凸棱53a配装入笔杆前部1的安装槽12,安装凸环13同样地也配装入卡位部件5的第二安装槽53b,完成上述旋转套接的套接方式,使得卡位部件5和笔杆前部1可相对旋转。
当笔杆前部1和笔杆后部3套接后,所述笔杆前部1的后部外侧壁直径与卡位部件5外侧壁直径相同。卡位部件5整体均位于笔杆后部3内,卡位部件5外表面与笔杆后部3接触面上设有多边形卡槽51。多边形卡槽51内部还设有限位档件52。上述笔杆前部1的外径尺寸小于笔杆后部3前部,笔杆后部3前部作为套筒外套入笔杆前部1,笔杆前部1和笔杆后部3套接处设有可使笔杆后部3和笔杆前部1相互运动一定行程的套接间距11,套接间距11使得笔杆前部1和笔杆后部3之间具有轴向相对运动的摁压行程。
上述笔杆后部3的内侧壁上设有设有卡件凸起31,卡件凸起31容纳在所述多边形卡槽51内。笔杆后部3与笔杆前部1轴向相互运动时,卡件凸起31可在多边形卡槽51沿限位档件52周边滑动。
本发明涵盖的多边形卡槽51、限位档件52以及卡件凸起31的配合方式如下:限位档件52位于多边形卡槽51中部区域,所述笔杆后部3与笔杆前部1轴向相互运动时,使得卡件凸起31卡入限位档件52,笔杆后部3与笔杆前部1处于轴向相对靠近第一阶段,笔芯2处于露出状态。当卡件凸起31脱离限位档件52且笔杆后部3与笔杆前部1处于轴向远离的第二阶段,笔芯2处于隐藏状态。只要限位档件52位于多边形卡槽51,使得卡件凸起31具有上述两种状态的方式,均是本发明涵盖的范围。对于本领域技术人员而言,实现笔杆后部3与笔杆前部1处于轴向相对靠近第一阶段时,卡件凸起31卡入限位档件52,而笔杆后部3与笔杆前部1处于轴向远离的第二阶段时,卡件凸起31能够脱离限位档件52回归原始位置,这种实现方式应当是本领域技术人员根据上述描述能够合理推导获得的多种实现方式,下文 举例两种具体结构。
第一种多边形卡槽51、限位档件52以及卡件凸起31结构以及具体实施方式:
上述多边形卡槽51位于卡位部件5的中部外侧壁上,限位档件52位于多边形卡槽51中部区域,使得卡件凸起31容纳于多边形卡槽51的多边形内壁和限位档件52外壁之间的导向凹槽结构内活动。
导向凹槽结构包括用于卡件凸起31活动的第一导向滑道51a、第一导向斜坡51b、第二导向滑道51c、第二导向斜坡51d、第三导向滑道51e和回位导向斜坡51f。第一导向滑道51a、第一导向斜坡51b、第二导向滑道51c、第二导向斜坡51d、第三导向滑道51e和回位导向斜坡51f依次首位相接,回位导向斜坡51f末端与所述第一导向滑道51a相接。
限位档件52包括与第二导向滑道51c对应的第一限位斜坡52a、用于容纳卡件凸起31且使得笔芯笔尖外露的阻挡卡位52b;阻挡卡位52b轴向对应于所述第二导向斜坡51d中部区域。
沿图5虚线所示,当笔杆后部3相对卡位部件5压缩时,卡件凸起31从起始位沿第一导向滑道51a活动,直至沿第一导向斜坡51b到底,此时,卡位部件5旋转,直至卡件凸起31位于第一导向斜坡51b末端,笔杆后部3相对卡位部件5第一次压缩至最大行程。松手后回弹,卡件凸起31沿第二导向滑道51c回退,在第一限位斜坡52a作用下,卡位部件5再旋转,使得卡件凸起31卡入阻挡卡位52b,笔芯笔尖稳定外露在适当位置。当笔杆后部3相对卡位部件5第二次压缩时,即卡位部件5旋转以使得卡件凸起31沿第二导向斜坡51d活动;松手后回弹,卡件凸起31沿第三导向滑道51e活动,直至在回位导向斜坡51f作用下,卡位部件5回旋;卡件凸起31回起始位,笔芯2处于隐藏状态。上述进位阶段的力量依靠单手挤压笔杆前部1和笔杆后部3相对运动作用,而上述回位阶段的力量均是依靠弹簧4弹力作用下完成的。
进一步具体到形状和结构表现上,上述限位档件52由第一限位件521和第二限位件522 组成,所述第一限位件521和第二限位件522均为两边平行的条状凸起,且一头相连呈“7”字形的阻挡台阶,所述第一限位件521和第二限位件522相连处形成一个锐角,该锐角容纳区域即为上述阻挡卡位52b。所述多边形卡槽51为两个大小不同且两条相邻边的延长线分别重合的平行四边形重叠形成的多边形凹槽。
实施例2:
实施例1和实施例2中的扭转卡位笔,为了书写时握笔舒适以及美观的需要,均可以在套接间距11外套设软质防尘套11a,笔杆前部的其中两侧部设有夹持摩擦部1a。实施例1和实施例2中关于笔芯和弹簧的位置关系和连接关系,如图10所示。
如图7-10所示,实施例2中的扭转卡位笔相对于实施例1的,仅仅是对卡位部件5的另一种方案的改进,限位档件52由相互靠近的第一挡块524和第二挡块525组成,所述与第二导向滑道51c对应的第一限位斜坡52a位于第一挡块524的下侧;用于容纳卡件凸起31且使得笔芯笔尖外露的阻挡卡位52b是位于第一挡块524和第二挡块525之间形成的缺口;第一挡块524的上侧和第二挡块525的上侧分别与所述多边形卡槽51上的回位导向斜坡51f对应并且之间留出回位导向滑道51h。该设计使得限位挡件上侧边与多边形卡槽的上侧边之间的距离较小,使得卡位部件5的整体轴向尺寸可以缩短。
以上所述为本发明的优选实施方式,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干变型和改进,这些也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种扭转卡位笔,包括笔杆前部(1)、笔芯(2)、笔杆后部(3)和弹簧(4),笔芯(2)的本体位于笔杆前部(1)和笔杆后部(3)内,弹簧(4)包裹于笔芯(2)靠近笔尖处的外部,笔芯(2)的前部笔尖在笔杆前部(1)可以伸出并露出;其特征在于:
    所述笔杆前部(1)的后部套接有一个卡位部件(5),卡位部件(5)相对于笔杆前部(1)可旋转套接;
    当笔杆前部(1)和笔杆后部(3)套接后,所述卡位部件(5)位于笔杆后部(3)内;所述卡位部件(5)外表面与笔杆后部(3)接触面上设有多边形卡槽(51),所述多边形卡槽(51)内部还设有限位档件(52);
    所述笔杆前部(1)和笔杆后部(3)套接处设有可使笔杆后部(3)和笔杆前部(1)相互运动一定行程的套接间距(11);
    所述笔杆后部(3)的内侧壁上设有卡件凸起(31),卡件凸起(31)容纳在所述多边形卡槽(51)内;所述笔杆后部(3)与笔杆前部(1)轴向相互运动时,卡件凸起(31)可在多边形卡槽(51)沿限位档件(52)周边滑动;
    所述限位档件(52)位于多边形卡槽(51)中部区域,所述笔杆后部(3)与笔杆前部(1)轴向相互运动时,使得卡件凸起(31)卡入限位档件(52),笔杆后部(3)与笔杆前部(1)处于轴向相对靠近第一阶段,笔芯(2)处于露出状态;
    当卡件凸起(31)脱离限位档件(52)且笔杆后部(3)与笔杆前部(1)处于轴向远离的第二阶段,笔芯(2)处于隐藏状态。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种扭转卡位笔,其特征在于:所述笔杆前部(1)的后端部设有外径小于其本体的安装部,所述安装部包括环形的安装槽(12)和安装凸环(13),安装凸环(13)位于安装槽(12)后侧;卡位部件(5)的内壁上设有与所述安装槽(12)相对应的环形安装凸棱(53a)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种扭转卡位笔,其特征在于:多边形卡槽(51)位于卡位部件(5) 的中部外侧壁上,限位档件(52)位于多边形卡槽(51)中部区域,使得卡件凸起(31)容纳于多边形卡槽(51)的多边形内壁和限位档件(52)外壁之间的导向凹槽结构内活动;
    导向凹槽结构包括用于卡件凸起(31)活动的第一导向滑道(51a)、第一导向斜坡(51b)、第二导向滑道(51c)、第二导向斜坡(51d)、第三导向滑道(51e)和回位导向斜坡(51f);
    第一导向滑道(51a)、第一导向斜坡(51b)、第二导向滑道(51c)、第二导向斜坡(51d)、第三导向滑道(51e)和回位导向斜坡(51f)依次首尾相接,回位导向斜坡(51f)末端与所述第一导向滑道(51a)相接;
    限位档件(52)包括与第二导向滑道(51c)对应的第一限位斜坡(52a)、用于容纳卡件凸起(31)且使得笔芯笔尖外露的阻挡卡位(52b);阻挡卡位(52b)轴向对应于所述第二导向斜坡(51d)中部。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种扭转卡位笔,其特征在于:卡位部件(5)整体呈圆筒状,卡位部件(5)的前端设有多个沿圆筒形轴向深入的形变开口,每个形变开口垂直贯通所述环形安装凸棱(53a)。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的一种扭转卡位笔,其特征在于:所述笔杆后部(3)的前端设有第一定位标槽(32),所述第一定位标槽(32)与所述卡件凸起(31)位于同一轴线上。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的一种扭转卡位笔,其特征在于:限位档件(52)由相互靠近的第一挡块和第二挡块组成,所述与第二导向滑道(51c)对应的第一限位斜坡(52a)位于第一挡块(524)的下侧;用于容纳卡件凸起(31)且使得笔芯笔尖外露的阻挡卡位(52b)是位于第一挡块(524)和第二挡块(525)之间形成的缺口;第一挡块(524)的上侧和第二挡块(525)的上侧分别与所述多边形卡槽(51)上的回位导向斜坡(51f)对应并且之间留出回位导向滑道(51h)。
